Very courteous and efficient staff

Perfectly adequate place to stay at airport before an early morning flight

Chantelle was so sweet and just amazing! Every customer she helped she was just the sweetest! I smiled the whole as I watched her help the two customers before me and she worked with them! Now….the pool area….absolutely disgusting! The smell was putrid! It was so offsetting that I wanted to leave immediately but I had my niece and nephews with me so that’s what kept me there. The hot tub I would not get back in, I could see a film of filth just circulating around…disgusting. The pool was freezing, I couldn’t even swim with my niece and nephews because of the temperature. I understand that is been used etc but that smell was very bitter of off putting! I couldn’t believe myself when there wasn’t a vending machine anywhere! I had my niece and nephew excited and met with disappointment, I had to go across the street to the gas station. Lastly, breakfast. Overall it was good but the orange juice was pretty much water, the salt and pepper was difficult to find, and the pancake maker was not consistent with the size of pancakes. Overall I’d give this stay a 4/10. The amazing customer service by Chentelle and the comfortable beds saved this from being a 0/10

Fairly clean could use some updates especially in the bathrooms. Staff was very nice and accommodating

Convenient location with easy parking. Desk staff was kind. The whole hotel smelled gross and the breakfast was lacking. The room was ok, a little rundown but tidy and the bed was comfortable.

Close to airport hotel, so gets a lot of use but needs maintenance! First room we were assigned air was not working correctly and air coming from unit smelled horribly. Desk person was VERY nice. She brought different room keys to us. 2nd room, air was cold, but unit smells, bed and or mattress was broken down. Condition of hotel is in need of repair. We paid $120.00 for a $60.00 room. Sad, Best Western has always been our go to. 2nd Best Western recently we were unhappy with. Moving on to something different.

The carpet in our room seemed almost damp everywhere.

The property was convenient for a quick overnight after a late flight arrival. Room was clean and quiet. It had some minor cosmetic issues that showed the age of the property, but nothing that would prevent me from staying there again.

Breakfast was good. Beds was comfortable. The suites are nice and big. Close to Perkins. Will stay again.

Great quick pickup and drop off and so close to the airport. Very good place to stay. Also continental burkes is available at 4;00 a.m. for early flights

I missed my flight and wasn’t able to check in early bc they had a full house as well as storm damage. It was understandable but still unfortunate. My key cards often stopped working but that was an easy fix. Overall pretty good stay though. Room was nice, big, and clean and the jacuzzi was great. Loved that there was an airport shuttle !
