The staff is friendly, amazingly warm and Sebastián, the Concierge..out of the world.
It is a pleasure to come back to Madero Hotel!

“My experience at Hotel Puerto Madero was simply spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Valentino at the reception. His kindness, willingness to assist with any questions, and knowledge of the area made our stay even more special. He provided excellent recommendations for exploring the city and was always attentive to our needs. The hotel facilities are impeccable, with comfortable rooms and amazing views. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you, Valentino, for making our visit an unforgettable experience!”

Excellent service.

A fine hotel, if a bit corporate in feel. The area was very quiet and bleak on a holiday weekend - the hotel needs better all-day food and drink options. Staff were top notch.

The service at this hotel is outstanding. It's the best part about it. The location is also great. The room is very big and nice. The only thing I wish was better is the COFFEE! I am not sure what is wrong with it, but it is not good. The breakfast also could be improved. One day they had sauteed vegetables which was good but the scrambled eggs were too runny for me and the granola didn't seem fresh.

Rooms were very dark and our coffee machine had mold in the water tank. There is no way to control the AC in your room making it very uncomfortable because the hotel makes it really hot or really cold.

This hotel was in the perfect spot! Close to use the river walk, restaurants along it, and have a drink. It is also close to the port where we got on a Princess Cruise.

Elegant and modern hotel in an excellent location.

The hotel is in a very nice area, paks and pedestrian walkways. Out of the rush of the city. Room was well appointed- only comment would be the cloudy glass in the glass door to the deck.

Great place to stay! Close to everything and to port. Nice restaurant and bar in hotel and close walk to others. People are very helpful and most speak some English.

Just can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. From the moment my driver dropped me off I felt welcomed. I had booked a Junior Suite which was ready for me at 12 noon…. Just an hour after I arrived which was long before the 3 pm check in time.
The room was clean, spacious with modern decor….and everything I could want including one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in.
Great bar area with reasonable prices and good food. Very nice daily breakfast (included) with both hot and cold items and amazing fresh baked bread and pastries.
The staff was warm and helpful…. Everybody! Special shout it to Concierge Sebastian who gave expert advice and even tried to chase down my lost hat.
Location in Puerto Madero was ideal… restaurants, shopping, nightlife all near by. Easily walkable to downtown and Plaza de Mayo and the Casa Rosada. Very close to the quaint shops and bars in San Telmo.
For me this place earns 5 stars all the way and I would definitely return.

Usually it is our favourite hotel in Buenos Aires, but this time the room was not clean, the lobby smellt like sewage and the breakfasts was nothing like before. The person at the check in had a flue and was unfriendly. The only supportive
person was the concierge.

Why are the other reviews so good?
- Bathrooms are dated and disgusting, please remodel
- We had a group of 3 people who were each over 70, and no one offered to help with their bags while checking out
- They have decent dinner, which means they know how to cook, but their free breakfast is inedible. Just charge money and make it taste better
- Reception is always understaffed and has a long line
- I paid for a corner room and had the view of a wall and a tree

Simply put a 5 star hotel in an excellent location and with amazing staff. If you book this hotel you are not looking for economy but for comfort and luxury.

It’s in a newly-developed area of Buenos Aires, with lots of nice little restaurants, coffee shops and clubs around. The clubs are far away enough to not be noisy inside the hotel.
