I have always liked Quest apartment hotels. This one was spacious for a one bedroom apartment. Recommended. I like to include an improvement point in my reviews - closing reception at 8 pm is rather early. Melbourne is open 24 hours.

Walking distance to QPAC, galleries and restaurants in Southbank. Being in the city there was a lot of traffic, constant hum of the cars etc, so bring earplugs for a more restful sleep if you're not used to that. I walked everywhere. They have an arrangement with a single cab company so when they call one, keep that in mind as it can take longer. It was a sizeable apartment which was nice, separate bedroom and even a small balcony. Bed was not super comfortable if I'm honest, calling it firm does not quite describe the feeling of the hardness of the mattress. There was not much give in it, you more lie "on" it rather than sink comfortably supported "into" it.

Excellent value for money & much better set up with cooking utensils & other kitchen appliances than others I have stayed at.
minor issue - no tissue boxes.
Certainly would stay there again

Had an amazing stay at Quest River Park Central.
Close to everything. Rooms were lovely The staff were excellent to deal with . The beds were so comfy. Would definitely choose to stay here again

Great communication by the property but cleanliness was really poor. Our five year old found used nitrous oxide bulbs tucked between the couch cushions, there were used cigarette lighters left under the coffee table and dirty socks in the bedroom, plus the bedspread had questionable stains. Loved the location but not sure I can rate our experience as family friendly - we monitored our daughter very closely after those discoveries. Spoke with front desk as we left from a gentle, constructive perspective and they took the issues seriously, but I question whether I’d return to a Quest property. Full credit to the girl on the desk for her apologies and really genuinely caring - she was great.

The property on the booking said 41/2star it is far from that. Position in the city is fine . The Unit itself was dirty and very tired

Terrible WiFi in rooms. Dishwasher was not unpacked from previous guests and they obviously oversold parking and being Christmas there was no one available at the hotel, so we had to call a call centre who could not really help. When we checked out the lady could not have been more disinterested.
Prior to arriving we dealt with Josh who was fantastic to deal with.

Convenient location, and great sized apartment (we were in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom). Friendly staff and some great little touches, like the in room dining.

The place was great , only problem they held my $200 for a week , which was cool as we left the apartment spotless , over all nice and close to all amenities

Nightmare stay. Harrased by a lady pretending to be a policewoman. Car parking disaster! Management won't take responsibility.
Lifts get stuck, alarms going off.

Just a quick overnight trip- the studio although rather small , was quite suitable for our requirements. Centrally located. Stay at the Quest most times we are in Brisbane

I had mixed feelings about my stay. I arrived at around 6.30PM well before the 10PM checkin deadline.. to find the building shut and unstaffed. The speaker phone out the front was not functioning properly to call the emergency staff to let me in. Upon getting access after making a call with my phone with very little charge left, It was strange to see an apartment located within a carpark (no big deal though). the sheets and towels were all clean but the bathroom really needs an extraction fan for when the shower is in use. i primarily booked the apartment as it said there was a 72 hour period where apartments were left empty between guests due to the pandemic (unless i misread). I was surprised to see this was not the case as my neighboring apartment was immediately occupied when the previous people had left on the same day.. this was disappointing but i suspect the website had not been updated. overall the stay was fine. the ladies at the front desk were friendly and professional

The lifts broke down so had to use the stairs with my elderly parents up to Floor 27. My daughter was late for her own 21st birthday party due to the fact that we waited for a lift for 20 minutes, and only found out it wasn’t working when we contacted reception. Then we had to walk down 27 flights of stairs, again with my parents. Nothing offered to compensate our bad experience.

Neat studio apartment well situated in the CBD. I would recommend this to any visitor.

Our stay was really good; it was clean and quiet and all facilities were available. The staff who were on duty were friendly and helpful.
Our only problems included small things like : we ran out of tea and coffee on our second day.
We had trouble with the dryer. It did work but it kept stopping and took a long time. However, in the end, our clothes were dried which was a useful facility to have.
As the problems were minor ones, they did not really impact our stay very much.
Well done, Quest!

Two bedroom apartment was good. Kitchen had all the amenities. The fifth person was in a roll-a-way bed (which was an extra $40 per night in addition to the room rate). Check in and check out was quick and efficient. Location is great - walking distance to the mall, southbank, etc.

Excellent and will be better when the building works in Mary St are completed. Building works began at 6.30am, very noisy!

Pretty old and run down but has everything you need. Terrible views looking into other units.

Property was awesome. Great location and staff. Only issue was that both showers leaked water out into bathroom. Building design error..

The property was in an excellent location. However there was no hair dryer or iron or ironing board.

The place itself is nice and spacious. Although the single bedroom rooms are accessible through the carpark which is a bit scary if you're alone.
When I arrived my bedroom aircon was broken so they had a repair man come in the next morning - but upon coming back in the afternoon I was left with a lot of dust, debris and boot marks in the room which was really disappointing. They had it cleaned the next day with little compensation (a bar of chocolate and two bottles of water). Overall, my experience wasn't great. But the people at reception were nice.

All my family had positive comments overall about this accommodation. Well located, staff were very helpful and obliging.

This hotel is situated well. It is the second time we have stayed here. This time was far better as we were not in a shabby room in the carpark. The two bedroom apartment faced a construction site so there was some noise but we were informed of this before we booked. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The apartment itself was fairly average and a bit tired. Air con didn't work and because we required two twin singles for our kids, they had spit the master bedroom bed so they got the ensuite and we were in the second bedroom which was a bit squeezy. Having said that at least they offered the option of twin beds in the second bedroom as most in the city did not hence the reason we booked there. Overall it was a pleasant enough stay but for the price you could get better elsewhere.
2.5
Bright and roomy two bedroom apartment and staff very helpful and courteous. Would stay here again. Only issue was, I thought rooms would be serviced everyday but not the case apparently, no problem though towels and tea coffee available from reception. Good value for money.
