Our room was satisfactory but I was disappointed that, for a Hilton property, the beds were uncomfortable, the rooms were dated and the main pool area was closed. Additionally, I didn’t appreciate feeling pressured to commit to a timeshare tour.
4.0 / 10.0
The room was clean aside from the floor, tile and carpets were dirty. Had to get maintenance to bring a vacuum since housekeeping wasn’t available(too late in evening) to use their vacuum to clean the room before we settled in. Carpet old worn, very dirty looking along walls and corners of dining room. After late check in. Minimal kitchen dishes, silverware, pans, and tools. Tiny dish soap bottle. Balcony was big with a table and two chairs. Light on always. Blinds needed to be completely closed every evening for sleep. Sliding door difficult to open. Kitchen was small, 2’X2’ counter to work on. Storage in kitchen minimal all above counters. Internet through hotel was unsecured that was disappointing. They have a “CastOn” program for being able to access Netflix, Prime, etc. had to get Maintenance in to fix. HDMI cable not hooked up. They came after 2 calls to front desk 1 1/2 hrs wait. Living room bathroom ceiling vent fan does not work. Sofa bed linens had one thin old worn blanket. Had to ask for another. Oven had old cooked-on food which I added to. Borrowed spray from housekeeper before checking out. Sprayed oven well. Checking in the agent was very nice, efficient and professional. Checking out, we both ended up not feeling well and requested late checkout. Which they were very gracious about. The furniture was in good shape for its age. The mattresses were decent. Pillows were okay. Linens clean. Like most hotels all the light bulbs were low wattage, added a 150.

The place was ok. It was nice that it had a kitchen and separate area though we didn’t need that for our stay. The place is being renovated so some of their paint and furniture was pretty shotty. The shower curtain had gross stains on it. The are very sneaky and pushy with their timeshare approach. Beware of heading over to another counter for complimentary gifts unless you have 2.5 hours to waste.

The moment you walk in they start bugging you about timeshare presentation, even when turning them down they keep up the pressure and start to follow you as you walk away. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are quite large, but the fans and vents were very dirty.

I requested and was told at reception that we will have 1 king and 2 queen beds but we had only 1 king and 1 queen beds. Except that we liked all.

Hotel is old and rundown…safe in room fell off the wall and injured my leg. Hotel, staff did not even apologize breakfast was expensive and food was just ok. Apparently this hotel is a time share facility
I will never stay here again

Hotel was great. Great pricing, location. Would be nice if there were more EV chargers available and more spread out. Only charger was in the front of the property and sign limits user to 2 hours, but at the charge rate you wouldn’t get any benefit from using it

My family's initial stay was supposed to be 4 days and 3 nights. We checked in Saturday night and checked out Sunday morning. It had an odor like it hadn't been cleaned properly. It was not a satisfying experience.

Not far from the Strip, this is a good option, although facilities are limited, they have two-bedroom suites at a reasonable price, rooms looked very old, the Kitchen had limited stuff.

The rooms are clean and very nice, and the view of the city is a plus. The shower in the second bathroom did not work, they sent someone and it never worked. I did not like the attention of the staff. We reserved 3 rooms for my family and me. Our flight arrived after 1 am so I called to let them know that I would do a late check-in and confirm another 3. When we arrived at the hotel they had only reserved 2 for us and cancelled my room. They only told me that they could not do anything because the reservation had been through a third party and that I should call hotels.com. We were at the reception for about an hour (I had a baby) and in the end, they gave us the room for 1 day while I contacted hotels.com who solved the problem. I left a thermos that night forgotten at the reception and it did not appear, no one found it. They called us from the hotel to give us some “welcome gifts” and it was to try to sell us the resort membership when we said we were not interested the person was very rude to us. The staff is the type that talks nice to you but treats you badly. Everything is a process, even asking for information about something and everything is very slow. The 3 nights we stayed they never cleaned the room.

My siblings and I had a great stay! Everyone was extremely kind to us and Isaiah made sure we had a speedy check-in! The room was clean and the pull out couch was as well, we were upgraded to a penthouse free of charge and those are extremely nice! Thank you!

The stay was very nice. It was south of the strip but had stores near it. The computers were down when we arrived but they allowed us to check in. The elevator in the pool area was down. I enjoyed the ping pong table & garden. You should ask tne ftont desk for a shower mat, the showers are slippery. The vacation presentation did not allow us to attend as we did not have enough income. They should have aske it beforehand. Staff very friendly!

Other than our tubs faucet needing to be tightened (water actually went through the wall to the kitchen area but our things were safe) it was nice
Beautiful space
Nice pool
6 adults fit comfortably
A bit away from the main strip & concert grounds but for the price we managed.

Great pool & awesome service

As soon as we walked into our room, we saw that there was something smeared onto the carpet and floor. The large mirror behind the door in the bedroom had scribble all over it and the soap dispenser in the shower was sitting on the floor. Not what we expected from a Hilton hotel.

It was wonderful to return to Cancun Resort after several years. The condos are spacious, well furnished and comfortable. Staff was wonderful. My only complaint was when entering building 1 near the sales floor, staff just stood around, and even blocked walkways & doors. I walk with a cane and struggled with the door, and a salesman just stood there watching. He was right in front of the door and could have easily turned and assisted me.

Nice spacious well equipped room, (2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms type with kitchen and living room and dinning area), excellent service when needed (coffee machine replaced), easy parking, nice pool and jacuzzi, less than 10 minutes from the strip, lots of restaurants close by, grocery and drug store across the street., and very close to the airport (but not noisy).

Pool and all amenities close very early but the rooms and restaurant are nice.

Great location - they granted us a late checkout which was great. Property was nice, parking easy and the pool and water slide was very cool. Will be back

Resort was ok. Bathtub will not drain properly, took about 30 minutes for water to completely be gone. Called front desk and we were told someone will be up right away to check, it took over an hour and maintenance pulled a big wad of hair down the drain. This means to mean to me that cleaning staff probably had not been using water to clean bathtub otherwise they would’ve reported it Also, our last night arriving late at the resort, A(C was nos working; we did not bother as our check out was at 4am. I would not give great reviews

I asked to have my linens changed and bed made. Linens were delivered and left on the table.. Guess I paid alot but still am expected to make my own bed. Had one very busy elevator.. the other was not working my entire 4 night stay.

All was perfect for a family in summer. The suite has a lot of room with the 2 rooms. We were lucky and so grateful when we did the early checkin and get a room available.
The bad point was the pool guard who close the upper slide so we cannot use and test it.
Overall we had a wonderful stay.
