If you are from the united states you will be use to certain luxuries. You will not receive that here. Terrible food. Tastes bland and you can tell they go very cheap. No slides or amusement. Just some pools. The wave pool is not a wave pool. The waves are never greater than a inch. No point to even call it a wave pool. No one ever smiled. The staff seemed like they were tortured.

Staff were very helpful and the reception manager was the best. She was so patient and friendly. Hotel was really good overall. Food was good and it was easy to find anything we needed right there. The staff from the wet bar were not very nice. They seemed like they were unhappy and not very motivated. They would never explain us what each drink was and would just tell us to look online. That happened in every wet bar! Staff from the restaurants were really nice specially the ladies who made Tapioca for breakfast. All very friendly and happy. We would go back in the future since we saw they are expanding the resort but the rooms need some updates but very good overall.

The food is very repetitive, always the same. There are no fruits from Brazil and it is of average quality or below...The theme restaurants leave a lot to be desired, the food is bad, the service is slow. We had to go out to dinner in town.

The only complaint I have is about the room cleanness and the lack of variety on the temátic restaurants. My daughter loved it and had lots of fun on the lazy river and on the kids pools.

Passamos dias incríveis em família, estávamos em 14 pessoas, 12 adultos, 1 criança de 3 anos e um bebê de 6 meses, 6 quartos. A estrutra do hotel é maravilhosa, agradável, linda. Quartos bons, boa limpeza, funcionários extremamente solícitos. Parte infantil excelente, tanto o parque aquático quanto a recreação infantil e os shows noturnos. A programação adulta também muito legal, aulas e gincanas nas piscinas de dia e shows a noite. Comida excelente, todo serviço dos restaurantes excelente. Isso aliás foi o que mais nos chamou atenção, nos restaurantes não fica um prato já usado nas mesas, eles limpam rapidamente, tudo limpo. Repõem todas as comidas antes de acabar no buffet, muita variedade, comida boa. Serviço de praia também ótimo. Temos somente 2 pontos que avaliamos que precisa de melhoria: check-in muito demorado, acredito que mais funcionários ajudaria muito, chegamos e tinham somente 5 atendendo tanto para check-in, quanto para check-out e muita gente esperando com cara feia. Todo mundo chega feliz, ansioso pra viver dias ali e a experiência ruim logo no check-in deixa um sentimento ruim. O outro ponto são as sobremesas, nos restaurantes temáticos:não tem sobremesa “diferenciada” como os pratos, somente as sobremesas iguais ao restaurante buffet principal. Acredito que uma sobremesa acompanhando o menu temático agregaria muito. E por fim, as sobremesas não são boas, a maioria dos doces tem o mesmo gosto de nada. Acredito que podem melhorar muito a parte de confeitaria

O Hotel e muito bom em todos os sentidos...ficamos 3 diárias e vimos uma alta qualidade nos serviços fornecidos (comida, bebida e entreterimento), é um Pé na Areia muito aconchegante e bem bonito.Só temos elogios e não vimos nada de ruim para reclamar.Estão de Parabéns.!

O Hotel é bom, possui muitas piscinas e é bem grande. Possui equipe de recreação. Particularmente não gostei muito da comida dos 2 restaurantes principais e nem dos temáticos, melhor comida que achei foi a pizza. Bebidas um pouco limitadas também. Quem já foi no Iberostar praia do forte selection e o no Salinas de Maragogi, fica um pouco “frustrado” pois eles são maravilhosos e esperamos que todos All inclusive sejam do nivel deles, mas no geral o hotel cumpre o seu propósito. Nota 8,0.

Num modo geral nossa estadia foi muito agradável. Os monitores do 4-6 são ótimos (destaque p o tio Cenoura e tia Fada). Porém, gostaríamos de deixar algumas observações. • A limpeza dos quartos poderia ser mais minuciosa entre as trocas dos hóspedes, por exemplo. A parede do box é preta de sujeira. Entendemos também que é necessário uma manutenção no quartos. • Falta sinalização pelo hotel. Por ser muito grande nos perdemos várias vezes e vimos outras pessoas perdidas tb. • O simples fato de não ter um cafezinho para tomar depois das refeições no Papoula faz uma grande diferença. Se faz necessário ir a outros pontos do hotel bem mais distantes dali. E com criança pequena junto é mais complicado. • Achamos "demais" as piscinas pararem as 17h. Principalmente as infantis. Naquele calor intenso, os guardiões pedindo para as crianças saírem da piscina infantil. Nunca em nenhum resort nos aconteceu isso. Ponto de atenção. No Rio lento já vão recolhendo as boias. De tarde, noite e madrugada se bater a fome tem comes e bebes no restaurante Água e sal que é muito longe, até desanima. A sugestão seria estar mais próximo por exemplo no restaurante Papoula. Outro ponto bem crítico é o local para pegar e devolver toalhas para piscina, tem que buscar ao lado da recepção ao contrário dos outros resorts que geralmente ficam na piscina. Enfim, acreditamos q sejam pontos a serem analisados para a melhoria do hotel.

Loved the stay at enotel. Kids club is great for families and provide great entertainment for the children. Pools are numerous, differentiated and with options for kids and adults. Food buffet is Ok, would benefit from a bit more variety of fruits. Rooms are nice and spacious but a refurb would be welcomed, TVs are small and from the 2000s, time to replace them. Direct access to the beach is great. Adult entertainment is very good too. A lá carte restaurant options are good but should have a bit more variety, usually only 2-3 options each.

This is a wonderful all-inclusive resort for a family vacation. Kids of any age will have a wonderful time. The property is big, and you can find something for everyone. The food and drinks are of remarkably high quality. The only small complaint is the internet quality is poor if you're travelling internationally. I would expect better internet in the rooms. But they do have a business center if fast internet. I would recommend go back if I'm ever back in Porto de Galinhas.

The hotel wi-fi does not work properly and it is basically inexistent in the hotel room. When questioned about it, the front desk just said that it "just does not work in the room". The food is very blend and is sometimes cold... The bar service is great though, the bartenders are very nice and ready to make your drink.
