we could not get to the hotel because major global shutdown of flights and delta canceling our flight for 3 days. the hotel was informed prior to checkin and refused to refund or provide any credit or future credit. this is wrong! This is not how you conduct business. the property looks very nice but we will never be able to enjoy or will visit based on the policy

It was amazing. My room was perfect with an extremely comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
I had a problem with a noisy group at dinner and the FB Mgr changed my table to the private kitchen table next to the chef. It was amazing. The good was extraordinary.
I will definitely return.

The service at Chateau De Berne was impeccable. Every staff members was genuinely kind and helpful. The garden and facility are very well kept. The room was quite roomy for European standard. We had a nice room with the bathroom over look their herb garden with floor to ceiling window which was a plus. We tried both of their restaurants, the bistro and Jardin de Berne. The food and service at the bistro was ok, the service at Jardin de Berne was wonderful, but food was not up to what we had expected for a Michelin restaurant, except for their desserts. Overall it still deserves a highly rated 5 stars.

Beautiful property enjoyed my stay..however a French air traffic controller strike caused a flight cancellation. I called the property to try and cancel my first night because of the strike which was beyond my control. They did nothing to assist me, would not cancel or refund, or even give me a credit, which to me is not superior customer support.

Beautiful surroundings and gardens are stunningly manicured. The château staff are super lovely and made a real fuss of my husband for his birthday. If you get chance to have dinner in Jardin de Berne, do not miss it… it’s phenomenal

Chateau de Berne is an absolutely stunning property, refined and elegant, luxurious, service is impeccable and friendly, every single detail is exceptional.
Room and bathroom were spacious, well equipped and very comfortable.
Le Jardin de Berne (gastronomy restaurant) was a wonderful experience for the senses and the Bistro, more relaxed and simple, was nonetheless a wonderful experience as well.
Definitely worth the 5 star and Relais Et Chateaux rating.
We definitely hope to come back soon.

Great location to stay when you are visiting Provence.

The room we stayed in for the "price" we paid: batteries of remote contol were weak, we had to sit infront of tv to navigate TV. Towel dryer dis not work after using spa with wet bathing suits for drying dis not work. Bathroom door the bottom was scraping the floor the wood in the bottom needs shrtning we had to really push the door open. The chateau is for the owner so guest sleep in "guesthouses" only so no one sleeps in the chateau except for owner. The road at night to dribe to a lovelyvillage has NO SIGNS NO LIGHTS very tough landscape. Overpriced and NO chateau expedience

A visit at Chateau de Berne had been on our Bucketlist for a long time, and now we had the chance to book a two-night stay this september. It was sure worth the wait ..!
What a magnificent Hotel - not only the Chateau itself, but also the peaceful surroundings, the wide and welcoming vineyards and the historical legacy that tastefully opens up the moment you arrive at this place!
We were warmhearted welcomed by the staff upon arrival, professional and helpful with our bags and carparking. A glass of the Chateu’s own produced firstclass Wines were offered and a personal minitour of the different spots of the Chateau, the poolside, the gardens, the restaurants, the winecellars and of course their first class SPA was given us from the concierge.
A visit at Chateau de Berne is not just an ordinary ”Stay” in our opinion and yes, it costs a little bit more than average hotels, but if you have the money ... it is worth every penny!
The restaurant Le Jardin de Benjamin is awarded with one star from the Guide de Michelin and the breakfast is also served there, and we were able to sit on the terrace in the morning having the whole valley, the green Provencehills and the complete stillness around us. The SPA was also a suprtreat! The guided tour in the vinyeards was professionally presented and tasteful.
We Highly recommend a visit at Chateau de Berne and make sure you dont forget to taste their fantastic wines!

We truly enjoyed the tranquility of our stay. Service was wonderful and facilities were beautiful. It would have been nice to have bikes included with the stay. The bed was on the hard side so I didn't sleep well but we loved everything else about it!

Gorgeous hotel - but very far away from a lot of sights in Provence! Perfect for relaxation in the beautiful property but not ideal for day trips or exploring the region.
