No working television. Moved to a different room television didn't work in both

The room was dirty, not vacuumed probably for weeks, brought up the issue with the desk clerk with no avail.
No room service, we came late on the second night, the room was not attended, no shampoo, no soap, no towels, no toilet paper etc.

The television was a nightmare. The lady couldn't get it to work properly. This has been a repeated problem

There was an awful smell in the lobby . No smoking signs on the doors, however you could smell marijuana in the halls. Room was not cleaned, bed made , trash or fresh towels after the first night. Glad we were only staying the night.

The manager was nice and accomadating. The room was nice. Only things that we did not have that we're used to: no breakfast, no workout room, no pools. Other than that a good place to stay. Also, keep in mind, there is no access to walk to places really since it is right off of the expressway and very unsafe to walk on the highway. We had to uber everywhere even right down the street. I would have preferred more access.

I use this room once a month and I stay for 4 days. You just have to ask the reception to clean your room daily, because if you don't let them know, that's how the room will stay. It happened to me on 2 occasions, cleaning was not done for 3 days in a row in my room.

Good experience. Also, accessibility was very good.

It was ok, little pricey for the condition of the establishment.

The dirtiest room and hotel I have stayed at. Nothing compared to the pictures or what the hotel states to offer. No care in providing cleanliness or attempt to help. Worst place ever.

I found a pipe used to smoke drugs in the bathroom. When I turned it into the office, they were unphased by this. They also would not listen to my request to have the room recleaned.

I liked how kind and helpful the receptionist was. She kindly gave me new sheets when I asked, because my mattress cover was filthy like it had not been washed ever. I gave her the dirty mattress cover to wash. The property was kind of off the beaten path under an overpass and behind a tight construction zone, but I didn’t have safety issues. The room had some dirty spots. You get what you pay for, but the professionalism at reception was very good.

So look, I knew what I was buying when I got this room rental. Its a 1 star so there were not a lot of expectations.
The place REAKED. The odor was nearly overpowering. Throughout the hotel.
The desk clerk was on his phone while I was trying to check in and while I was teying to get an extra room key. Holding up a finger to me in a 'wait' gesture. Both times. I was patient but after 5 minutes in each occasion, I had him help me out ANYWAY.
Inexpensive is what I needed. Cheap, bad service, and horribly stinky is what i got.

Staff was friendly, room was a little dated, chairs were torn, cigarette holes in sheets (non smoking room), ac was falling apart, beds were uncomfortable. All this in a suite (upgraded room).
Signs outside show they had continental breakfast and inside had sign up that due to them being lowest price in franchise it was not offered anymore.

I really want my money back for the first night. It was so disgusting we went and got another hotel. And they refused to give me a refund for the first night. They only gave a refund for the second night.

You get what you paid for… Although the room looked nicely put together when we walked in, the toilet had mysterious hairs on it and there were crumbs behind the couch.
I liked that it was pet friendly.

I spent 3 nights. The bed was never made nor were towels left. I had to ask the downstairs attendant for towels.
I was a bit worried about safety. The flip latch which limits how far the door can be opened didn't work. I had flipped it, then forgot I had done so. I had no difficulty in opening the door with the device in place (Keep in mind I'm a 74 year old woman--if the device was properly in place I would not have been able to open the door)

Expedia shows it has a gym and pool. None of these were here. No breakfast. Room smelled of urine. Not mopped as we saw tomato sauce on the floor (I hope it was tomato sauce). Shady neighborhood. Even saw a couple of hookers at the hotel. Smelled of marijuana.

Our toilette would not flush, even after they unplugged it. We called front desk to fix toilette, it took several hours for anything to be done about it, & even after it was unplugged it still would not flush properly- & we did NOT put anything in there that didn't belong there. I believe the whole property has plumbing issues. No public restroom available.
No breakfast what so ever. Front desk was not very friendly.

It was easy to get to and to get on the highway. The Construction wasn't their fault. They need better tv to watch. We had to watch from our Netflix on our tablets.

The stay was good but it’s just a lil stuff the housekeepers need to do better they’re half cleaning the restrooms especially

Friendly staff and owners.
Low-key area but still close enough to Dallas.
Very clean and spacious rooms considering the low price.
I definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed in one of their rooms that had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi had a small leak outside of it. But staff dealt with it immediately. Will be going back

This is an aging and run down property. Wouldn't recommend. You can't walk anywhere around the prioperty because there are no sidewalks and you risk being hit by a car on the access road. Rooms are quite aged and it's starting to look like a place being held together with baling twine. No continental breakfast. Staff is so-so

Never ever again. I just didnt feel safe. Im a night shift nurse at the local hospital & only checked in for 2 nights just to be closer to work & ensure I could make it in during our winter ice storm. This property had the most rude & careless staff I have ever seen. During my stay the concerns I had were first being in my room and having the door to my room open as Im inside. The person on the other end didnt announce who she was she just saw me then closed the door. I was in shock thinking who the hell was that & how does she have access to my room. Then laterI heard this crazy pounding on one of the other guest door. It was one of the male working yelling at the person behind the door to open the door or they were going to call the police. I heard a woman behind the door responding but apparently she wouldn't open the door because that same man returned beating at her door screaming. I thought that was the most tackiest thing ever. If the police needed to be called then you do so but what you dont do just because you work there or just because the hotel is on the low budget end think that its ok for you to act low budget and disturb the entire floor with that type of drama. Another encounter I had was as im in bed asleep since I work nights obviously I sleep during the day. I heard this pounding at my door. Then realized the door had opened while I was in bed half dressed & asleep. I jumped up out of bed trying to cover myself. There was a man standing inside my room .
