I spend a night at the hotel and it was ok, nothing special.

Very basic hotel, but the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are big. We had no bedside tables and no cups in our room for water (when brushing teeth etc). Staff was very friendly. Parking area is gated, so very safe.

Tired room but clean. No towels provided but a little kettle was a bonus. Beds were very firm and room was very hot. However the traffic quietened down enough to leave window open. Well situated for the big carrefore commercial centre with all the amenties however hotel was not well signposted.Overall ok for an overnight stay wouldnt want to stay longer

Booked as a convenient stop over on route as just wanted somewhere to sleep without too much expense....and that is what you get! Cheap but not cheerful....dirty, smelly, beds uncomfortable and not a very nice experience. Quite easy to find, as quite close to motorways, which in hurry to exit the hotel we unfortunately hit the rush period around Lille......if not have the (expensive) offered breakfast, I would say make an early start and get away from this area!!

It was clean and comfortable, if a lttle tired in decor, rooms need a makeover. Limited choice for dinner, buffet for starter, or for main meal, other 4 choices were dishes of the day 1st time Ive had cod, in lemon sauce, with rice and red cabbage !

Wasnt sure what we was going to get for the price we paid but pleased to say we had a lovely experience. Nice clean hotel on edge of city. Ideal for our weekend away. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Couldnt hear traffic even though so close to the motorway network. Didnt try the breakfast as we wanted to sample the local food/cafes. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Would recommend x

its ridiculous to have to stay in a hotel without heating in November in this day and age.

We used the Mister Bed hotel next ONCE... enough said, so we tried the Kyriad several years ago and we were well pleased. We have since returned about four times but this last occasion will probably be the last. The room was OK ish but the matresses were filthy despite clean sheets etc. There were places where the ceiling had been pulled down to make repairs and overall it would seem that there was little money being spent on maintenance

It was fine

We used this when at the football and it did the job...provided a place to sleep. Would I use it for a holiday ? Certainly not. Smell of damp smelling shower curtain hits you when walk in; enamel chipped off toilet seat; paper cups for tea making facilities. Pleasant and helpful staff helpful

The hotel, is very good value for money, we wanted to visit the war graves, and it was an ideal location. Continental Breakfast was 9 euros per person, and the room was fantastic for the price, also very quiet.

2nd time staying at this hotel .Its quite a long way out of the center off Lille but the metro station is a short walk away with frequent cheap trains to the city centre. The hotel situated near a retail park with plenty of restaurants.There's a IKEA store close by where we went for Breakfast at the bargain price of 1 euro .Overall the hotel is great for the price .

It was extremely hot when we visited and there was no air conditioning or fans available. The room was too hot to sleep in. The facilities are very basic.

This hotel is conveniently located off of the interstate, if you can find it. It is tucked in an alley, out of view of the main road. It is good for passing through the area, but not to explore the city. The rooms are small, uncomfortable, old, and stuffy. There is no air conditioning or airflow throughout the room or the bathroom. The first room we were assigned was so stuffy and smelled of mildew, so we opened the window to air it out. Since it was on the first floor, it opened (with no screen), directly into the parking lot and we felt unsafe. We moved to a higher floor, which helped slightly. The wifi was slow and problematic.

Apart from being let down by poor quality sealant round bath, which showed black stain from mould, the room and amenities were clean, comfortable beds (memory foam mattress?) and WiFi and tea/coffee in the room. This easily equates with accommodation costing at least 50% more. Highly recommend whether one night stay or longer. Close to retail parks for shopping or eating, although a car is advised.

We stayed the previous night at the Kyriad Amiens and the contrast in hotels you wouldn't believe. Friendly, professional staff who care about their hotel and customers. The only criticism I would have is that they weren't prepared to keep open the restaurant for 15 hungry cyclists who had been delayed arriving. A visit to the local KFC made up for that and the hotel lost the revenue.

We came to northern France to visit the site of two Canadian/Newfoundland war mhard emorials, Vimy Ridge and Beaumont-Hamel. Lille is close (45 minutes to Vimy; 90 mins to Beaumont-Hamel). For our purposes this hotel was fine. Our room was small. The bed was comfortable; the bathroom was small. but clean. The wireless worked well and the free parking was really nice. The service throughout our stay was good. There was an electric kettle in our room with some coffee supplies, but what we were able to produce was dreadful. While on the subject, coffee over here is incredibly hard to find. Our best cups have been at gas station complexes at the side of the highway (which appear to be uniformly terrific). There was only one electrical outlet in our room, one other in the bathroom. Both were recessed so that many converters won't fit. Whether or not you have the right device, with so many things that need charging these days, the task was not easy. But there is *nothing* around here of interest to visitors, no restaurants, bars, shopping, unless you count a mall. there is a large shopping mall, anchored by Ikea and Carrefour, 5 minutes walk away. We found only a Sushi place and pizza takeout to eat. The hotel has a restaurant with pleasant outside area where we felt compelled to eat our first two nights. It was fine; a meal for two with wine costing about 40 euros. But our last night, Friday, it was closed for the weekend! This is a commercial area where business people come for

The hotel room was a little on the small side but perfectly adequate for our mini break. It is located on the outskirts of lille but the journey to the city centre is very quick via the metro which is located a short walk away from the hotel.

Great short break in Lille. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Close to metro which was easy to navigate and cheap. Lovely buffet breakfast. Free parking. Great places to see and eat. Christmas market still on. Would stay again at hotel, excellent value.
