Location excellent!

Location! We couldn’t believe how centrally located the hotel was which made it extremely easy to explore the lovely city. We stayed one night in a 2 bedroom apartment (3ads + 2ch)- the apartment was very well equipped with everything you could need for a short stay. Beds were very comfy and everything felt clean. We were lucky with parking directly outside the hotel!

The toilet was accessible only via the main bedroom and we had our mother travelling with us, so it would have been nicer to have more privacy. Also there was a high step just inside bathroom door and whilst trying to locate the light switch ‘mother’ tripped up the step and injured her arm. A light switch outside the door to ensure the step is visible when entering would be helpful.

The perfect location to discover Dijon, which is beautiful city.

The receptionists were most helpful and very welcoming. The location was perfect to walk into the main old town and surrounds. The room itself was clean and good value for money given the location. Our only problem was of our own making, we didn’t realise that the apartment style room didn’t have a separate bedroom, so we ended up in a quadruple room, which was hilarious. Excellent value for money!!

The only thing that I would comment on is that the shower needs to be more powerful. However, it was very clean and no complaints.

Location close to everything. Spacious apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Very nicely decorated. Very nice breakfast.

The air conditioner made a small noise every few minutes. The toilette did not have enough pressure.

Great Basecamp for Family Tour

Superb location, just a few steps from historic city centre. Clean and spacious room with double bed and sofabed. Little terrace to relax. Great set of games available for kids at ground level. Make sure to pick up some croissants or cookies from the great bakery around the corner.

Slightly disappointed.

Room and apartment looked good and clean.

Poor shower and very noisy people upstairs. Had to ask receptionist to tell them to be quiet. Breakfast room was too crowded and staff were not very friendly.

The location is perfect! Everything in the apartment was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The best choice in Dijon!

The hot water in the shower was limited, we had to wait long time between the showers (and we were only 2 people)

Great appartment in a great hotel

Very friendly staff, we travelled with kids and everything was arranged for them. They saved a parking spot for us so we could park nearby. An additional baby chair was already set up at breakfast, babybed was ready to be used. Appartment looked great, nicely decorated, luxury feel and a great location in the city centre.

Perfect location, great apartment with friendly staff

Before we even arrived the staff were responsive and helpful. That continued through our short stay. We wish it had been longer than 2 nights! It is a great location and the apartment was delightful.

The second bedroom is much smaller and has twin beds. I was travelling with my mother and we knew that would be the case so it isn't a dislike as such. It is a shame both two bedroom apartments had that layout but it would be great for a family.

parking is 500m away which is ok but we had a lot of things but you can park outside to unload and the reception team locked our baggage away 👍

The location is excellent, in the town centre, a few minutes walk to the old town and tourist sites, minutes walk to the train station. Very friendly and professional staff. The breakfast was delcicous.
