Great hotel

Even though they try to make it updated, it's very crappy work done in the rooms, bathrooms. Nowhere near worth $112 a night. The entrance door barely closes correctly. The mattresses and all the linen are disgusting. And the place smells like they used 3 gallons of bleach cleaning the room.

The property needs to remodel, badly. I hadvto unscrew a light next to the bed to get it it to turn off. Had to move the microphone to the desk in order to plug it in and use it. The staff were very nice and frendly.
3.1
No lights in the restroom in the room, the floors were dirty, and the carpet smelled horrible. No cups for coffee in the lobby.
3.1
It’s was good everything was amazing the only thing was the restroom wasn’t as clean but everything else was good!

Room 315. Killed many small bugs in bathroom. While I was brushing my teeth the biggest roach I’ve ever seen crawled out of the hole in the sink and ran across countertop! I was on 3rd floor. I could not use the staircase closest to my room because 2 homeless men were asleep on the staircase blocking it from use at the 2nd floor level. There was a lot of activity during the night with people outside yelling, slamming doors and the walls are paper thin so we heard everything that happened in the rooms beside us, and I mean EVERYTHING. Stay somewhere else!

The rooms are good

It was a basic room and was ok for the most part. The room telephone did not work. The deadbolt for the door did not work. We had several small cockroaches in the bathroom\tub area. We went to the front lobby for coffee, and it was not ready yet and the woman at the desk was very rude about it.

This was the absolute worst experience. Showed up to the property and the two ladies at the front desk helped us get a room key. The whole place was pretty grungy. Luggage carts were filthy, I had to pick the least dirty one. On the way to our 3rd floor room we unfortunately passed by each of the following: patrons and activity that clearly looked like prostitution was happening on site, lots of folks out smoking on their balconies, (which meant our room smelled of smoke too) and for extra flair, one of the pool deck chairs was floating upside down in the pool. Upon entering our room, the fire alarm was chirping every minute or so, which threw our small dog into a fear spiral, she hates that. There was literally a new 9v battery half unwrapped from its packaging lying in the bed so I climbed up and changed the battery out myself. However, the beeping continued. I tried calling down to the front desk to get someone to come and address it or switch us to a different room. (The room by the way looked super dingy and run down, def didn’t look sanitary). I got no answer from the front desk so we marched ourselves right back down to the car and I went to turn in the keys and let them know we couldn’t stay there. I found another place across town which kinda blew our budget since it was 4X the price but worth it to not make my family stay in this cesspool of a hotel.
Can not, would not, could not recommend this place to anyone. Hoping to get a refund from hotels.com. Wish me luck

$135 per night in Phoenix gets you very little.
Noisy parking lot next to property.
They used queen sheets on the king bed, not fitted sheets.
The sheets did not cover the bed so became un-tucked within a minute of getting into the bed.

Appears that management is letting the property run down and not making my and fixes or upgrades
3.1
There was a Harley-Davidson convention in town, and also a loud stereo convention, so there was some noise. But then it got quieter, and the bed was nice and clean.

Hotel room was not very cleaned, the cable on the tv was not coming in and also was not a smart tv to cast to it from smart phone. Beds were horrible uncomfortable and lady at the desk was so rude, wouldn't even let us have one more pillow for our kids since we didn't have enough. Pool was dirty with cigarette butts. Also pool and hot tub was ice cold, kept saying they were fixing it and never got to it. Another guest was there since Monday and told him the same thing but still isn't fixed. Also it said it had continental breakfast but all it had was coffee

This hotel is horrible. It’s run down dirty and dangerous. I would not allow my family to leave the room without me. If all that was not bad enough the front desk could not provide a working key card after 2 rooms and six cards we gave up and asked for a refund.
3.1
Hotel is infested with roaches, lights in room dont work fridge dont work hot tub didnt work staff was not friendly or helpful... couldn't get a refund so our stay here was the worse ever... i do not recommend...

Door lock would not work. They tried 3 times with maintenance to fix it before giving us another room. Vending machines were out of order. Very noisy.

Beware! Don’t even waste your time and stay here, I gave this place a shot overlooking the negative reviews due to limited options on a last minute trip. I instantly regretted it as soon as we got to the inn. The location is in a ghetto area off the freeway surrounded by homeless people. The front desk girls were super unhelpful and unwelcoming. The property is rundown. The room itself wasn’t terrible but we did find trash from condom boxes that were not ours from prior guests. The shower knob fell off as we tried to twist it to turn the shower on so we had to manually use a towel to grip & turn the valve to get the shower on. Then after doing ALL that, the water didn’t get any warmer than lukewarm temp. You also will not be getting any sleep here. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going outside your room and the rooms around you. & then just when you’re about to finally sleep, housekeeping starts going around with their god awful loud carts back and forth nonstop all morning.
so save yourself the headache and your money and stay elsewhere.

Booked one night at this hotel last minute. Was charged 200 for the one night. When I got there the staff was friendly but not particularly helpful. Netflix wouldn’t run on their wifi, I found a baby cockroach, and my shower didn’t work. Will be skipping this place next time around. Cheers.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke.
We asked for another room and it reeked of urine, and the bathroom was filthy.
So we had to stay in the cigarette room that faced the freeway.
There isn’t enough money to get me to stay there again.

This has to be the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We got in late (1am) so no one really to complain to. Everything was either stained, worn, dirty, or broken. Our bathroom had a sensor light that turned on every 15-20 minutes on its own. The bathroom door didn’t close correctly…Not to mention the smell of damp smoke… the location was convenient but that is about it. The hotel just needs a renovation
3.1
As soon as we entered the property it looked a little different from the pictures, the room was NASTY, and definitely just "wiped" down after, not cleaning the fridge or microwave, the towel holders, or even the phone. The bed cover was ripped on both beds, the sheets had nasty hair and dirt under the beds and were stained! I did send in a requested for my money back and still havent heard anything. Would NOT recommend

Good value for the price. Clean and safe.

Probly not stay here again… our room smelt of drying paint, an you had to insert the room card over an over again to get it to unlock the door

It was terrible I left there 2 days ago paid for 4 nights only stayed one my kids was taking a shower and my wife had to run in there because they were screaming because they say 2 roachs that she had to kill I have the photos of that all around horrible stay
3.1
The rooms were clean, but very old and in disrepair the beds were old and pretty uncomfortable. All the linens and towels were very old.
3.1
It was affordable
3.1
Very good room for an inexpensive motel.

I booked Traveller’s Inn because aside from its close to the airport, it says free complimentary breakfast and found out in person, just coffee for free. The TV was not working. Wifi is connected but no internet connection. I could have added for couple dollars and stay and a much nicer place in the same area.
3.1
Old and neglected, the door to the room did not work well.
