The hotel itself was a bit outdated, the elevator was very small, and the beds weren’t the most comfortable BUT that staff was really friendly which I appreciated. There’s a small market connected to the hotel which was convenient and as soon as you walk out of the hotel you’re at the beach and close to several restaurants. The hotel is located in bar road basically which we didn’t mind but if you don’t like noise then don’t stay here.

The location is excellent for partying and visiting the Rhodos Centrum. Walking distance to all places and good pool area. Own shop and breakfest is also ok!

I enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The location is very convenient. The view from the room is beautiful.

The room was pretty outdated. Cleaning was mostly really bad. Small bugs in the bathroom. Bad view from balcony (2nd floor). The breakfast was okay and the pool area was good. Most times the receptionists were kind!

Good location, if you have room on the beach side. Have earplugs

I was impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel especially around the pool area. The pool size was good but they coukd have done with a couple more loungers. If the place hade been really busy there coukd have been a bun fight. The only irritation was on Sunday morning breakfast was not served until 7.20 and i was being picked up at 7.30. A very rushed breakfast that morning.

The only positive thing is that the hotel is right beside the bar street. It’s a lot of noise in the hotel, however, it’s still quite if you close your veranda door. There are a lot of youngsters around the Hotell, and it’s very very loud and noisy. The staff is horrible, disrespectful, and unpleasant. They are to noooo help, extremely rude and disgusting. The rooms are disgusting and dirty, they give you dirty towels, and the bathrooms are worse than living on the street. The showers barely work, they are dirty, and after you take a shower, the whole bathroom is overflowing with water until the next day when the cleaning lady arrives. She does not even clean, she just walks in with her mop, 2 minutes and she’s out. They do not take any time to listen to you when you have any complains, the hotel manager yells and screams, she is SUPER disrespectful and tells you “this is how it is in Greece, go back to your country”. The only nice ones in that hotel are the night guards.

Not enjoyable at all although the staff were really nice.

Breakfast is lovely , a lot of choice too. The views from the 6th floor ( where we stayed) where amazing , lovely watching the sunset/sunrise. Room was very clean, the maid was kind too. The beds are comfy however, they’re 2 single beds together which is very annoying. It is right next door to the main strip full of bars, so the noise is quite loud in the hotel room, I wouldn’t recommend it to people who don’t want the noise. Overall it was a lovely hotel.

Nice staff, clean rooms, awesome breakfast. Only thing I could wish for is more than one plug to charge our phones and cameras. We also had a nice sea view that we didn't expect since the price was low.

Great location, lovely balcony and amazing breakfast. Clean and well.equipped rooms. The two single bed setup is not great but this was the standard setup in the hotel. Very good stay and very good value for money.

We spent 13 nights in Europa hotel, which is situated just end of most noisy night life street and thats wy very popular for young people enjoying nihgt life activities. First night we spent on street/sea side not sleeping before 5 o clock am.
After returning from discos mostly scandinavian youth groups were going on celebrate on their balcons or rooms.
For second night we got a new room from pool side. Frienly receptionn clerk understood us and change our room.
But after couple of days we got to our next room a group of scandinavian girls and we had to hear next nights
their night lifes with their new greece boyfriends. So we changed ones again room thanks the friendly clerk. Now we got nice room in the upper floor which floor has been renewed and the walls were not paper too there.
The hotel near the beach beyond the busy street.

Mist of the staff were great but there was one guy in charge of keeping everyone quiet after 23:00. He was horrible, didn't let us play cards in another room, he cursed us twice and shouted at my friend to shut up.

I enjoyed to stay in Europa. The room was very clean the staff are friendly and helpfully. The breakfast was great. The location is great but nice bars in the old town 10-15 min walk distance. The nice beach 10min walk near to the harbour. For young people teenagers is perfect coz close to the bar street but thats is really crazy with full of drunk people but the hotel is vert quite so you can not hear whats going on that street.

Great basic accomodation. Parking spaces very limited as located on a very busy street

This budget hotel is very close to a long beach yet central for the town centre. Much to see and do. Good wifi. Healthy breakfast.

Close to The scandinavian bar street and The sea. I would not go back.

For the price, especially with breakfast included, this was a great value. The overall stay though was so-so. At check-in they had no indication that we were coming and had to scramble to find a room for us. The reservation doesnt include AC (extra charge) so even though its cooler now outside it still gets pretty stuffy inside. Also, it was raining while we were there so we couldnt open the door to the patio. The room felt clean but we found some bugs in the bathroom, which also floods with every shower because of its design. On the positive side, the hotel is very conveniently located to the beach, bars, restaurants, the old city, and new city. We also found reception to be generally friendly.

This is a very typical European hotel. The beds were hard and low and our 'queen' bed was just two twin beds pushed together, which I really didn't appreciate on my honeymoon. The hotel was convenient to the beach, restaurants and bars. It was a good value for the price, but definitely not a luxury hotel. There was a lot of traffic noise from the street. And I really don't like the European shower with the flimsy shower curtain where the water goes all over the bathroom floor. And trying to hold the shower nozzle while washing my hair, is just too much trouble. Also there were little tiny bugs jumping around the bathroom floor, looked like fleas or something. Other than that, the room was clean and decent. Staff was friendly. Internet was free, but had to go downstairs to get a connection.

This hotel did not match the photographs displayed on expedia. The rooms were below standard; we requested a room for 2 adults and a child and were given 3 single beds side by side with only sheets, no blankets; the walls were spartan and the level of service were poor. We then rebooked to another hotel on rhodes

It did not have good internet connection. However, the room had a nice fridge, hair dryer, iron, etc. It was clean and quiet. It was less the a block away from the beach. It was about 15 minutes walk from old Rhodes and the port.

Overated. Steps to the lift which made it difficult with large cases. 3 internet computers and none of them working. Rooms were small.

Loustraki turned out to be a nice base to travel to Nefplio and Ancient Corinth. The location worked out great for us. However, there were a number of hotels right on the beach, we wish we had booked one night first, then, check out other hotels. Anyway, the price with Expedia is really cheap, so can't complain.

At this place, you'll benefit of a good location close to restaurants, nightlife, beaches and the Old Town. You'' also have a good size room with a decent bathroom.

this is a great hotel, as far as placement it is on the corner right next to bar street so if you plan on night life and dont want to take a taxi or have a long walk ahead of you this is the spot, only down side is you have to pay extra for airconditioning , overall awsome experience.......
