Old hotel with charming lobby but lacks maintenance. People is nice but the hotel needs a major remodeling. Rooms are clean but old. Electronic keys for opening the room are ok but they should still offer the option of a regular key.

The property is well located and accessibleand the room TV is big. Yet it is not very well maintained. Dark corridors, old elevators, stained carpets, unavailable services due to closed areas. No courtesy water.

The hotel didn't inform that the AC unit was not working, after the check in we got pour room but the problem with the AC was in the hotel, not in the room. I called room service and I was inform that the problem was in the hotel and the tech personnel was working on that but they didn't have an specific time so I went to the lobby and I asked for a refund because we had to leave the hotel.

Booked this quick trip a couple of days before. Like always the check in was painless. There is some renovations going on but nothing was a problem. The room where we stay was renovated with nice big tv mounted on wall. Will come back again!

I liked that the hotel is very close to the USA CAS and the USA Consulate. I did not like that the hotel is not in good shape. the swiming pool and the restaurant were close. They said they are going to renew them but did not see any one working on that task.
