Great location, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Walkable to most tourist sites. Very friendly and helpful staff. Aircon very quiet and efficient.

Excellent crew - incredibly hospitable and helpful! Very clean rooms too!

Staff outstanding!

Really helpful front desk, good little snack bar in the lobby, small but nice room.

Fantastic accommodations just at the base of the Lycabettus Hill. Hotel has a unique feature with F and B in that like but scrumptious snacks are included with your stay as well as non alcoholic beverages.
Certainly a boutique hotel I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again

Great location

Periscope hotel is in a great location and the staff is incredible. Gigi, a member of their office team went out of her way to accommodate us. We arrived late and she took care of ordering our dinner, getting us wine, and making sure our room was comfortable. I would stay at the Periscope Hotel again.
4.4
Enjoyed the snacks in the lounge area and the people at the front desk were very helpful. Location is also great—so many great restaurants nearby.

This property is outstanding. The location of the Periscope in the Kolonaki section of Athens provided access to restaurants, shopping, and museums. The hotel is on a quiet street in a bustling neighborhood. The hotel and rooms are modern chic and clean. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. An excellent breakfast is available with complimentary snacks and beverages provided throughout the day. The Periscope is a top choice in Athens.

En milo was perfect from pick-up to check in through the entire stay. The service was amazing, the rooms were beautiful and the area was absolutely stunning!

I would highly recommend the Periscope for anyone visiting Athens. The staff at the hotel were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.
4.4
Loved the hotel, great room, great shower. Yummy free breakfast and 24-hour snacks. A little bit removed from the popular sites of Athens, but worth the extra walking!
4.4
Near perfect - wonderful staff, facilities (except very slow internet sometimes), lounge and facilities, location. Can't recommend highly enough!

Amazing location and great value. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of our favorite details was a 24-hour snack bar downstairs. Will definitely be back!

Was a very nice boutique hotel, very confy, cozy, great location, super friendly staff. The only bad thing is that I could not earn points on my SPG programme. Booking via Hotels.com is not entitle to earn points, which is a big pity. Overall I loved.

Great location just on outskirts of downtown.
Good size clean rooms

Friendly staff. Good fish restaurant nearby (Barbounaki)

Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable and overall the room was very comfortable. We hope to stay here again in the future. The breakfast + all day snack and beverage bar was very good and appreciated

Great location. Wonderful neighborhood.

Toilet door not closing properly . Poor breakfast. Room service menu lacks of variety

Comfortable ,friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is ideally situated right in the centre of Athens with all ancient sites ,shopping ,entertainment and business centres within walking distance.

Wonderful, professional service! Safe location, extremely accommodating. Multi-culturally welcoming for Americans, non-Greek Europeans. Not gay, but very gay friendly typical of cool places in hip areas of cities with international draw.
Staff allowed us to check in very early (10am rather than 2pm), no additional fee. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding. After we checked out, staff safely, securely held our luggage before calling a cab (which arrived in minutes) to take us to the airport.
Could not recommend the Periscope Hotel enough, and we will for certain be staying here or at another Yes! hotel in the future. A hearty, sincere and heartfelt thank you to the staff for being so professional and hospitable!

Very lively area , not easy to park so dont even dream to have one here ; everything else in central Athens is within walking distance .

Periscope hotel was a great experience. The staff was very professional and quick to respond. The room was excellent and left nothing lacking. Things to consider: There is no iron in the room but available from the front desk. There are no outlets in the bathroomThe bathroom is beautiful but has zero counter space. Location is not optimal but only a $5-$6 uber to the center of the main shopping area.

My stay at the Periscope was perfect in every respect.

Located in an area packed with bars, cafes and restaurants. Staff are friendly, polite and respectful. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Breakfast is more than enough and overall, we had a fantastic time there.

When we first arrived, the hotel reception told us that they had taken the liberty of upgrading us in a better room than what we had originally booked for. The Breakfast is very good and the staff made me a cheese omelet as I had ordered it (bkfast is included). The room was extremely clean and quiet. As this hotel is in a high end neighbourhood, there is a great deal of high end shopping available. The hotel is also located at the Likavitos mountain. We went to the top of the mountain where there is a church, and also enjoyed a panoramic view of Athens. The neighbourhood offers many cafes and restaurants with excellent western food as well as greek home made cuisine. Check the antique shops in this neighbourhood. Many Art Deco and Art Nouveau antiques.

We spent there three nights and we loved our stay. Our room had a perfect size, the bed was very comfortable and the stuff was very polite and helpful. Also the area is very good and you have easy access to the public means.
4.4
Great design hotel. Good and safe location. Within walking distance of major attractions, alternatively the metro is very easy to use and 14 euros for a week pass!
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was as expected from reading other reviews before booking, so no complaints. In fact, exceeded expectations. Eggs benedict was a favourite.
Rooms were comfy and clean. Large enough for myself so happy with that.

I loved this hotel. It was perfect for my stay in Athens before heading off to the islands. I woke up in the mornings and hiked up Lycabetus Hill to see the entire view of Athens. Periscope was in a perfect locaton near Syntagma Square which enabled me to see the "changing of the guards" before my flight to Crete. The front desk was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to help. Thanks Periscope. Would stay there on my next visit.
4.4
Good rooms for a reasonable price in Kolonaki. Service for the breakfast was lacking. I was in a hurry and there was no coffee out. By the time someone appeared I had to leave. If this hadn't happened I would have rated service and overall satisfaction each higher. I need my caffeine! Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, because there is so much worse out there at a higher cost.

I enjoyed my short stay (2 nights) at the Periscope Hotel. The location was terrific with restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance. The room was definitely my style, modern, hip, trendy feel. Loved the king size bed - very comfortable. Downside was construction across the street started at 8:00 AM. Fortunately, I was on business and wasn't sleeping late. I was told by one of my Greek clients that it is hard to avoid construction noise in Athens. I would stay there again. I only wish that I could have seen the penthouse suite with the outdoor jacuzzi!
4.4
Friendly, professional staff, stylish room, good attention to detail and generally very well-run hotel - nice independent feel to it, and excellent location.
