Great location and accommodations. We had a one bedroom for 5 of us. Slightly cramped, but we made it work. Amazing view from balcony. Major drawback- outdoor pool still closed for renovations even though website said it would be open 7/8. Thankful for indoor pool and hot tub.

What a wonderful stay! Everything was wonderful, although we wished the outdoor pool was operational. It was closed for repairs, but we didn't know that ahead of time, so that was a little disappointing. But our room was fantastic and the property well-kept. We would definitely stay there again!

The condo was super nice and very clean. It had plenty of toiletries and paper towels as well as laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs. The wifi was inconsistent but there were some thunderstorms so that may have played a part. A word of warning, they do try to get you to listen to a timeshare type sales pitch but a couple of no thank yous we’re all it took for them to stop. We’d definitely consider staying here again.

Absolutely gorgeous, clean, comfortable, luxury (for me) hotel. Every detail of this place was just perfect. The bed, the linens, fireplace, kitchen, TWO bathrooms, and the best jacuzzi tub. Friendly staff. Great location. Only negative is an early check out time compared to other places in the area (10am.)

Friendly, welcoming and easy check in with accommodations that I requested. Room was spacious clean and updated. The only thing was that the furniture was very uncomfortable and only 1 chair could have accommodated with one more. Outdoor pool was under construction and some other work was going on to clean up after winter. Would love to stay here again.

Ot is a beautiful propperty with spacious and clean rooms. That being said, they need to train all the staff in customer service skills, polite etiquette and how to assist the guests with whatever they have questions about. Upon check-in (after 12 midnight), the older lady did not inform me of any basic services or rules of the hotel. I was not told about Housekeeping, when check out is on my departure, or even what stores or amenities are nearby. The second day of my stay, I did have a helpful young African Americanstaff that told me where to get groceries. He even came out and showed me a shortcut to drive, since the grocery store was closing in 10 minutes. The third day on check out, I was called by a front desk staff man with a French accent. He told me I need to leave the room and there were issues with my credit card. Then 2 minutes later, Maintenance knocks on the door. He said to empty the trash. I told him i am moving as quickly as possible. He took a phone out and sent a text. I assume it was to inform the front desk i was still there. I needed 2 carts to remove my belongings, so I asked in the lobby. It was a separate desk, so I figured it was the Concierge. The young woman said it wasn"t her, but the empty desk in front of her was where the Concierge was supposed to be. So i just got another luggage cart and filled that myself. So there were a total of 4 + employees in the lobby of the hotel although I had to approach the one woman I saw, since no one assisted me!

Average cheap quality room. Reception would not let us extend check out time to 12 pm even though we arrived at 2:30 am after 8 hours drive. This is a poor service.

Excellent accommodations and attentive staff. These are vacation condos, but are wonderfully clean and fully contained with kitchen, utensils and appliances. While they don’t offer breakfast, you can prep your own in-suite, or go to any of the great places nearby.

The room itself was very spacious and really clean. However, the room I was given was right next to the front desk check in areas. It wasn't very relaxing hearing everyone's conversations but not a deal breaker for me. The main problem I experienced was some sort of banging noise which I couldn't figure out if it was a mechanical noise or a door somewhere. But it was all through the night about every 45 min to an hour and very loud, I initially thought someone was trying to break down my door. Needless to say I did not get a good night's sleep.

The room was huge with beautiful views and jacuzzi tub that we enjoyed. You could tell there was former water damage as the vanity in the bathroom showed heavy signs and the floor sunk in certain spots when you stepped down. The shower was VERY small which was surprising given how large the room was. A larger person or even a pregnant woman would have a very difficult time. There was something sticky all over the kitchen floor. Be prepared to get heavily harassed by the people at the front desk everytime you walk by to attend their time share seminar.

This place has gone downhill over the years, stayed for 9 days, pool was only open the last day for a “burst pipe” I walked Into the pool area and all they were doing was re painting the whole place. Was promised a balcony room when I booked and didn’t get it upon arrival. Had to jump through hoops to check out a day early and get my money back. Staff was rude. And to top it all off there was some sort of thumping noise that went on all night. Multiple guests complained and couldn’t sleep. Never staying here again and I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years. Hilton buying the place ruined it.

This is a very well kept and friendly resort, and our 2nd stay here. The building and grounds are attractive, and the design and parking layout allows close parking, without feeling like the parking lot is overcrowded. This is obviously a help with lots of ski gear.

It was great! But hotel guests should be aware that they will try to sell you on a time share. In order to pick up your parking pass you are subjected to a high pressure sales pitch trying to get you to attend a 2 hour timeshare pitch the next day.

Parking was a breeze, check-in a little long because of the timeshare thing. They try to push you into the timeshare meetings but we made it clear we had no interest and it was fine they let us go. Room was very nice with one the most confortable bed and pillow ever. Walking distance to everything was a plus. Pool/spa area was okay not too crowded at the end of a long day of hiking. It is missing a EV car charger for hotel guests. We had a nice winter weekend thank you!

The resort is fabulous, desk staff was exceptional. If there was anything less than fantastic, it was the fact that elevators were being serviced. Still not a big deal.
