Good hotel for the price. It’s situated in a quiet area about 15 min drive from Ostuni.
Breakfast is typical Italian style with a wide range of things. Decent coffee. Plenty of parking available and I liked the fact it was peaceful and quiet with green surroundings.
The pool requires a swimming cap which can be purchased from the hotel. Plenty of place around the hotel to sit and enjoy the peace

The garden is beautiful and well kept.
Amazing olive trees probably hundreds years old.
Staff friendly and professional.
Good breakfast.
Cleaning should improve

Having 24 hour reception was very useful.
Really nice breakfast on the terrace downstairs under the shade of the building. Buffet-style with lots of choice.
Room is small, but adequate and air-conditioning worked.
Only quibble is the disposable plastic cups in the room.

The staff went out of their way to accomodate us.it had just re opened after covid and i was anxious about the cleanliness.it was spotless and the grounds maintained and cured every day.
My little boy (3) loved it there and we are already planning to go back.
Thank you to the staff for being so helpful.

Great location nearby Ostuni; other great destinations of Apulia can be easily visitef from here like Bari, Alberobello, the Castellana Grotto, Matera, Locorotondo, Lecce and the beach.
The hotel is nicely set up with a restaurant, pool and palm trees for a tropical vacation feeling.
Also the hotel's parking lot right next comes highly conveniently.
BUT FORGET ALL THIS!!!
The main idea of a hotel - to relax and enjoy your time here - is not met!
Great pictures of the pool? Yes, but are only allowed to use it between 9:30-13:30 and 15:30-19:30, so the times you usually explore Apulia and are not at the hotel. A bathing cap is compulsory, and you are NOT allowed to use the hotel's bathing towels.
Breakfast - better be early, otherwise you have to grab what is left over. Pretty deserted by 9:00 am. And staff to refill is not seen. You won't even find a spoon to stir you cappucino.
Dinner - better place a reservation in the morning of what exactly you want to eat 12 hours later. If you just show up in the evening you will be professionally ignored by the waiters: no menu, no food, not even a glas of wine.
Room - increadibly tiny, not what I expected of “a room with garden view“. In Italy rooms are more compact, so that is bareable. But the bathroom is a joke in size. The shower cubicle is so tiny you have to squeeze in forwards, can not turn around or bend down.
This hotel prioritizes in the wrong aspects of accomodation - not a good choice!

Hotel itself was ok. The grounds were well maintained and the pool was clean and very pleasant. Staff were excellent and very helpful and the breakfast was fantastic every morning with lots of stuff to choose from. Overall we were pretty happy with the hotel except the room was tiny and really felt cramped, it was only two of us in there as well. The beds were quite uncomfortable with seemingly old and worn mattresses. Also very thin walls and a very strange door in our room that would have taken us straight through into the room next to us which made us feel a little uneasy, also that added to how easily the sound carried. The rooms were kept very clean throughout our stay with adequate towels provided. They do have other rooms with own balconies which I'm sure would have been larger but we weren't given that option.
Overall we would stay there again but it would have to be in a bigger room
