The service was nice, the front desk clerk was very hopeful, I was accidentally charged an extra night and she got that fixed very quickly. However, the stay just wasn't as nice as it was when I was there when it was fifth season inn. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, when I came in my room there was a dirty washcloth on the sink and the hair dryer kept tripping the GFCI and didn't work. The bathtub did not have an integrated drain plug and the rubber plug didn't really fit. The original deadbolt on the door didn't work because of settling so they installed another deadbolt but it's openable by a key from the outside and it shouldn't be. The parking lot was not well lit and there were big holes in the asphalt. The housekeeping service after the first night was very attentive and I am appreciative of that.

This hotel has come a long way since 2017! Cute remodel, caring staff (every body from management to housekeeping & maintenance has been absolutely great) The hotel is clean, beds bathrooms and in room kitchenette. Pool and lobby area are also clean, would feel safe bringing my two young kiddos to stay here any day of the week. You truly cannot beat price and cleanliness. Because I promise, you’ll be sacrificing not only cleanliness- but safety staying elsewhere for the same price range. Just wanted to thank you all for being an absolute blessing when life really seemed to be short on kindness.

Clean rooms, smelled great as well! Was pleasantly surprised. Pool area is very well kept. They have a beautiful atrium. Coffee always hot and ready. They have remodeled and it’s gorgeous inside. Very welcoming. The staff - Ms. Valerie, Mrs. Michelle, Jose and Ms. Elisa are all wonderful and kind. House keeping is wonderful as well, they made sure I always had towels and whatever was needed, offered house keeping daily.

Stayed here nearly 8 years ago & I almost thought I walked into the wrong hotel when I checked in the other day. The owner has put some serious work into tastefully renovating the property. The rooms and lobby have been redone/upgraded, and the staff has been wonderful! So far the hotel has been a welcoming, calm & safe place to stay. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, ac works great, the pool is well kept and the skylight atrium with plants surrounding the pool area is super relaxing. I’m super glad I decided to make my reservation with this property & am absolutely extending my stay.

We were here in may 2024 so knew we wanted to come back. Excellent. The rwo things different this time... 1. Hot tub was empty / pool waS locked. And no hot breakfast ..we had both in may. I guess that they stopped that service for the low low price for a wonderful motel .

This is a tired property in bad need of a refresh. We stayed on the way from Dallas to Colorado about 10 days ago and again on the way back home yesterday. On BOTH stays the A/C in the lobby was broken and the lobby was quite warm. The staff are like zombies ... just going through the motions. My greeting, upon check-in was just a simple, "ID please." Nothing more ...

A/C in the lobby area was broken. The person at the check-in desk was bored and just couldn't be bothered. Our room was very cool upon arrival, but became warmer and warmer throughout the night. The bed was hard as a rock. The overall feeling was that the property was poorly maintained.

There is no air conditioning in lobb. When I came into the room the AC is super old and loud and so dirty .. my room booked said kitchen but is not a kitchen only some bowl and spoons.. don’t even have stuffs to cook how can is a kitchen..spoons is dirty too … the key room don’t even work .. had to went down to asked a lot times..and don’t even look like photo they posted a .. people standed out they room drinking …. So disappointed

Poorly maintained, property. There is no air conditioning in lobb, very hot. The AC did not work well In the room .. the A/C so old and dirty.. when I booked the room have Kitchen but can’t cook or whatever just some bowl and spoons .. issues with key cards not working properly.

Except for a mix-up with rooms, our stay was nearly perfect. Comfortable, quiet, breakfast is being discontinued, but we still had that perk, VERY clean.

Property smelled like mildew, very old and rundown. Staff was not very friendly or accommodating. When I asked for another pillow they told me I had to come and get it then gave me a dirty one. I asked for a clean one they came back with another dirty one made me question, the cleaning staff .

You get what you pay for. I was very uncomfortable. The hotel was dirty. Room felt gross. The carpet was questionable. The AC did not work well. The restroom and shower was scary. The latch to the door was missing a screw. It was scary to the point where I put a chair in front of the door.

We booked it because the property has a pool and hot tub which were closed and chained up. The breakfast consisted of eggs and toast and meat but we werent even asked if we wanted bacon or sausage she just tossed two botes of eggs on a plate with meat and literally tossed it towards us. There was no choice of breads no fruit nothing. We only did that one morning and then chose to find our own more filling breakfast. There was broken tiles in the elevator i tripped on our door in the bathroom in our room had holes punched in it and needed badly to be replaced. Their "gym" had a plywood door on it and the machines were broken. I had hoped that being bought by a large national brand would mean they made the property nice but they slapped lipstick on a pig and called it good. Also be aware that there are hookers and drug dealers living there got to watch that action too so I guess i cant say it wasnt interesting or scary.

This happened to be a wonderful surprise, having an assumed perception of what we would be walking into, we were quite happy to be completely mistaken. The perception was the accommodations would be bare minimum based on the chain, and the extremely low price, and that was not the case. The large, newly renovated, welcoming main reception area was nice, minus one point for the staff having air conditioner issues at the time of my stay, plus one point for management/owners having something in place to work as a bandaid until the next business day when the staff advised the issue would be fixed. The ease of check in, with a hot breakfast included was extremely helpful because we were there on the 4th of July, and we did not need to worry about where to get a good home cooked meal before departing, it was all in house and provided. There was a very large Indore pool, hot tub, and live plants on the entire first floor. The second floor had the workout room which was completely open to the skylights in the ceiling of the building. My room was on the third floor, and as luck would have it, close to an elevator and ice machine that made softer nugget ice. Once in the room, you are hit with a very effective air conditioner under the window, which conveniently happened to be in a location that no morning or afternoon sunlight would directly hit the bed. After driving for 4 days, a solid night's rest was needed, and everything worked to give us a great night's sleep. A MUST STAY.

Top 3 jankiest places I've ever stayed. Too much to write about. The worst part is the eye watering chemical smell when you walk into the room. Toilet seat broken and falling off. Mold everywhere. I guess that's why they did a double dose of fabuloso . Don't waste your money like we did.

Left to sleep in my car it’s that bad. Place is so bad I could even stay to get a few hours sleep while passing through. Checked in and first off this is a super run down motel 6. Got a room went up and the room was filthy. Bed was I made hotels and food containers every where. Went to front desk and was promptly given another room this one had not been serviced. There’s a heat that is radiating through this building. Went into the room and it was over 90 degrees. Weird set up with the room in the way back. AC is on full blast and the heat is just horrible. Room is so dirty I’m looking at the bed for bugs I don’t even want to unpack anything or set my luggage in anything. Figured I’d thought it out since I’ve been in the road all day and get a shower and sleep a couple hours then continue on my way. Started the shower and pulled a towel down and there was feces / poop / crap on the towel. Clearly unwashed just folded back up and thrown on the shelf. This is when I decided to leave. Security, people drinking outside, women coming and going at all hours. Cleanliness is so questionable I would eat the free breakfast even if I stayed. Spend more money if you have to, to not stay here. You have been warned. At the end I was refunded the stay and a heavy $150 deposit. But there also was feces on the towel clearly unwashed. So gross. I book through Expedia expecting them to screen out hell holes like this so Expedia has let me down here too. Very disappointed.

The TV in my initial room had no volume. I called the front desk and the clerk was very friendly, helpful, and I was immediately moved to a different room a few doors down. Very relaxing evening and good sleep.
