I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco.
The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby.
There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. So it was a place where I was able to rest and then gather energy for the busy days ahead, exploring. So I would stay again if I were to visit Nice again.

The convertible chair/bed was way too hard to sleep upon. The bathroom needs some repairs.

I stayed there for 1 night with my family. Just about ok for 1 night, but I won’t book for a longer duration.

Nice spacious apartment... swimming pool & close to a big supermarket.

Poor hygiene, dirty pool, no room service, very poor breakfast with little variety and no fresh food (for example, no fresh bread and black bananas). Unfriendly staff, it is clear that they all work against their will. You feel more like a burden than a guest in this hotel.

The property is nice and the location is good. The only issue I had is that the website is misleading, it says that they offer cribs in the description and I even requested it in the notes when making the reservation. I received a welcome email a few days later after booking stating everything was ok. When I arrived the room did not have a crib, I went down to the reception to request one and I was told they didn't have cribs because people steal them.
In summary we had to sleep with the baby in our bed. Had I known this property does not offer cribs like website says, I would have not book my stay here.

Great value for the price. Close to shops and restaurants. The only downside was that the hotplate (stove) wasn't working and the bath tub plug was missing

This hotel makes me feel very high-end and the surrounding area is very quiet. And the scenery outside the window is so beautiful that I can’t forget it! It gave me a good impression of Southern France. Highly recommend to people who will look for a hotel to stay when they want to visit Cannes! Importantly people need to have a car to get access to the place.

The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening. Overall very good experience, highly recommend if you're driving, if not its a bit hard in terms of accessibility as public transport services to the hotel finish by half 6

It was great, but very far away

Linings not clean, with long hair on the bed sheets. The Safe not working, when asked the front desk about it and why I cannot set up a password I was told “because it is not working and I don’t know why!”. Also, my wife noticed that the fire alarm not working in the room, and for that I was told that they will try to see if it is a battery, if not then needs to wait until Monday to solve the issue ( we checked in on Friday).

Nice apartment with comfy bed and lot of space.
Close to a small centre with restaurants, supermarket and a post office.
A bit worn down and in need of a thorough cleaning. But for us who were out all day and only slept there it was perfect. The breakfast was okay, not impressive, so if you are planning on outings off area then you’ll easily find other options nearby to your liking.

Difficult to find entrance, very dark not well lit, felt unsafe. Aside, The staff in the supermarket nearby was very rude and prices were so high.

The most run down dirty cheap accommodation I have ever seen in my life. The place smelled of mold. The cushions on the couch were torn. The walls had stains. The bathroom was filthy. The place should have been torn down years ago. The beds were old and uncomfortable. It takes an effort to make a place look that bad.

It was as expected - clean kitchen, good bathroom, bedroom, etc. The lock to the door worked a bit badly (it was difficult to pull the key). No late-night reception which was a bit inconvenient.

Dated in the apartment, no towel change at all. Pool and steam room good. Views great if at the pool side/ mountains not so at the carpark. The apartment was dirty and so was the balcony. Reception not open until 5pm on weekends so had a long wait after travelling just to check in. Reception only maned at certain times per day.

Recommended base for Mouratoglu Academy but for visiting Cote d'Azur as well

Awesome place, perfect room, excellent check in staff, clean with usable room facilities, good value for money. Leisure facilities could have longer opening hours. Decent parking, close to supermarket/shops. Property would be super being repainted, will be back!

It was not very good.

There was no one at the counter to get the key of the room for check in, it was a struggle to get them. The place is just ok, the bed is really small and uncomfortable, the AC was hardly working, lot of mosquitos. Not worth going there if you actually want to sleep. For the breakfast, one has to do everything, including making your own boiled eggs.

Aircon is the only plus

It was a quaint place, very quiet! Listened to the frogs and insects in the pond nearby to fall asleep! Overall a decent place for the price!

Great location in Sophia Antipolis with easy access to parc and highway, convenient "kitchenette", quiet on a front yard. Great pool in the back yard with gorgeous views of the Sophia parc and Pre-Alps mountains. We enjoyed the separate room from the dining room. Only improvement would be to have more robust/comfortable beds which were very basic.

Don’t stay here. There are so many things wrong with this place, starting with having no staff between late morning and early evening. Our plane got in late, we arrived and couldn’t get in. We wandered outside the property with all of our luggage.. I had called from the airport, but for a place that wants to attract English speakers, they only have a phone message in French. To ente the lobby, you need a code. I yelled over the fence to a gust at the pool who gave us the code. We then stayed at the pool with our luggage for 5ree hours until the front desk was staffed again. It’s also too far from Nice to make it worthwhile.

Nemea provided value for money accommodation near Antibes during our stay in August. We suggest you hire a car and the location provides good access to the motorway network for those looking to visit the resorts from St Tropez to Monaco along the coast. Sat Nav is very helpful in locating the best routes to travel to busy resorts in the summer traffic as well as finding the accommodation.
The complex is located next to a shopping centre with a Casino supermarket making eating in a sensible option. Dining options in the centre range from an excellent La Casa Restaurant to a branch of Subway. These facilities are a key advantage for the appartments which are located in a university and technology district which is out of the tourist area which is means its quiet.
We had a 1 bed unit with a sofa bed in the living room which was reasonably sized with a pleasent balcony. Kitchen has fridge, microwave and basic cutlery which is fine for making light meals but isn't designed to meet the needs of people looking to create full feasts. The pool area is good with a pleasent setting overlooking the golf course. Users tend to come and go and you have the pool to yourself most of the time.
The accommodation provides the basics of what you require but theres no maid service so keeping the place tidy is down to you. If your looking for value for money accommodation, this is a sensible option but if you require 5 star quality or hotel level service this is not the resort for you.

Not our first choice but with the Cannes film festival on there were not many.
It is quiet location but our room furniture was badly worn and tacky, the bed was very low to the floor and the supply of towels was in adequate.

No easy come in (panel insufficient); kitchen corner OLD...

Booked at short notice and was not disappointed, as a late check in had contacted reception before arrival as advised (Due to reception not manned 24hrs) and key and access details left as promised.Room was good size and spotless. Would certainly use again as a base for the Sophia area, easy access to A8 motorway for Nice, Cannes and Monaco within short drive.

If you're looking for luxury or pampering this is NOT the place for you. There is breakfast available but not much more,no shops or bars etc.. in walking distance. Nothing for children. A car is desirable. BUT there are frequent buses into Antibes, Cannes, etc just five minutes walk away.(10 mins to Antibes). Although basic, our room was spotless and comfortable with a balcony overlooking a golf-course, mountains in the distance. The pool was clean and well-maintained, as was the rest of the hotel. For an economical, simple place to stay in the (V. expensive!) S. of France for adults with a car or good legs we would highly recommend it

Had a double apartment, good size for 2 people but would be cramped if the sofa bed was being used (i.e. for 4 people) Make sure you take beach towels with you - the ones provided were fine but they dont change the ones provided every day (unless you pay) hotel advertised a gym but the offering had a few yoga mats and 2 sit up ab exersicers thats it so dont expect to have a full work out. The pool is however fine but i guess could get crowded quickly when hotel is full. There is major construction going on next to the hotel (it didnt disturb us) but doesent look too pretty thats all. Parking is underground and safe/secure. Good place for the price with a few added bonusses. Staff are efficient but not super friendly of overly helpful.
