Our stay here for this 3 day trip was very nice. The room had a few random hairs on the couch but after our initial personal wipe/spray down it was good. The bathroom & beds were made daily so that's a plus.

While we were out fishing, the staff entered our room l, without requesting. My sons bag was on thr made bed, completely empty. They stole his cash and jewelry. The staff said the my coulsnt prove who it was and said to call police. I reported to police. Management refused to help on any way. We also overheard another guest complainingl that the stuff was stolen from their safe. Do not go here. You've been warned

This older hotel being renovated. Parts are nicely done, new, clean. Beds were comfortable with new, very nice linen. Breakfast room bright, food good and staff eager to help.

The room was huge, had a microwave and fridge and was clean. The only complaint we had was on the second morning the staff person didn’t show up so we weren’t able to have hot breakfast only things like cereal and toast were available. The morning before the breakfast was incredible!

We got a message when we landed in Miami that our room had been given away by mistake. We had to scramble to find another hotel room at a higher cost. I will be in touch with you for full compensation. The front desk guy, whose name was Zach, was particularly unhelpful.

Good location for a trip to the Everglades. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious but couch was old and uncomfortable. Not cleaned very well. Walls are thin. Breakfast wasn’t very good.

We have often stayed at Holiday Inn Express; in fact, it is our go-to. However, we are going to have to reconsider that if they are all going to a barn door-style bathroom door. We like our privacy, and with no door to shut with a lock, it makes traveling with extended family members VERY difficult, to say the least. Major 1 out of 10 on that one.

It was clean and staff was friendly. We were there 4 nights. The breakfast was good when they served it but two of days the used the excuse that their stove was broke and just had rolls and cereal, I didn’t believe it I think they just wanted to save money. According to other reviews they use this excuse a lot. It is sad that they do that because it is really a nice place. Great location for going to Everglades and the upper Keys.

Property was being rehaed but until then the existing rugs were filthy, elevator had fake tile sticker all over it. Furniture was filthy. Really should not have been occupiable until after rehab was complete. Been to many holiday inns. This did not meet the standard.
