Easy to find, loads of parking and the warmest welcome I've had in many recent hotel stays. Couldn't have been more friendly and helpful upon late arrival and the rooms are excellent. Thank you for a great stay.

Had a amazing stay only let down by lamb at dinner tough as old boots couldn’t eat any off it ask for it to be taken off bill restaurant manager thought she was do market deal send waiter to tell me she will give me 50 % because I Eaton al the veg lol Not the money as give refund to waiter. For tip for good service What a very silly thing to let hotel down with As rest off food and stay was amazing

Lovely hotel with easy parking in attractive, well-kept grounds. Polite and helpful staff. Very spacious and comfortable room with plenty of quality coffee and tea supplied. Good breakfast buffet and tasty light meals available at lunch time. Pleasant swimming pool, although the water was rather cold and there's an extra charge for bath robes. Some parts of the dining area are poorly lit in the evenings and seats in the bar area can be reserved without any start time - we noticed a bar sofa where we would have liked to sit empty for 2 hours with a 'reserved' notice on it. No-one had come by the time we left.

Good stay - on the Saturday the breakfast service was extremely slow probably due to not enough staff as there were considerably more on Sunday and Monday. Otherwise meals were good.

We love this hotel, a few very small things could make a big difference. The hot breakfast is often cold and evening menu needs to be more varied to include traditional fare. The spa facilities are fantastic an overal great stay

We only stayed the night but it was a very pleasant experience. Very good service from all the staff we encountered. The dining room at night was VERY low lit; quite a challenge to read the menu!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We felt that the dinner menu was a little limiting especially if you are vegetarian and very expensive for the quality. The breakfast was disappointing. The tables weren’t well prepared and all items in the cooked breakfast buffet were cold. I’m not overly comfortable writing slightly negative reviews - maybe this particular hotel was just not what we prefer.

Unfortunately, there was a school prom on the night we arrived and the noise was very loud while the disco was in operation. However, the noise ended around 11pm and didn't ruin our sleep.

We had a lovely time staying at the property although there were some minor things that could be improved on. A fridge in the room, more than one window opening as we prefer fresh air to air con. The glassware in the bar and restaurant was often cloudy as though the dishwasher needs cleaning/more salt. Disappointing that we had to pay £10 each for the pool.. it would have been better if there was somewhere to enjoy outside space by the pool, we’d have stayed longer, otherwise not really gvfm. Everyone was friendly though & it was clean. Thank you.

Nothing was too much for the staff, the breakfast was lovely as was the food. It was our anniversary and we were upgraded to a suite. We will be back.

I have taken some time to think over this, as previously Park Farm was our favourite destination. Went for our wedding and numerous other times. However this time was sub par. They had major works going on within the spa, with no notice on their site or the spa's. I feel this is a vital notice that should be advised to customers. Having to pay the same money, to end up in some dingy room with other men 2feet away naked, children present just isnt acceptable. Added to this to unusually cold pool aswell, the spa was ruined for us. We then also had dinner reservations which we were most excited for given our previous experience on our wedding night. HOWEVER, a 45 minute wait in a non busy resturaunt to be presented with tough, dry lamb and what could only be described as the scrap end of a ribeye, we left bitterly disappointed and over £300 out of pocket. I am very unlikely to return to our favourite place now given our recent experience and lack of empathy from any of the staff.

Had a great stay at the Park Farm Hotel - only one night but the pool and sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were great, the staff were really welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was lovely - didn't try the restaurant which is a shame as it was apparently very good. Only niggle would be the extra charge of £20 to use the pool so overall made the value for money a tad less, but that's the only slight negative.

The hotel was well located and convenient for getting to the park and ride for Norwich and other major tourist attractions. The service at the hotel was superb, there is nothing they wouldn't do for you. Breakfast was a good selection of cooked food and cereals. The Spa facilities and the staff were excellent. Only downside was that we had frosted glass on the toilet door instead of a solid door.but that is personal taste!

The staff are extremely polite and attentive. All of the facilities are clean and well kept. The pool and spa has something for everyone. I’ve never felt so relaxed, even just 30 minutes away from home.

It was a nice hotel and beautiful grounds, lovely room decor and colour. My friend got a cute birthday card which was a very touching addition and appreciated. Pool was nice and big, hot tub a bit small for a health club probably fit 4/5 max. for the price point, and given that it’s meant to be a spa hotel, it was disappointing that additional fees were payable to use the pool/leisure facilities at £10pp and hiring robes £6pp etc. My advice is to factors those in. Other hotels have these fees included so it’s a bit annoying. The ladies changing room needs updating quite a bit, didn’t take photos but quite a bit of wear and tear with paint, things broken etc. Toiletries are pretty awful for a luxury spa hotel, take your own everything basically. Breakfast was good, but strangely no cheese selection.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful outdoor location where you can walk and enjoy a cuppa . Spa and other leisure facilities available at extra cost. Repeat customers for sure.

We enjoyed a two-night stay in a well-appointed and comfortable room looking out over a herb garden and fields. The room was very quiet despite a storm raging outside on one of the nights. We had nice buffet breakfasts in the dining room but dined elsewhere. The lounge bar for drinks and snacks was also very comfortable.

Hotel was absolutely lovely, had a disco on however when we booked we were told it would finish around 23:30/ midnight however it continued on until 0100hrs making it impossible to sleep.

Very nice room. Nicer staff. Good that Xmas party didnt impact on the rest of the hotel. Not so nice: bath sink had separate hot and cold taps - very 70s And my food was overcooked, overbreaded squid and a small piece of haddock that was full of bones

We loved our stay, from the friendly staff upon check in, to our beautiful, spacious room and bathroom. Our room was spotlessly clean, was very peaceful and offered charm that you can only find in England. The breakfasts and dinner that we had while staying was delicious with plenty of choices. We will be back to stay again

What a wonderful stay here me and my partner had! Such a beautiful place, out of the hustle and bustle, yet still close enough by car or taxi to commute into Norwich for shopping. The photos on Expedia don’t do the hotel justice for just how pretty it is. All staff super accommodating and lovely. Can’t wait to stay here again!
