C'mon On Inn is our go to place to stay when we come home to visit. The hotel is clean, lots of hot tubs, little arcade for kiddos. Great walking distance from shopping and good restaurants.

This hotel in its prime was amazing. It’s well past prime now. Rooms are dated, breakfast was not well stocked. I wouldn’t pay extra to stay here again

Very unique with a giant koi pond in the lobby and a small waterfall and stream. Nice room. Good breakfast. Easy parking. Only two stories.

Hotel staff was great, hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location! We liked there are multiple hot tubs spread out which allowed us to have some privacy as we came to GF from Canada for a relaxing weekend away! Breakfast was good with lots of hot and cold options. Great value for the price (even with the CAD exchange!). Overall, a very nice stay.

The room was too dark and had a big chair

The room was fine and welcoming. However, after running the water in the shower for ten minutes, it never even got to warm. Also, it is nice to have a fridge in the room, but this one was very noisy. I can handle that, but the shower situation made for a less than terrific stay.

My favourite place to stay when visiting grand forks! Overall I love the amenities and the comfort I experience when staying here. I love the noon check out/ and the continental breakfast offered. I would say the only thing I don’t care for is the old carpeting. But that’s hardly a concern as everything else is great. Highly recommend this hotel for value and comfort and location!

Our king suite was extremely luxurious, with a beautiful whirlpool bathtub. There were a few noticeable smudges on fixtures, so it appeared that housekeeping hadn't done a thorough job. But overall it was clean, nicely appointed, and the giant foyer with jacuzzis and a pool was amazing!

We stayed in a suite room and I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. Room is clean and spacious. Nice ambiance and great food.

Friendly and clean for being an older property.

We enjoyed our stay here recently. The pool was large and alot of fun, the hot tub selection was great. The only complaint I have is the room wasnt fully cleaned upon arrival. Mirrors and windows covered in fingerprints and the bathub still had hair in it from the previous stay.

Air conditioning would not turn off. Someone from the front desk came. Took batteries out and said it was fine. Never warmed up past 63 even though it was set at 78. Recliner very worn. Rip in the shower curtain top. Overall could use some updating and maintenance.

C'mon Inn had been our 'go to' hotel in Grand Forks for many years. But, we hadn't been there now for a good while and it is getting tired. We had a suite with a jacuzzi tub which makes the size of the shower absolutely ridiculous - smaller than an RV. I had forgotten that. The decor is ok, but lots of things need attention and touching up. The bed was fairly comfortable but getting a bit jiggly and the bedding had lost of much of the elastic in the fitted sheet so came off with any amount of turning. The staff member at check-in told us that breakfast went till 11:00 a.m.; we thought this was a little weird. So we went down for 9:30 and they were cleaning up already because it actually ended at 9:30 on weekdays. We did manage to get some things before they got whisked away. Overall an ok stay and still one of the most unique hotels in GF, but I don't think we'll be back.

The main issue I had with this building was that we had gotten switched from day work to night work that day which meant we were likely going to be on the clock for quite a few hours after a long drive. We were looking forward to just checking in to our hotel, which we had booked in advance and catching a quick nap before heading back out to work for the rest of the night. We were not able to check in until right at 4 PM. Not good. Very interesting concept with an open air quadrangle in the center of the building with a really nice Koi pond, waterfall, etc. although I did find it a little creepy that the hot tubs were all in a common area and not necessarily closed off in a designated pool area. I had a whirlpool suite which was very spacious and well laid out, With a very large flatscreen TV mounted so flush to the wall that I couldn’t even connect an HDMI cable to watch my own media Content on the TV using my computer. The shower was super tiny and hidden behind the door to the WC and the toilet had a problem with the float valve inside the tank where I would need to open up the back of the toilet and manually start the refilling process, so I could flush again, annoying, but whatever. Only stayed for one night, but when I laid down the room was noticeably cold, with no visible means of adjusting the thermostat. Luckily, there was an extra blanket in the closet which I used to keep warm. Interesting experience, but probably will not be staying there again.
