Nice and elegant hotel. When you enter you can feel the grandeur when it was build. But nowadays it's a bit outdated. Nevertheless it's a nice experience to stay in this hotel. The staff is super friendly, and it's located in the center of the town. I was lucky to park in front of the hotel for free. This in only possible in August.

This hotel deserves 5 not 4 Stars, as everything was so excellent !

Nice and spacious room. While it doesn't appear to be very modern, it is more than acceptable. I would say it is especially good value for the excellent location. There are many good restaurants within close distance. Because we drove in on Saturday night, I was able to park in the street overnight without issue.

The room was nice, clean and we had plenty of space. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The floor of the café was dirty when we arrived, with lots of trash by the bar. Although the hotel has a parking lot, there parking slots are limited and parking around the hotel.

I booked a room here for a couple of nights in order to attend a local wedding. Very happy with the hotel, certainly at the price point, would call it comfortable and functional rather than super-snazzy! Very helpful and friendly staff, there was no problem getting in late at night (or rather early in the morning) both upon arrival (2:30am) and after the wedding (3:30am). We had buffet breakfast included with the room price, it was absolutely fine - did the job - but nothing particularly special. The hotel is well located for exploring central Ciudad Real on foot. Would stay again.

Slightly tired hotel in good location. Good size rooms with baths. Pool area needs more shade and poolside bar was not operational during our one night stay. Easy to find with secure parking. Bar and cafe very good value and friendly staff.

My partner and I stayed here for one night in September 2012. We were driving from Madrid to Granada and wanted to break the drive up with an overnight stop somewhere. The hotel is centrally located and easy to find coming in off the motorway in to ciudad real. It is clean and comfy, with a cheap mini-bar and plenty of parking at €8 a night. The breakfast is not great and would suggest using a local cafe as opposed to paying the extra but overall, we found the hotel and the staff more than adequate.
Ciudad Real is very Spanish and do not expect waiters, bar staff etc to have a great grasp of English. This, however adds to the experience of the town and if you are looking for somewhere to rest your head for the night and enjoy some serious cafe culture then we whole heatedly recommend staying here.

I found the entire experience delightful. The service excellent, the help dynamic and responsive. The hotel is exquisitely maintained and grandly elegant, well-located and picturesque. I loved every moment of my stay there. The quality, gourmet Spanish food on a daily basis helped me to save money and time searching for top-quality restaurants in the city. I will return every chance I have when I am in Ciudad Real.
