We did Dia de Los Muertos a short walk away. We usually eat at Tios Tacos but they have stopped serving margaritas. We went to Ixtapa restaurant next to hotel and the food and margaritas were excellent!

The Raincross was conveniently located to downtown Riverside. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating! The property is obviously older, but maintenance is current. The queen bed we had was among the best I have slept in on my travels. The breakfast was also quite good! Free parking is located right outside your door. I appreciate being able to find an adequate motel for a reasonable price! We would stay here again!

Bathroom was missing a waste basket :( Arrived at night and they will only talk to you thru the side window. I could barely hear the feont desk helper. Not sure how they want to that since it is a busy and noisy area

The rooms are comfortable. The AC makes a lot of noise. The neighborhood is pretry bad. A lot of noise. I saw a few homeless mentally ill making a lot of noise or people making noise with their cars. I was not able to sleep :(

This hotel is our go to secret it’s more like a four star hotel inside the rooms. Don’t know why it’s labeled 2star. Have stayed here over the last few years at least six times, always great Experience, the bed is super comfortable. And a free breakfast in the morning is a bonus very good even a coffee and we are fussy coffee drinkers.

We were happy that our hotel had a coffee machine where we could make cafe latte. A more expensive hotel that we stayed in Los Angeles couldn't even provide, for they said they didn't "have a machine".

Facility was listed as 8 start Hotel on Expedia. This is very misleading. However the place is very small and is clean. A micro wave in the room would have been very accommodating. I would give the facility a 4. The outside doors could use some painting. However it is located downtown and close to everything needed for a pleasant stay.

I got a room paid with cashapp thru hotels .com get to hotel and they won't take my deposit thru cashapp person at hotel told us we couldn't get room and he'd refund our money back it never happened

Very nice employee checked us in, the bed and pillows were both extremely comfortable. HOWEVER, I don’t know if it’s like this in more than our room, but the shower in room 221 has NO hot water!! I waited and waited and waited for the water to warm up and it never did! That was awful.

Great moderatley proced hotel. Clean and no grills but they do offer breakfast. Super friendly staff and saw lots of cleaning going on. There for a concert and it was perfect for my needs.
