Unfortunately, the room was not clean and we saw a roach. Will not stay there again.

For a small family run motel, this one was better than most. Squeaky clean. Close to highway but without the noise. If you just need a place to rest, it works.

My husband and I were in Lancaster for a course. We were greeted with a smile and when we asked if we could have a 1st floor room vs second floor, they provided immediately accommodation. The bathroom light had a fan which could not be turned off. That was my only complaint. Would have liked a second chair in the room. For the cost, it was a great stay. Would go there again.

This location is a great value for what it is - basic and clean. The area is somewhat remote and there arent a lot of choices so we were very happy with what this hotel provided.

Myself and my daughter stayed for the weekend. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and when we stepped out our door, we had a beautiful view of fields and trees.

awful, not worth the price for even for the area. seemed sketchy, smelled bad, half our electrical sockets didnt work, holes in the sheets, wasn’t the cleanest, toilet was nonstop running… I could go on and on. you can find much better for a similar price, trust me.

Our stay at America’s Best Value Inn was comfortable. Our room was clean and overall, it was quiet. The location of the property is conveniently close restaurants and shopping.

It did the job. If you need a place to sleep this is it. Clean, comfortable and convenient.

We stayed at this place due to convenience. Overall, it was clean. However, in the corner behind the bathroom door, we saw a weird smiley face sticker. We took it down, because it creeped us out, and found the corner stuffed with toilet paper to cover up a hole. Just plaster over it -- it takes two minutes!
Staff also threatened me about my service dog, saying he had to wear a vest and be in the registry. There is no such thing! There is no national database for service animals -- and not all disabilities are visible, though it's worth a mention that we rolled up in our car with our handicap placard clearly on display. Staff didn't want to know my dog's trainer's number and didn't ask the service the dog was trained to perform (the only two questions they are legally allowed to ask regarding service animals), yet claimed to have been in the hotelier business for a "very long time." After we settled in, my friend went to discuss this with staff and the staff member who spoke with me pretended that there had been no problem.

The first morning, at around 8am, a loud noise started coming from the walls of the bathroom. It sounded like someone was drilling into the wall with an impact drill. It continued for over 45 minutes and was still going when I left the room. I reached out to America's Best Value Inn Corporate. I received an automated response email apologizing, saying they would contact the location within 48 hours.
The following morning the nose did not repeat but, while checking out I asked the staff what was the noise. All I got was blank stares and "what nose was that?" "we didn't hear anything". The nose was loud enough that I couldn't sleep or hear the TV.
I still have not received a response from ABVI corporate.

A little glitch on arrival as they didn't have my reservation on file. Showed them the confirmation on my iPad and I was quickly checked-in. Room clean and neat. Pillows were a bit too soft but otherwise everything was great.

Clean, no frills room. AC, microwave, and mini fridge in room. price was great, service was excellent. Close to grocery store. Bed was comfortable, tons of pillows. 5 stars for my stay and would stay here again.

Simple no frills place to sleep close to Franklin and Marshall for the commencement ceremony. Clean room, coffee pot in the reception area.

Stay was convenient. Close to mall and some eating. Not too far from Outlet and Sports Arena. Room had no bugs and was clean. Mattress springs were horrible!!! The kicker is hotel wants you to pay ADDITIONAL $15 PER PERSON!! No overnight guests. Don’t bring your family. Even though I paid for a weekend. I would have to pay more for my family and no overnight guests. We travel monthly and never had these costs and rules. We are Vetaerans. Not children.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just be aware that this is a remodeled but old hotel. What this meant for me is that the main door deadbolt did not work, it didn't seem like the deadbolt in the door that connects two rooms was latchable either, and the bathroom door would not completely close. The door between the two rooms had a 1" gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. I could hear the man in the next room clear his throat and put the toilet seat down, every sound possible, as if he was in the same room with me. Overall this did not make me feel very secure. The rate was half of other hotels, so I guess you have to take the good with the not-so-good.

We're Lancaster natives who moved outta state & come back every now & then to see friends, this hotel has been newly renovated from top to bottom, new owners did an amazing job fixing the place up & replacing the old with new! Hotel was surprisingly clean, fresh paint all around, new beds, clean linens, the bathroom was outstandingly clean, room service stopped by & offered towels, toilet paper & clean trash bags. Staff was friendly & accommodating. The location is nice with lots in just a few mins radius, including highway access. It was quiet & comfortable- will stay again! Great job ABV staff! A budget hotel with big name hotel kind of service! You guys are doing great!

It has been a pleasure to stay at this facility. It is my second time. It is not a place with fancy amenities (most of which, I do not use, anyway) The room is very clean, nicely appointed, and comfortable. I will stay here again and can highly recommend it. Without hesitation.

Unfortunately, I obtain food poisoning from a local chain. I needed to be 911 and out of the facility. Staff was very accommodating to my family.

Pretty average hotel, what I liked was that it was very clean. The last two hotels that we stayed at in the Lancaster area were not very clean.
