Excellent views of the ocean and beach. Comfortable king size bed. Large and comfortable room. Modern and up to date. Large screen TV. Comfortable chairs. Clean rooms. We'll be back again. Highly recommend!

Always wanted to stay at the Arch since it is right on Bolstad. This is a great location for Long Beach. Had a 3rd floor Ocean view room. (Definitely get one if you can!). ADA is a bit odd. Blouses touch the floor on hangars. Had to ask housekeeper for a blanket. Wish the windows opened more. Biggest issue was the mattress was way too hard. One of us slept in the recliner. The one who slept in bed had serious issues with bad pain next day. So best location, new carpet, clean, friendly front desk 5. Bed comfort -1

We were not advised of NO room service, even though they said posted in room. We got new towels delivered, and they walked right by used towels on floor and full garbage cans they didn’t dump. But in the room was a used envelope for a tip,to housekeeper. Basically NO service or visible staff. Just a room near ocean.

It’s an old building. You can hear people walking on the upper floor. We we unlucky enough to have a hyperactive kid running around in the room above us. We checked out and went somewhere else.

Was not clean, room smelled like smoke, freezer was very dirty. The bedding wasn’t clean or white towels. The best part was the location, parking and staff.

Room was very clean only complaint is the fan in the bathroom didn’t work so the smoke alarm went off from all of the steam from the shower.

We booked an ocean view room and we could not see the ocean so that is just false advertising. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom area is very old. They need to replace doors and do some painting. Hinges on the bathroom door were rusted. There is no fan in the bathroom. Coffee in room is terrible. We liked the location and it was easy to get to the beach. We will not be back.

Ocean view was what was stated on the room i paid for super disappointing. Trees is what we saw. Sheets had some questionable stains. But it was a clean room over all and nice staff. Please dont advertise ocean view if tree line has over grown that rooms view!

Entrance area was not freshly painted, luggage carts facing you on entryand had rust. Rooms were upgraded and in reasonable condition for an older property. Bed was adequate but not exceptionally comfortable. Pillows not soft or full enough. Bonus: Starbucks Keirg coffee in the lobby AM! Prpoerty within eassy walking distance to the beach.
