Cute little place, great staff, the spa water was very clean, but the rest of the building and rooms needs some care. Would be nice to add a hourglass in the Dry sauna.

Nice and quiet but expected a lot more for the money we paid. Breakfast was by far not ok, and was not provided in one of the mornings. The staircase and entrance towards elevator was not cleaned and vacuum for weeks. The presentation and pictures you see on the internet do not reflect exactly what it is once you get there. If it would have been presented as a 3 star hotel, then probably would have been satisfactory, but it was presented as a 4 stars hotel, which is not.

The place feels like a motel inside a hotel. There was almost no staff present. We stayed 2 nights, one of which was Victoria day and the reception area was totally locked on that day. No access to facilities inside ( pool, saunas, bar. Speaking of bar, it was a vending machine and a counter to self get plastic cups. The outside pool wasn't ready. The room was dated. Felt like the 70s. We had a room with 2 beds but only one had the neurobed function. There was a persistent loud noise coming from a vent on the floor near the fridge. The beds are not very comfortable, quite bumpy and rough linen. There was a dirty towel left hanging in the bathroom and only 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel in the room. The floors crack a lot when we walk in the room. Would have been nice to have a firepit outside for the evening. Noone told us that the beach access would still be closed and that most of the hotel facilities would also be unavailable on Victoria day. The only 2 people we saw at the reception desk were nice and courteous but the whole experience was pretty bad.

Quite a bit dated, but hot tubs are nice and staff were excellent. Room was VERY warm although the thermostat showed 16? AC wouldn't turn on (we found out later a switch had to be turned on). Perhaps add some explanations in the binder provided. Neurobeds were awesome!! We'd come back.

The room was spacious and overall comfortable. We appreciated the whirlpool in the room, and neurospa bed. The electric fireplace was unfortunately defective and ran for the whole time we were there, making the room too warm.

Very old. Wavy floors in the “hall way” which I think used to be a balcony. Very small bathroom because of a huge tub. Difficult parking area. TV did not work. Very soft bed.

Great staff, very sociable and helpful. Massage area is not very well located; lots of foot traffic next to the room which makes it tough to relax during your massage. Beds need to be changed, really not comfortable.

Overall a decent hotel, but the rooms are dated like it was 1995. We rented the signature suite and the room was clean and well kept. Fireplace did not work in our room and was broken. Grounds were also clean and tidy, but this entire establishment is in need of a facelift. A little pricey for this kind of hotel, but my better half was great company, so we had a fabulous time anyways. Thank you.

We absolutely loved this property! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in giving advice about activities in the surrounding area. Our room had a fantastic view of the frozen lake, even on the first floor. There were plenty of hot tubs and spa facilities. We unfortunately weren’t able to use the sauna or steam room but they looked very clean and maintained. The only thing we were disappointed by was that the continental breakfast is only available on the weekends and we visited during the week. But that just gave us an opportunity to check out more of the little shops around town! I would absolutely stay here again and would suggest it to anyone planning to stay near Montreal. Great access to snowmobiling, snow tubing, and a great drive through safari park.

Too many dirty towels and sheet.We had a room on the first floor so its was so noisy rooms were not soundproof not great in the morning.Low season facilities close at 4pm the jacuzzi outside only are available with no sauna or bathroom around.In winter it so cold the room don’t heat up quick.The inside pool is great but way too saline .Great wifi on TV we had Amazon prime Netflix …free.Overall and OK stay.

Rooms require renovation. Bathroom tiles are all loose on the floor and almost no grout. The toilet bowl water is leaking terribly. Unnecessary super-large whirlpool tubs make for a packed room in the bathroom. Lighting is poor in room. The bulbs are old fluorescent and should be LED. No restaurant on the property, no bar on the property. No place close to eat or drink. you must drive a minimum of 1.2 km to an establishment. Roads are not safe to walk along. The sauna had severe black mold. The staff was extremely polite and accommodating. If you bring a trailer of snowmobiles here beware! Make sure you are on the property backed up to a wall. Thefts are high here they indicate.
