Wonderful staff. Place just a bit dated. Mold in corner of bathroom tub.

I did not like anything about this property.

Black mold on the ceiling in my rooms bathroom. Employees weren’t rude but they weren’t friendly either. Entire room was shaking to the point I felt sick while the laundry was being done. Advertised hot tub is connected to the pool and was not hot and the jets didn’t work either.

Upon arrival went into room and found lights not working. Only one lamp in the corner was working on dim. On site manager was very nice going out of her way to find a solution for the issue. She brought in light bulbs, but did not work with the two lights that were out. She went and found a lamp for us. That did give us some light. I did not feel comfortable, staying in a room, knowing that it was some electrical issues. The next morning as we prepare to leave the room start shaking really bad. I’m not sure if it was because of the elevators were on the opposite side of the wall. But it felt like as if you were sitting on top of the washer and it was just shaking. We immediately hurry together our things after waiting on a cart to leave. Not my favorite say. I tried cancel my room it was denied and I felt like we just was in a place we had just had to deal with it.

My husband and I were accommodated after multiple delays and cancellations during the Crowdstrike disruption to air travel. We had been awake for over 30 hours and had been standing the majority of that time. We were so grateful that early check in was available and staff was so empathetic and welcoming. Great staff, nice room, comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast!

Clean

Booked 2 rooms 3 nights. TV support loose from wall in one room. Bed support extended from under bed in other. My wife and I both hurt ankles several times on it. Breakfast was from 6-9 not 10. Not many choices at breakfast. First time ever had to put eggs in a microwave to warm. Eggs were cold from frig. Limited on towels. Asked for them but were unavailable. Hand sanitizer stations were empty.

I didn’t like that there was a lot of noise in the early am. One night I had to call the front desk.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool. The lobby, room, and hallways were clean. The exterior was well kept. There is a convenience store and several restaurants very close by. However, as my daughter and I were enjoying the indoor pool, a large group of preteen and early teen children came into the pool area with no adult in sight. The pool rules clearly stated ALL minors must be accompanied by an adult. These children were extremely loud and boisterous. My daughter is Autistic and has sound sensitivity issues, so she and I went back to the room. These same kids were staying in the rooms surrounding our room, and were screaming, banging doors and walls, and running up and down the hallway all night, keeping everyone on the floor awake. I knocked on the door next to our room, ask the occupants to keep the noise down, and there were only children in the room. I asked where an adult was, and they said they were in two different rooms, but only the kids were in that room.The front desk offered to change our room, but my daughter was already settled in our room. I requested two extra towels from the front desk and was told they had already given out all the extra towels they had to the family with the kids from the pool. The hotel was good, in general, but they should do a better job of enforcing their rules, especially about the unsupervised children running amuck. I know the front desk could hear the yelling in the pool, but no one ever addressed it.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Sewer odor coming from bathroom drain that made me sick. Manager never called me back. Ask desk to send someone to room while I was there to smell the odor. Stained wash clothes, so I used my own. Stayed 1 night and charged for 2. Did not return my cpap pillow. Locked me out before I could get all my belongs out. I stayed with a friend due to the contamination. ADVISE NO ONE TO STAY HERE.

This property is very welcoming by professional attentive front desk agents, organized, friendly atmosphere, nice amenities, safe, peaceful and I would stay again.

Bed comfort was dirty. Took it down stairs to get a clean one. Bed look as if it was change. Overall good stay.

Great front desk staff and my room was very clean and cool!

Perfect stay for short term / sleeping over. The front desk, food attendants and housekeeping staff were absolutely amazing. Very personable and friendly. My only complaint is the rooms have a bit of a stale smell/ damp. Some dust in areas id expect to be consistently cleaned or checked.

It was nice

Everyone was very nice meaning employees, like at the front desk and one or two of the maintenance guys. It was a pretty average, standard room however there was no coffee pot/keurig which we had to call down to request and housekeeping did not stop by the room at all Saturday (we stayed Friday afternoon, and left early morning Sunday). We were out all day Saturday and did not return back to the room until very late Saturday night, at that point we were all exhausted knowing that we had to get up early in the morning Sunday to leave so didn’t even bother to call the front desk. Only because of that is the reason for my ratings (again my interactions with most of the associates was positive but staff and service are in the same category). I will be willing to give them another chance the next time I come down which would likely be this summer.

It was great! We stayed 2 nights. Facility was clean and staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is a plus! Would definitely stay again!
