The staff was nice, but not great. I only got two towels in the room so when I had to hose off two kids I called down for towels and was told it would be a 45 min wait, so I chanced it and went down to get them myself. The room was okay. There were stains on the carpet and the bathroom was not super clean, but it was okay. I booked them because of the pool and outdoor area and I really felt like I was catfished. It’s just not nearly as nice as the photos. In fact I decided to skip the pool and the hot tub all together as neither was very clean, and the room the pool is in clearly doesn’t have adequate ventilation so the drywall is patched everywhere and the whole room smells awful. The outdoor area is one gazebo in a run down courtyard and it also seems to be the designated smoking area so, again, skipped. The breakfast is a lot and was great, it was actually probably the best part. All in all, I probably won’t stay there again.

Huge wasp nest near the left side door. the bathtub dripped all night long& the bathtub needed cleaning!

We love Rogersville. Everyone was very freindly and the building all be it *semi* outdated was very welcoming and confortable. Love the lobby and dining area and love seeing the direction their headed.

The facility was not clean, and it was in poor condition. The comforter and towels had holes in them, and we were told there were no better replacements. The pool had hair balls in and around it. The first room we went to smelled awful, and they did give us a different room, at no charge. However, it was hot and stuffy, and was not clean. I will say that the staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be.

Nice place

We stayed for 4 days. The bed was comfortable. We always bring our own pillows. The room air conditioner worked well and quietly. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I am traveling with my six kids. We were required to have two rooms due to the number of people. Five of my six kids are under 7 and we had one room on the second floor and one room on the third floor. We ended up bringing in sleeping bags so we could be together. Went down for breakfast which was also a joke. The staff was putting out a handful of things every 20 minutes or so. The place was full of people trying to get breakfast. We ended up leaving and getting breakfast on our way out of town. Will not visit this establishment again. Very disappointing as we have not had a problem with a family of our size staying with this chain before.

There are only two hotels in town and this might be slightly better than the Quality Inn. That said, it’s old, shabby and not very clean. The hairdryer and the TV don’t work.

Great Breakfast! Very nice accommodation. Very clean and comfortable. Its a very good place for a family or a single female's to be safe.

Tub needed to be scrubbed better. Dirt ring not cleaned enough. Gyn equipment needs to be repaired particularly the tread mill. Other than that -- food was great, the room was great, had a good nights sleep

Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The pool was warm and clean. Our room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean as well.

It was convenient for a quick overnight stay for travel. The lobby was nice. The room had a stale odor, there was dirt on the carpet and cobwebs by the chair. The lighting in the bathroom was dim and the shower felt dirty because the tub was rusty and dingy. The shower needed an update.

Very quiet. I did not bring my dog this trip but the room I had would have been perfect. Right by the outside door but I did not hear other people coming in & out.
