Our only complaint is the lack of coffee makers in the room.. I'm not to keen on running to the breakfast room in my fine

Okay and comfortable to stay

Front staff did not guide properly, like parking, breakfast time, pool time , etc Hairs all over the "fresh" towel

We were greeted by friendly staff and quickly checked in. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. I was surprised by how quiet it was given how close to the highway it was. Breakfast was good

The lady at the front desk at checkin was excellent and helpful and the lady at checkout was also excellent. The breakfast was better than most. Very convenient location.

We have made this a tradition for back to school shopping as a mom and daughter night. Very close to Outlets and convenient to other shopping. This hotel is clean and workers are friendly.

Nice rooms, close to a cool pinball bar. Surprisingly quiet even on first floor. Definitely will stay again.

Hotel was very close to outlet mall and reasonably priced. Walking distance(2min) to a restaurant that was fair. Breakfast included had the typical options, eggs and breakfast meats that changed daily. Breads, cereals & pancakes(bland flavour) but completely fine and many seating options. Pool wasn’t great. Not well maintained, tiles need cleaning and more water added. Chemicals were overdone.. eyes were burning. Not sufficient ventilation. Room layout was great but beds very soft. A bit noisy because of location by hwy but expected.

Better hotel with fair price. The bfast buffet is not bad for the price. The staff front desk is great. We always stay here every time we are out n Tulalip. Great price. Closer to Seattle Premium Outlet stores.

Friendly lady at the reception makes guests feel welcomed. Room was relatively spacious which was nice. Busy breakfast area with good selection. Location of hotel is near Seattle Outlet Mall makes it convenient for shopping trip there.

I spent the week with my grandkids and loved that they could go swimming, snakes in lobby breakfast was wonderful. Housekeeping was friendly and wonderful! My grandkids told me that they wish there were more kid shows to watch on tv. Other then that we had a blast . Thank you for welcoming me and my grandkids!!!

As a family two separated rooms…but both near an noise elevator. Even hotel is freshly remodeled…bath was full with patches of blood (?)… Ok for one night but just an average Holiday Inn

If I could rate this property a 10 I would! Our time here was for three days while in the area visiting family. From the moment we checked in until we left the parking lot to head home our experience was top notch. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. The whole place was very clean and nice looking. Our room was above average, the bed was the best I have ever slept in and wanted to take it home with me! The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were conveniently located to the elevator and ice machine (no hunting or looking at a map) . The breakfast each morning was fresh and hot with plenty of choices. The coffee machine was an added bonus because the coffee typically isn't the best at hotels but this place has amazing fresh brewed, delicious coffee. I brought our own coffee maker and coffee along but never used it. Our grandkids came over to visit and we spent time in the pool and hot tub making great memories. The guests we encountered were fun and friendly and our Shi Zhu made lots of friends too. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. One thing I recommend is you remove the phot of the BBQ since it is no longer available. Had plans to use it but were able to walk over to Applebee's for dinner as a substitute.

Everything was great except for the parking! Insufficient spaces and guests sometimes overstepping the lines makes it difficult for the other guests to properly park!

My wife & I had a Great Timer...Awesome Front Desk Service, Clean Room, Great Shuttle to & from the Casino, Fantastic Breakfast Service!!!

Some road and parking lot noise. Hallway on our floor was noisy as neighbors were up late and taking in the hall. Otherwise, everything else was good.
