Great place to stay with comfortable beds and lots of space for 3 adults. Onsite pool if you wanted. Was impressed that I got a text when we forgot something in our room after checkout. Highly recommended this hotel.

Recent stay at Georgian Bay Hotel was very pleasant. Our room had been recently refurbished. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were quite large. We dined at the in-house restaurant (Gustavo’s) for both dinner and breakfast. Both meals were quite good. Service was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel

what an entrance beautiful drive up to hotel. It was clean staff could be a little cold, greeting was abrupt but efficient. was able to store our bikes in a safe location room was excellent would have been amazing if we had a patio or balcony but hotel was full. however room was very modern and clean. towels were like sand paper. our overall experience was great i would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, quiet and cozy. Amazing staff. Pools were clean and warm…even the outdoor one. On site restaurant served amazing food. My only complaints were that I found the bed way too hard and that when we opened our windows to get some fresh air we discovered they opened over a flat roof top with lots of standing water.

We have enjoyed our stay! We came because we have a wedding nearby and wanted to stay somewhere we could enjoy the area as well. Check in was incredibly easy and efficient. They did a pre-check in which made it faster and asked us when we were expected to arrive. Room - was clean, bright and looked newly renovated. They gave us a room overlooking the outdoor pool, which was beautiful! They had comfy beds, everything was clean, and average size room. Pool- We went to the outdoor salt water pool and it was beautifully warm. We stayed in there for an hour swimming and it was never crowded but often used! It stayed open until 10 pm which was really nice! The indoor pool was also close by and was used in the evening. It was chlorinated. Location- It is a little removed from the town but in a very accessible area on a large treed property. Staff- we’ve had limited engagement from staff but it has all been very pleasant and professional with a lot of smiles!

Check in was horrendous. We were asked to check in on line, which we did, and we still had to wait 1/2 hour for the room key. Plus we specifically requested a ground floor room and were given 2nd floor with no elevator. They did change our rooms which begs the question why that didn’t happen at the onset. Room was great. Staff at the restaurant for breakfast was wonderful. We would stay again.

We enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay at this hotel. The recently renovated rooms are perfect and are equipped with numerous charging ports as well as a fridge and microwave. We took full advantage of both the indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool was nice and warm on a chilly morning. We didn’t have time to use the tennis court, which is showing its age, but was definitely playable. The onsite bikes are more suited to children than adults, so if you do want to cycle on the Georgian trail, I would recommend bringing your own bikes or renting some. I would highly recommend this hotel as a base for exploring the area.

Although the room was clean and the beds comfortable, we requested an early check in and paid 43 dollars for it and not just 30 as reported to us upon inquiry weeks earlier. We did not get our room right at 1 pm and although one front desk receptionist was friendly, the other was not. She seemed annoyed we were waiting for our room. Our air conditioner made a very loud sound every few hours which disturbed sleep.

Love that the rooms have been updated & are clean however I feel they are a bit empty and hollow feeling with the vinyl flooring. Some nice blackout curtains would help the room feel more cosy. Also, the showers could use doors. Love, love, love the mini Dove bar soaps as I despise the traditional “hotel” crappy soaps so it’s nice to have name brand quality soap!! We also tried riding the free bicycles and they were pretty crappy to be honest would be nice to have more glider type bicycles/comfort style bicycles to ride!

Our view looking out to parking lot. I am a ladscaper and I know it is not that hard to do edging around flower beds. Just cleans those edges. Also need an arborist in.

Enjoyed a relaxing getaway from the city. The outdoor pool area was a great place to relax. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed having a balcony. I would definitely visit again.

This hotel was stunningly beautiful! From the drive in, to the lobby, the grounds, even the room was very tastefully decorated. Our room was exactly as described on the website, and the added bonus was the cute little outdoor space with chairs! Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on, and have travelled alot for work over the years. Only things I would change, would be the location of the room. We were the last room at the end of the hall, and the cleaning crew kept their carts there and the door was extremely loud opening and closing. I also wasn’t a fan of the 11am checkout time; but understand that it’s needed to get the rooms turned over.

The staff here were fantastic. The property is great for families with lots of kid friendly activities but also great for adults or solo travelers. We will definitely be back!
