Very clean hotel. Appeared to be newer or recently renovated. Helpful staff. Beautiful room with plenty of towels. Hotel was quiet but had some street noise that was to be expected with the location. Ample parking. Laundry facility is always nice on a long trip. Recycling bins in the lobby. Breakfast was exceptional. They also provide, on the go bags if you are not able to sit down for breakfast.

This is not a 9/10 hotel. The staff are very kind. The facilities need a deep clean and repair. The room’s furniture was dated and unclean. The chair was so dirty we put towels over the chair before we’d sit in it.

Stayed here with 16 teenage kids for a soccer tournament. Sharika and all front desk were so very nice and patient. Leslie the GM equally nice and accommodating. The Housekeeping staff and manager also so very nice and patient with the messy boys' rooms. The property is very clean, rooms are updated and large. Very comfortable. Close to airport and walkable to a mall with lots of food choices and a Krogers and Walgreens. Highly recommend!

People were very nice and friendly. Hotel is just kind of old and run down. AC loud, furniture beat up, shower kind of dingy. Clearly there isn’t a lot of upkeep going on. It was certainly livable, just expected a little better from the brand and rating.

We thought it was a lovelyroom and it was well designed and appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable. However, the kitchen staff did not keep up with refilling the coffee and the food on a busy weekend. Also, the hot water would go on and off, and the water pressure was not good. Other than those two things it is a very nice hotel, fairly short ride to downtown Nashville, and we would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Nashville.

The room was very out dated. The mattress pad and fitted sheet was very worn out, thus not fitted. The shower ceiling was leaking. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast staff were supers as well. The rooms need updated!!

There was no soap in the shower and the breakfast that was supposed to be included was not available because a worker did not show. No accommodations were offered for even a cold breakfast or pastries. Nothing. We had to go down the road and pick up something at Panera

We love the consistent quality at Hampton Inn. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was ok, kind of too hard for us. The pool area needed some cleaning. Food on floor, bathroom smelled bad and was untidy. Hot tub was roped off and out of service - which was disappointing. Excellent staff and breakfast!

Our King size room was big and had a jetted tub which was nice. The room looked good and was clean. There was a mild musty smell when you first walk in the room. The pool and pool area were nice. Nothing wrong with the hotel it is just starting to show its age

Super friendly front desk and clean lobby, but the room was a letdown. Top of toilet seat not clean, dirty sink with toothpaste left in basin, stained or unwashed bath towel and hand towel, dirty caulking and stains all on the carpet. The bed linens were clean so that's actually most important, but all other issues could have been avoided with proper cleaning and maintenance. Not worth the price paid.

Hotel property was top notch employee was friendly and tries his best only problem was system to check me in was slow not working properly then same problem with key card not working . Employee had to walk me up to let me into room. This was not ideal for me because I had no in and out privileges or access to hotel if there wasn't an employee after a check in hours I don't know.

A series of unfortunate events: This Hampton Inn is having some issues. We noticed right away that there was a musty, moldy smell in the area near the elevator and in the halls. Upon arriving at our room, we were locked out and after several trips to the front desk, we found out it was because the batteries in the door lock were dead. The poor young woman who was alone at the desk had never changed them before and my husband had to help her. We finally got into the room and it too smelled musty. In the morning when we were at breakfast, the large windows in the dining area were leaking and there were puddles of water on the floor. The morning woman at the desk was very unfriendly and defensive when my husband informed her about the leaking windows! Also, when I went to check out, that same morning desk attendant was wearing headphones and I had to wave my arms just to get her attention, She seemed very annoyed by having to be called to the front desk and while she did say “thank you,” it was with a great deal of animosity. This property is in need of repairs and we will not be staying there again.
