Stayed here for 2 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. The front desk staff were great and very friendly and caring. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Wolfeboro. The room was very comfortable and overlooked the lake. I highly recommend the Wolfeboro Inn!

We were charged twice by mistake.
The staff never refunded us for a part of this.
We wrote and called the hotel many times, the management was supposed to fix this but it never happened.
Disappointed !

Our room shared a wall with the public bathroom. Very unpleasant to be awoken every time someone used it. Had no iron or closet in the room. Very convenient to downtown. Seating by the lake was wonderful

The location is great, with easy access to the main shopping area. Although the rooms have been updated, the hallways and some other parts of the hotel are a bit dated. Unfortunately, they chose to upgrade the computer systems at 3:00, which delayed check-in. While it's not a major issue, the timing could have been better. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would definitely stay there again and hope they address these issues in the future.

Has potential but didn't seem quite ready for guests. Several lights in room not working , cold water under sink shut off , no cups , had to get ice from front desk ice machines not working. But it was clean . Looked forward to dining in but restaurants closed until April. Website did not share this info. Breakfast was good but really overpriced.

The private access beach was nice, but the shed did not offer towels. The inn was very intimate but the gym was not on property. Great location, walkable to everything in town.

Air conditioning in room did not work - made sleeping uncomfortable.
Would have helped to have more than on chair in the room

Very nice hotel in the center of town a little rustic we stayed in historic area. Breakfast was pretty good. One of the best I’ve ever had. I would recommend the place.

We had an amazing time. The room was clean and recently updated. The staff was unbelievable. We had made an assumption which could have ruined our weekend. We were at a destination which we were going back to the next day so we decided to leave our car and travel back with friends. The next morning we tried calling an Uber to get back to our destination. Unfortunately at thst point Uber service wasn't available we were stuck. The staff tried everything they could to get us a ride without any success. One of the hotels regional managers was at the hotel going over renovations offered to drive us 45 minutes out of his way to return us to our car. When I tried to compensate him for his time and gas he wouldn't take even a dollar. They saved our weekend. The hotel was beautiful the staff super helpful and management went above and beyond any expectations. The Town and lake which the hotel is on was incredible. I highly recommend this Hotel.

The Wolfeboro is a lovely place to stay. Everyone was very nice. The Tavern was closed as was the breakfast spot . The hotel did provide a continental breakfast which was good. Easy check in and checkout.
I would definitely stay there again

It was good. They did email us to ask if we were celebrating anything which was a nice idea so I replied. We were - our 35th anniversary! No acknowledgement was made so I'm not sure where that info went. The room was exceptionally clean and it's a great location if you want to walk to all that the downtown area offers.

No housecleaning. Hall ways need to be vacuumed. Room was updated since last year.

Had high hopes for a comfortable visit- but was very disappointed. Air conditioner broke at 10pm, had to be relocated to a new room at 3am. Early the next morning the cleaning staff tried entering my room at 8 am without knocking on the door; so much for sleeping in. Went to take a shower and brown water flowed out of the sink and shower for 10 minutes. Very disappointing experience in what otherwise is a very nice inn.

This place met every expectation and then some. It’s a winner for sure. I’ll be back based on my initial experience.

Fantastic stay. Wonderful staff and very convenient location to all the local amenities. Only complaint was the bathroom had some spots that appeared like they had not been cleaned in the shower but overall a wonderful stay.

We had several issues upon arrival, Amber tried to rectify our issues the best she could but overall our visit was unacceptable unfortunately.

We had a wonderful time at the Wolfeboro Inn! Rooms are newly renovated and the beds were very comfy. We had a deluxe king and it was very spacious. It was very quiet and close to everything downtown - we were able to walk to shops and dining. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful

The room was not properly prepared when we arrived (no hangers in closet, no drinking glasses, insufficient towels/ shower products, fridge was leaking water).
The continental breakfast was not being replenished until requested...first come/first served seems to be their notion. Breakfast was served/eaten in the lobby even though there are no proper dining tables (when asked for a spoon, staff replied that there were none???)

Nice classic inn on the lake, nice little swimming area, great helpful staff, literally a 1-2 minute walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. Continental breakfast was good.

Staff not so friendly, property grounds/beach/outside of hotel are not pleasant at all.. disappointed not to enjoy a beautiful getaway and be outside w dingy grounds.
Definitely needs updating and friendlier staffing.
Not accommodating at all .
Sorry never had to give a bad review - this was a special getaway and feel as though we wasted our money we so many disappointing factors .

Our room was newly renovated. Already, the toilet paper holder was broken. There was no full length mirror in the room, no hangers in closet, no shower mat, no window shades or curtain for the two smaller windows on the side. We did not get a long sleep, the light was coming in around 4:30am. Had to use a towel to cover part of the window, so we can sleep a bit longer. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean. The front desk customer service needs improvement. I came in to check-in during a shift change. I was left standing at the counter without any acknowledgement from the 2 ladies behind the counter for probably 5 minutes, while they discussed whatever it was, until one of them left. No sorry or anything, guess it’s normal practice. Guests are not that important! 🙄 The good thing about this place is the location. Right on the water, and within walking distance to the piers, all the shops & restaurants. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Wolfeboro is an extremely cute town. Property is in a great location, everything is within walking distance. Room was large and spacious and beds and bedding was very comfortable. Bathroom was updated, but needed some minor repairs. Deck and sliding door needs updating. Common spaces were kept clean and furniture was comfortable, but carpet needs updating. Breakfast was super light, we chose to eat downtown, but it would have been nice for the coffee and creamers to be kept filled for the whole time offered. Tavern is very outdated aesthetically and once we saw it, we were glad we didn't choose to eat there. Beach and dock area need to be kept cleaner, but it was fun to sit on the dock for a few hours in the sunshine. Overall, nice enough place to stay, and again, super close to town and walkable to everything.

The room and bathroom very recently updated. New bed and linens. Only recommendations would be to add a full length mirror (or any mirror) in the main room, a microwave and a second chair. Staff very nice and helpful-would stay again-great little town w many places to eat.

Stayed for one night. Room was large, and clean, and beds were comfy.
The beach was beautiful, we didn't swim but did go check it out. The property around the facility was nice but could use a-little maintenance. But I'm sure it's hard in today's staffing situations. The Inn is right on Main St. so you can walk to local restaurants and shops. We didn't explore that much but plan to the next time we come to town. We will be back!

The hotel was ok. We did hit a snag with no A/C in the room. Hot and humid weekend. Fortunately Curtis was able to accommodate us by moving us to a different room and a $50. dinner voucher. Definitely redeemed them. Probably wouldn’t return though. The hotel is very dated and needs work.

Stay was great and Shawn and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We'll definitely look to stay here on our future trips to the area.

Although the staff was completely lovely, which makes me feel bad writing this, the truth is that our stay was awful. First, our room was dusty and stuffy; I had a terrible stuffy nose and asthma the whole night as a result of it. Although we did not have the heater on in the room, the heater in the hall was way too high, which made our room feel even more stuffy and unfresh. The mattress was about the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on! The mattress was old and had no form to it, the bedding was uncomfortable, and it was impossible to get comfortable. After tossing and turning all night, I think I finally fell asleep at about 6 AM for an hour, before our next-door neighbor started talking loudly and woke me up through the paper thin walls. My daughter slept on the pullout couch, which was even worse. Although Expedia listed this hotel as a hotel with a full restaurant and room service, everything was shut down when we were there (The first weekend of May) so we were only able to have a very limited continental breakfast served in the lobby. Mediocre food at best. The hotel was under construction when we were there, which was a bit inconvenient, but hopefully they will be fixing up the rooms and buying new furniture!

The Inn is going through full remodel on second floor. I stayed on third floor and the power tool noise is loud, you can’t sleep in. Never saw any notice on line or told on phone at booking there was a remodel underway. Energy control on heat does not allow room adjustment, room was cold. The folks at the Inn are very nice. It’s off season so I understand the remodel now, but should have been told upfront what to expect.

Courtney at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The food at the tavern was good our room was clean and well insulated. I didn't hear a noise from the nearby lobby. They also three tesla chargers that can be used against a $25 fee.

The people working at the Inn were wonderful. Unfortunately the Inn is in need of some major renovation. We were disappointed to find the bar and restaurant were closed on New Years Eve.
