A good stay in Paris - Saint Cloud
The Mercure hotel is delivering to it's usual standard. Overall very OK, but with two minor remarks:
1. It could be a water refilling station on the hotel. (OK, there are supermarkets within 150 m).
2. What I really missed is a work lamp at the desk. Even in summer, the room can be dark in the evening, when you need to work.
10 minutes (partly uphill/downhill) walk to the Saint Cloud station.
But all other OK.

I love St-Clouds for the View and proximity of everywhere I need to go !
And the Mercure Hotel’s are class 😍
The breakfast is the best I had in Hotels ever
Good job 👍

It was amazing and a great breakfast. They don't run the A/C until the summer. That made the room somewhat stuffy.

VERY WELL !

For a short stay, this hotel was good enough! Clean and modern and lovely staff. Unfortunately during our stay the elevator was out of service, and our room was on the third floor which was not great. Also the doors in our room did not close properly so this could do with fixing! Overall it was a pleasant experience - lots of options for breakfast too although we did think 18 euros each was a little pricey,

Great staff and hotel

Staff were very helpful, and you can walk to restaurants and stores. Bank across the street with a cash machine. Easy to get an Uber, or walk to the Bois de Boulogne. Not sure otherwise how this merits a 4-star rating. No restaurant, no way to find snacks if you get in late. Breakfast is adequate (fresh bread was good if your waistline can manage it, but scrambled eggs seemed like they were made from powder), coffee was little pods. Rooms are teeny, pillows felt like folded hard towels. No shampoo in the room, so bring your own. No happy people in the bar like in the picture, but I wasn't there on a Friday or Saturday night.

The rooms were very clean and l could open the windows! I wish the rooms had mugs instead of paper cups for coffee and also microwave inside the room would be better!

A bit out of the centre, but still within 3 km walking distance to Roland Garros. Slept well and breakfast was fine.

I really enjoyed my stay. I booked 2 rooms and stayed as part of a group for a wedding. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The food was excellent. The breakfast was perfect to wake up to each morning. Great location in a very quaint area near the center of Saint Cloud. Easy Uber ride to Paris. Enjoyable stay. Recommend!

good location, limited parking spaces, friendly and helpful staff, yet the elevator had a weird odor and the room has overused furniture.

Very nice stay, good place for quick Paris trip

Smaller hotel room than it appears in the pictures

The property seemed to be located in a safe area. The property failed to provide plugs for guest, when plug was requested guest had to give 10 Euros as a collateral.

The biggest question is the location.Quite far away from center Paris. And it’s not as gorgeous as it shows on photography, though it’s clean enough.

No ventilation - the room was very stuffy and the AC did not work - when asked the reception they did not care and ignored me.
Did not look to correct the issue - insect problem
Thin wall - woken up by people speaking in next room at 4am
Their talking on the phone woke me up multiple times.

Close to Meudon Saint Cloud Versailles. Far from downtown Paris but perfect if you stay on West side
Clean quiet. Great breakfast buffet

The hotel staff was not helpful most of the time. Beds were comfortable and adjoining rooms with twin bed in one was the perfect set us for our family of 4. Location was perfect for us as we had personal business in Saint Cloud and wanted to enjoy Paris as well.

Great hotel in middle of town. Easy walk to train. WiFi was very poor.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff some spoke English well. I unfortunately don't speak French. I was travelling with my disabled mother. They took very good care us. The night desk person set up a disabled parking spot for us special so we could leave the hotel for a driving tour of Paris and still have a good spot to park when we returned. The restaurant was great. Enjoyed dinner and breakfast before we left.

Best doesn't mean good but better than the rest. For the room it's much too expensive but okay. People are friendly and breakfast is nice.

The hotel was overall a nice place. Perks: the concierge was super nice and helpful the day we arrived and the waitstaff at the restaurant were great. Dinner was ok and breakfast bar was just ok. Wouldn’t rave about it. Downers: kind of a loud area at night and the walls are super thin. Also, it says parking available but they only have 7 spots so get there early or you’re Parkin go on the street... other than that: Ok

Booked this location some time ago as Gare St. Cloud was convenient for transportation to / from Le Golf National / Ryder Cup. Very welcoming staff and was a bonus to have a room ready for our early-ish arrival time. The air-con didnt seem to be working - it was unusually warm for Sept, but as we were out during the day it wasnt an issue and at night could leave a window open. The area is a quiet, lush, safe suburb with a restaurant next door & shops, bakeries etc. nearby, also found a great sushi take-away 6 min walk downhill next to a new Monop (convenience store open late). The view from St. Cloud station over Paris is one of the best specially at night when the Eiffel Tower is illuminated.

Pleasant if not all too brief visit to the area. Nicely situated hotel and pleasant courtyard bar. Sadly never had time to experience the hotel facilities other than the kettle in the room, but would happily stay there again

The hotel is nice but probably not what you’re looking for if you want to see anything touristy. It’s a good 25 minute subway trip from the sights.

Bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast very expensive. (And not very good) Very steep hill to the metro subway, and they charged me 12.00€ for 2 bottles of water. We wouldn’t stay again.

Hotel was located about 30min train ride from Paris tourist landmarks and 5 stops from Versailles. The metro was very convenient to get around with. Hotel staff spoke English and were very helpful. They are very strict with check in times, 2pm. Room was small but had everything. Restaurant on property however did not use it. Great area with supermarket just down the street.

Short stay for Roland Garros..great little hotel within short distance by taxi to the tennis

Wonderful, hotel. Great staff. The wifi is terrible but all the rest was good. Great location to take the train to,Paris
2.0
The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though their English was quite bad.
Biggest problem I had was the showers. Almost no hot water coming out.
All in all from past experience in Paris I didn't expect much, so, given the comparatively low price of the hotel it was an acceptable stay.
No restaurants to speak of close to the hotel, but two supermarkets at least
2.0
Know the district, not too many restaurants nearby, but suited our requirements.
Room had separate shower as well as bath/shower.
Price isn't cheap but the hotel provided what it said.
3.0
Rooms are clean, reasonably sized and comfortable. Walls between bedroom just too thin and hence you hear conversations, TV etc. in the room next door. Annoying if the German is a very early riser in the room next to you.
2.0
Great wee spot for an overnight and easy to tourist areas on the tube
