The front desk and the breakfast staff were amazing. The friendliest breakfast area crew I've ever encountered. The breakfast was cooked exactly as I like. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bedspread was so soft and thick. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay

What a nice surprise. This is a lovely, well kept hotel. We were just looking for a place (preferably clean) after the day at Tanglewood is Massachusetts. What we got was delightful, polite people working in all parts of Hotel, the room is clean, attractive, and well appointed. Could not ask for more. Thank you

Everything went seemlessly & was very pleasant.

Hotel was clean and convenient. Bed was fairly comfortable, and pool was nice. Air conditioner was increibly loud. We were waking up all night each time it turned on. I wouldnt stay here again because of the noise.

The king size bed was too soft. Sheets did not fit. Disappointing

The hotel was average. Check in was pleasant, check out was rushed and not very pleasant. Common areas were very clean.

It’s a quiet and comfortable place to stay. Paid nearly $500 for one night. The price is ridiculously high for a two star hotel.

Like: Great staff, 10 min to Tanglewood and Lenox center, had a fitness room and small pool, upbeat breakfast manager, teas and coffee in lobby, cleanliness in all areas, even though the entire place needs a redo. Dislike: The room was a disaster! WAY overpriced at $464 per night (not including taxes) for one room king bed with whirlpool Room 307; Whirlpool had stains all over it, yuck!; the window overlooked the industrial pool roof; the right side of the mattress was very lumpy and needed to be thrown out (so I tossed and turned all night); the entire room was tired and needing of a major redo, including one piece of artwork that they didn't even bother to center on the wall; cheap coffeemaker, peeling wallpaper, stains on the ceiling - It was a complete disaster. Unfortunately, the hotel was booked for the 4th, so we were stuck there. Even with the great staff and expected amenities, we could never go back there, and probably not to any Hampton Inn & Suites ever again. That's how bad it was.

Someone knocked on our door at 11:30pm because they thought we weee the room with the AC problem! They should probably write it down and get the correct room especially at that hour I observed the front desk people scrapping the toaster over on top of the trash barrel and then put it back into the toaster oven without cleaning either Coffee was cold at the breakfast Flys all in the shower area located at pool

Air conditioner in our room (123) was horribly loud. It did mask the noise of comings and goings from the neighboring rooms, which went on until 3 a.m. I advised the management that the room was not rentable again until the A/C was fixed. If you can sleep through the noise of a freight train the A/C made, then the room was otherwise clean and comfortable.

The bed was very uncomfortable

This is an excellent hotel in its class. It also provides an excellent breakfast

No water for drinking on each floor, only in lobby. Some updates could be done. Lovely people.

Stayed a couple years ago got same room this time can’t complain.

The hotel is in a quiet location with plenty of parking. Outside area average..would be nice to have an actual patio area instead of tables on the grass. The pool room could be warmer. The staff is pleasant. Breakfast is average, nice to have the waffle maker. Enjoyed our stay well enough..but I would say that nothing stands out about it. It wasnt a bad place, or a great place..its just average!

Set back from the road, clean and friendly staff

I had a great stay Sugar here. Everything is ultra clean. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean property and it's in a cozy location (it's a bit hidden in the back). It is good for a one night stay. The staff is professional and efficient in what they do. Breakfast is kind of limited but is still really good. They also have complementary hot chocolate, coffee and tea in their lobby.
