Service was terrible- no help with luggage not helpful with information

Just terrible. The most uncomfortable, rock hard bed. Really worn out fittings. Almost no soundproofing. The bathroom was just beyond awful. The shower head has clearly never been descaled. Overpriced, massively, for what it is.

Wonderful oasis in the city. Close to museum.

Loved staying at this little oasis in Napoli centre. The pool was such an amazing bonus, just wish the hours of the pool were earlier, my son was dying to get in there at 7am!
The breakfast was lovely and sitting outside on the terrace was beautiful.
I felt the staff could be more helpful and friendly, but overall we loved the experience.

Just great all around. I travel a lot and the service at this hotel is great not to mention the grounds

A charming and peaceful oasis in the middle of the city!

The Hotel is located near Piazza Dante and is really in the thick of it all. You walk out and are immediately surrounded by amazing bars and restaurants.
The hotel has a tiny pool. Glad it was there but really not big enough to do laps (if that was something you were considering)
The hotel decor is just strange, It is trying to be artistic but feels like a collection of very random art.
The room itself if weirdly old and not updated but very very clean. The floors are so clean that it squeaks as you walk on it. I find them a tiny bit slippery.
The Bed was HARD. That was the only issue we faced. Everything else (slightly leaking shower, the AC that was too old and mad a noise when it started up didn't really bother us).
Too expensive for what it was.

Hotel is a surprise, behind gates and cobble stones and greeted by colourful glass stained windows and statue very arty and tasteful. This is a noisy area with night life bars until 2-3am, air cond. in effective, great eating places around particularly ETTO next door. Naples rustic and grungy but the food just wonderful.
4.0
Great neighborhood for lots to do and see just steps away from lively areas. It was a quiet clean place tucked in from street. Couldn’t have picked a better location for us.

Location is perfect - restaurant next door L’Etto, was amazing, inventive, tasty and affordable.
Staff of the hotel was superlative, as was the breakfast. Best scrambled eggs anywhere. We just wish some of the bacon could be cooked crisper for Americans as well as how they simmer it for the Brits.
Room is a bit tired. Bed was OK, but had one of those awful squeaky mattress savers which crumples and creases under the sheets. There was not enough hot water.
WIFI was terrific.
They have secure, enclosed parking for those who drive. Pool looked inviting.
Once again, the staff went out of their way to provide exceptional service.

Staff were professional and ensured we had a taxi ready for our early morning departure.
The room was clean and the shower and bed were very nice. The hotel is in a very convenient location. The outdoor roof balcony is beautiful.
Unfortunately the room was incredibly warm with no working fan. The noise outside was outrageously loud all night— the hotel should provide ear plugs or a white noise machine for guests comfort. This made us happy we only stayed one night.

Great location and even though it was in a busy area once you walk into the courtyard it is so peaceful so I slept very well

Location and safe secure parking. Naples is a vibrant city and this was a nice oasis- staff very helpful and welcoming!

Walkable to everything. Gated/safe, amazing property near the center of it all.

The hotel is tucked away off the street at the back of a condo or apartment complex. It’s modest but kept up well. Convenient to places of interest and a metro stop. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Great breakfast in the morning. Many guests like to use the outdoor area, which includes a pool. No amenities to speak of, but comfortable room.
1.0
At 27 degrees C air conditioning is no luxury at a hotel of this category. Windows can be opened but due to noise from the street not an option.
To bad that management has made no efforts to fix the technical problem asap.
And no recognition of the situation. We would have expected some sign of compensation.

Unbelievably incredible staff at the front desk and in the restaurant! They need a difficult beginning easy, (the airline lost our luggage! Took hours to file report, came in to the hotel late and tired), they were very accommodating, and generally cared about their guests. Very helpful!!!

Our room smelled very bad, the pictures of the property online do not accurately portray the current state.

Incredibly beautiful place in the middle of historic center of Napoli. A perfect example of a boutique hotel. The staff was sooooo kind and friendly and very competent too. The place is beautiful, the pool is beautiful.
I would easily recommend this place to anyone. Breakfast was also nice and well balanced in variety.
Thanks for an amazing stay Guys.

Must start off with the entire staff were amazing!!! Extremely accommodating and breakfast was delicious and fresh everyday (everything made daily including pastries). The room was good, a little dark and AC was a little weak. Water pressure was perfect. Suggestion - please add hair conditioner. Right outside of hotel, your choice of bars and eateries. We definitely recommend this place and will return when we go back to Naples.

This is like a little sanctuary in the middle of Naples! Tucked back in a court yard off the street. We loved it so much we stayed there again at the end of our trip before we flew out. Best Breakfast!

The Place was very clean, staff was so accommodating and friendly. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure comfort, ease, and quality of stay. I would definitely stay there again if I was ever in Naples again!

This hotel is a peaceful escape in the busy centro historic district. excellent location, room was spacious, very safe (area is safe) lots of food and coffee close by. Staff was helpful. This is a small boutique hotel. Do not expect some grand entrance and large open floor plan. Is beautifully Italian, with art and furnishings that reflect this.
4.0
Rooms could be more modern in comfort with some assistance from staff to make it special.

The room was good and the location was great but the wifi was very poor and hardly got signal in the room

Have to go thru 2 security doors and hotel is back in a courtyard. My room was nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable. My only complaint is the cheap, worn out hairdryer that had no air blowing out, only heat.

This hotel is right in the museum district a quick walk to 2 metro stations and the Spanish Quarter. There are many fantastic restaurants and bars within a block of the hotel. We stayed one night while on the way from Rome to Capri and this was a fantastic base to see some of the Castles and Museums and have fantastic Pizza, Aperitifs.
The hotel has a swimming pool, a breakfast area and the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful

A very nice hotel in the center of the old town. The service was perfect and the staff extreemely helpful. Walking distance to main shopping street Via Toledo. Close to subway and restaurant/bar streets.
Quiet hotel in the middle of the city buzz. 👍

This must be the friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful.
When you arrive there’s not much to see, just a sign from the street but inside is a courtyard and a beautiful oasis of calm.
Rooms are comfortable and aircon is good.
Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the courtyard is a lovely way to start the day.
It’s a great situation too, right in the heart of the city.

The hotel was an oasis of luxurious tranquility amid the bustle of Naples. We loved the pool and drink service after a day of walking around the city.
The staff was very charming and helpful. We loved our stay here.

Great location, great set up for third-floor rooms, great breakfast. Service was hit and miss. Room itself was fine, but not luxurious. Pool/patio is nice bonus.
5.0
Stayed twice in just over a week, bookending an organized tour of Campania and Amalfi. Hotel is a little difficult to find on first arrival but is set back from the road through gates (and second gates!) making it a little piece of tranquility (and safety) although very close to the North end of the historic area of Naples. Rooms as described on the web site and staff (front desk and breakfast) very friendly. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

It was hard to find behind a gate with no signage but we’ll worth finding! The pool was refreshing after a hot drive.
