Great place for a short stay. Room was large and clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was good Staff very friendly.

We were told the room was going to be an upgrade and that did not happen. When I went to check out I gave my keys to the ladies at the front desk and they stared at me as if I was something foreign to them so I told them I just want to check out and they continue to stare until one of them finally said OK. My response was “so is that it?” and they both said yes. An hour later I got an email and a text asking me if I was still in the room. Obviously neither one of them checked me out of the room. Not sure if I would’ve been penalized if I did not respond to the text but either way I don’t need to be bothered after I leave the hotel. Especially when I’m told that they had already checked out. I don’t like that they use toilet paper that’s so cheap that it leaves small deposits all over the bathroom floor.

This is a really nice hotel with very spacious rooms and friendly staff. Pool and hot tub are nice. The breakfast is the best I've seen around in a long time. The entire building is clean and well maintained. The only negative is that parking is very limited, and the lot is filled with oversized pickup trucks so it can be tricky to park. My impression is this hotel has contracts with construction companies to house their traveling employees.

Hotel felt newer. Was surprised to find out that our room was a suite; not sure if they all are but if so it’s a nice touch. Very easy 5 minute drive to downtown Eugene. Property felt very safe and secure in a quiet part of town. Breakfast was basic, but free and convenient. Would absolutely stay here again. No complaints.

Hotel is set back from the freeway so not too much noise. Parking for cars is easy but if you have a trailer or TV there are a few spots across the entry road from the hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and modern.

The staff and location of this hotel is great. I think it's what you'd expect for a hotel in the price range. It was strangely noisy at night, though. A lot of thumping around. At first, I thought it was just neighboring customers, but it sounded more industrial, like it was coming from staff downstairs or outside? I could hear it all hours of the night. I don't usually have staff clean my room during my stay unless I'm staying for an extended period but my daughter did a lot of eating in the room which led to food in the trash that I didn't want to sit for an extended period smelling up the room. But when they cleaned the room, they emptied the bathroom trash and left the very full living area trash there. I thought maybe they missed it, so I took my do not disturb sign off the next day and pulled the trash from out from under the table, but same thing. I thought that was odd, but it felt minor in the grand scheme of things. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Received worst room in the hotel, in the basement across from the pool, with a carpet dryer outside our door. Probably because i booked through Expedia. Not at the last minute but well in advance.

It was okay. not worth the money. Basement flooded, water damage in the bathroom, noisy party at midnight by the pool, and uncomfortable bed. Good breakfast and location.

This place was great. The parking lot could be bigger and if you are driving a truck and trailer, you may have to park around the corner. The staff was friendly helpful. Breakfast options were great too. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms had great amenities, very comfortable beds with most excellent sheets. I would also say if you have a chlorine allergy, don’t stay on the lower level, so many people coming and going from the pool area the hallway does have a chlorine smell.

The property was a great on/off location for freeway access. Plenty of parking and felt safe. It’s an older property with aging fitness equipment and furnishings. Surprised it cost $250 for one night for the quality but maybe that’s for the location to U of O? Even though we didn’t stay specifically for any event at the University.

The surrounding area is quiet so we got a peaceful night's sleep. I commend the staff at the front desk and the staff for the breakfast. They were both very courteous and helpful.
