After several calls and a 1 hour wait the shuttle finally picked us up from the airport. To use the once every 2 hours return the next day, you MUST be able to show a boarding pass. We had not checked in, so didn't have a boarding pass, and was refused a ride. We stood in the rain and watched a half empty shuttle leave for the airport while waiting for our Uber. The staff are very unhelpful and aggressive. To get to the room, you have to leave the reception, cross the carpark and climb a very steep path. Next morning in the rain it was treacherous, nothing to hold onto. The room was tiny and badly maintained, a small worn out bed and a falling apart toilet seat. Breakfast was basic. Only hot sausage, bacon and torte. Missing even continental items, no rolls, fruit yogurt, or fresh fruit. Set on a hillside in a residential area, not close to the airport or the resort. I would recommend forgetting about shuttle, pay less and take an uber to a nicer hotel in the resort.

Nothing zen about this hotel. Many weird clients with young children talking loud constantly and even shouting in the alley and the bar next to the reception until 23h30. We could also hear the people next to our room and above. Couldn’t get enough sleep as we had an early flight. Good for one night only.

This hotel advertized with free transport to/from airport. We arrived with a rental car, and were refused transport from the airport because they said it was only for customers arriving with aircraft. After complaining about this we were also refused transport back to the airport next day due to our previous complaint. We had to get a taxi for transport both ways, totalling 37 euros. Lessons learned: do not complain about anything during your stay, because there will be consequences if you do. Apart from that, the beds were descent, and there was a nice bathroom. It is a noisy hotel, we could hear running water from other rooms. The front door had a large gap under the door for mice and bugs to pass freely should they want to.

In 4 nights the floor never been cleaned or bedding changed, we had ants in bed :( There's no where to hang swimming stuff to dry. Only a very limited choice for breakfast, also boiled eggs delivered without shells from somewhere and taste sour as they kept in some liquid to keep them fresh.

Picked this hotel because of proximity and shuttle to the airport. Everyone was friendly. Its basically you get what you pay for. Rooms and the hotel is a bit outdated and we had to shlep our luggage up the stairs because there is no elevator. That was a little annoying. We did have dinner and i must admit it was unbelievably delicious!!

I stayed in June and was more impressed then. The staff was friendly but not overly accomodating on my second trip. The first room they gave me was not accessable due to a severely damaged door handle. They gave me a room with four single beds. Poor use of room space. Couodve used a couch and a bench in the bathroom. There were no hooks anywhere in the bathroom. The bar was open all night but you couldnt sit in the room for a few hours before breakfast, which was at 6:30, because "others would think that breakfsst had started"... The coffee drinks were just not good.A majority of coffee in Spain, in general is awful. $20,000 espresso machines, yet an awful end product. Dont know if its the beans or the lack of training. The pizzas are actually quite tasty. The pool was nice. The location is typically bigger city, Costa Del Sol, wedged into an area with dirty streets and lots of traffic. The place isnt awful, but could use quite a few improvements.

Basic accomodation.. was for 1 night after arriving late from airport. Was told an airport pick up service. However after numerous attempts to contact the hotel prior to leaving the UK was unable to find out how to arrange this so ended up having to pay 20euros in an taxi( taxi driver said min 20 euro charge) . Ok for 1 night but is no where near airport despite it being in the hotel name.

Had a ok stay, good service, good help, and everything was nice. Only bad thing was that room number 001, the closest to the reception - was full of some kind of flies on the door and inside the room. That was really frustrating. Our stay was only 2 nights, but we had to kill at least 20-30 flies every time before bed, and we had to be careful opening the door too, if not then we would be visited by 20-30 more flies. Other than that, everything was ok+.

AC dripped all night long even though it was only set at 24. Mouldy wall. Bathroom door was broken and the shower drain was clogged and didn’t drain. Front desk just gave me a towel.

Lovely small clean hotel with all the modern facilities one would expect. It is slightly off the beaten track. However, there are bus stops and a local train station within 10/12 minutes walk of the the hotel. There is small super market, chemist and a few restaurants on the way down to the main road. It will take you approximately 30 minutes to walk from the hotel to the beach.

A great hotel located close to Malaga airport. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the pizza n the onsite restaurant is very good. Highly recommended.

We stayed for a week. The staff, food, service and place was wonderful. Room service every day. It was nice coming back to new towels and made bed every day. The staff were so nice. They had a restaurant with amazing food, and the bar by the pool was so good as well. We enjoyed a few late nights there☺️ We'll be coming back.

I liked the statues that were in the hotel. The room was lovely and clean and the shower was amazing. Only issue I had was that the noise that came from the boiler next to my room always went on and off. It sounded like someone as trying to get in my room and I didn’t like that. I also didn’t like that the Irish bar near the pool was closed the whole time I was there. Apart from that the experience was amazing and the staff was wonderful.

An absolute jem. Fantastic place, great swimming pool with sun loungers. Fantastic outdoor restaurant with great food and the mojitos were lush. We will definitely stay here again when we have an early flight out of malaga. Will be recommending this to all our friends
