They have just refurbished the rooms and also the out door area evaery thing is fresh and new the only thing they havent looked at too well is the bed they are very soft and uncomfortable

Spacious 1 bedroom unit for the night. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Resort gradually being renovated, so starting to look fresh. Lovely pool. Walk straight down onto Kellys Beach.

Our stay was amazing right on the beach. They even gave us an upgrade for an ocean view suite. Beautiful property.

Don Pancho is in a premium location. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and will be very impressive when finished. It was comfortable, good room sizes and we enjoyed a wonderful beach view. We even spotted a few whales from our balcony! The staff were all very friendly and attentive. When I visit the area in the future, I would happily stay at Don Pancho again.

Parts of the property are under construction Pool closed building under repair. This was not mentioned when booking via Hotels.com. Would have booked elsewhere if notified. Staff were very friendly. Will look to site website for future bookings. The location was great.

Amazing Beautiful Gorgeous and I will definitely be back. I love Don Pancho By The Beach. Hotel is always clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beach is Oh So Glorious with Surfing, Fishing, Diving. Endless Adventures for all ages right at the Hotels Beach Front. Thank You Don Pancho C-Mc. 😇

The room above us was a nightmare, kids jumping screaming, you can also here them walking above us, this went on up until 12:30 and first up in the morning. The place was old but clean and there were workers upgrading the place and was not advised that there pool was getting a make over, would have loved to know when I booked the property.

*•*•Serenity*•*• Don Pancho By The Beach is simply amazing. Reception and all staff are a beautiful team as well as extremely helpful. Decor throughout was lovely, clean and well maintained. Stunning views of the Ocean whilst lucky enough to spot the Whales from the Hotels balcony. I Most certainly recommend Don Pancho By The Beach.

Booked a poolside apartment but arrived to find I was next to a construction site. Workers and heavy machinery going from 7.30 to 4 working on the pool and their adjacent units. So much for a relaxing holiday. The scaffolding was 2.5m from my “poolside” entrance. No notice or apology offered for my booking

Our room was nice overlooking the beach. The complex was under construction/renovation at the time of our stay. Pool and spa area was not usable due to this. Will be amazing when renovations are completed. Highly recommend staying here

The view from the room was amazing. The rating for the property condition was because of the work currently happening, but not a reflection of my overall view of the property. Definitely plan on returning.

Really liked the spa and pool, especially the fact that it was salt water. Location was great, being able to walk down the stairs to the beach. They offered free bike hire and free paddle board hire. A few negatives were when we arrived we discovered that the resort was under construction which was not mentioned when booking. We then had to navigate our way around scaffolding in a small parking lot. There was a hole in the cememt which the scaffoling was not containing properly and the front wheel of my tire went over the edge as i was trying to reverse park into a very small space. Then when i finally did park, the car next to me could not open their door. When we could not figure out where to park because it was not clearly signed we went back to ask the recrptionists who acted as if we were dumb and unimportant she did not offer any help and was abrupt. When i put a complaint in about her, the next day when we went to reception to ask to hire some equiptment she confronted us and asked why we said she was rude , then complianed to us that she had gotten in trouble with her boss due to our complaint. This made us very uncomfortable and not want to come back to this place ever again. The rooms were also very small and not what was pictured online when booking also very outdated. There was no lift which made it hard to carry luggage upstairs. One positive was that from thursday onwards there was two lovely receptionists at the desk who made up for the rude one.

This prooerty is in an excellent location, right on the waterfront which we loved. Unfortunately there was some works going on in an adjacent building on the property which made the parking very tight but it was manageable

Great find at last minute due to disruption in our original plans. Awesome room steps from the sand! Bargara is such a nice, small, clean, friendly town. We feel like we lucked out with this place.

Lovely, characterful old motel. Currently undergoing a bit of renovation work, but nothing that spoiled our stay. The staff are absolutely amazing - they really cared about making sure you enjoyed your stay. The 2 bed apartments were really well equipped with very comfy beds - we immediately felt very at home and were genuinely sad to leave. Would love to return to this beautiful little seaside gem one day.

Although staff was lovely and very helpful. I found the building it self very dated and old with rusting air conditioners , rust at the bottom of most struts holding the post along the breeze way.

Old and very small rooms. There is a reno program but not in the unit we were in. Easy access to the beach past the Reno’s. Long walk to the village.

Property is under renovation and wasn’t told that until I had booked the stay. I couldn’t cancel the booking and get a refund. Place wasn’t as described on wotif. It is under construction from 8am to 5pm so couldn’t go back to the unit unless we wanted to listen to construction work. The stay was ok but very disappointed there is nothing in Wotif to say the accomodation is under construction.
