Love this beautiful hotel! They treat their guests so well! This is my second stay here during the Christmas season- last year and now this year. It is so close to Rome Termini (a block away) and there’s a convenient local train from the FCO Rome Airport to Rome Termini.

The good points of this hotel is location. Near to Termini station(5min walk),walking distance to many attractions and the staff are very friendly. However the hotel need a makeover as amenties are old. Overall a 3.5 star for us personally. Recommended for 1st time tourist in rome as it is really convenient.

Nice safe place, great breakfast

Close to the main train station with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Our room was on the “noisy” side of the hotel near the street but my daughter’s room was on the other side of the hall and very quiet. Nice staff with good breakfast and adequate bar. I would stay there again.

Great hotel overall. Very clean and classy. Very close to train terminal. Area around terminal was very dirty and smelled like urine. Many walls had graffiti and trash.

After moving into the room and taking a shower the next morning we discovered that the room was loaded with mold and the wood floors were buckled from the shower in the bathroom that had the drain built into the floor with no containment edges. This allowed the shower water to flow into the bedroom and flood the area with standing water.
When I told the front desk personnel, their comment was, “we know, it has happened before “. We had them change our room, but they offered no compensation for this issue.

Hotel was good, good location although a bit small.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.Hotel very clean. Has some electrical issues with power going off in middle of night. Our room was in 4th floor and Sports bar was on street beneth. Music played from 8am to 1am and then people yelling and talking as they were cleaning up or hanging around till 3am.
Also as suggestion advise guests about electric and that key needs to remain in slot for those that have never stayed in European hotel

Very convenient to train station. Walked from train station to hotel. Lots of restaurants in area. Room was basic, small but clean and comfortable bed. Good Air-conditioning and it was very hot outside. We only stayed one night but room was quiet and cool.

We had one night in Rome before a flight out and stayed here for the convenience to the train station. The hotel is located just a short 5 minute walk from the central station. , however the area where the hotel is located is very run down and dirty and not the safest. The hotel itself is very outdated and old with visible stains and wear on the furniture and floors. My bedding had stains as well.
The front desk service was prompt however at one point we were frightened by a hotel employee entering our room without knocking or consent thinking our room was not inhabited.
If you’re looking for a clean comfortable and central hotel in Rome this would not be the place. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The building does not have a balcony or a view. Other buildings surround it, so if you have a view, it will be a wall. The photos are misleading. The room, was very basic and small. There was wear and tear on the walls and the floor. The area is suitable for using transportation.

Room was poorly equipped with toiletries and towels and walls and tiles were dirty and peeling off. Staff at the breakfast were not very friendly. I would not recommend this hotel. I don't think it is a 4 stars hotel.

There’s too many garbage around going towards the hotel.

I was a little bit worried when we checked in and heard that the AC was down as it was very hot in Rome. Glad that we were at least upgraded to a bigger room.
The breakfast was absolutely excellent! I did not expect a full North American breakfast. Waitress immediately prepare coffee which was perfect. thanks so much

Wonderful stay and very convenient to Roma Termini since we were traveling in and out of the railroad station. Also front desk recommended a restaurant, Almedea, around the corner that was fantastic

This is the kind of hotel that you wish no one finds out about because it was so great. The staff was incredibly polite and professional. The room was clean and well put together. Bed was very comfortable. The elevator is fast. It is a very short walk to the Roma Termini train station.
The only negative I can think of was that the shower/bathtub was a bit narrow. Every Italian hotel we stayed in had this strange half glass wall that gives you about three feet to stand in for a shower, so if you turn around water goes everywhere as it bounces off your back. Not a bad thing, just an oddity to be aware of. I'm also 6'5"tall so maybe it was just a "me" problem.

We had the family room and it was very comfortable. The living room was set up with a pullout couch as well as a separate rollaway bed. The master bedroom had two twin beds set up as a king bed with dividing doors between the living room and the bedroom for privacy. the bathroom was renovated with the shower, bathtub shower combination as well as a bidet. We had breakfast included and was excellent with international choices

Wonderful hotel to stay near Roma Termini. Service and cleanliness was top notch. Breakfast was outstanding.

The room and hotel were very nice. The air conditioning was completely off until about 9:00 pm! Once it came back on, our room never cooled off lower than 75 degrees Fahrenheit. It was miserable to sleep in. :(

We stayed here for family of 4 and it was comfortable. Staffs were nice and helpful. The family suite is bigger than we thought and we enjoyed our stay. Location is good, close to train station.

The neighbourhood isn’t great. Even the concierge warned me about which route I take to the station (in daylight). Extremely noisy at night. Electricity cut in and out - including at night when I woke very hot bc of no air conditioning (other reviews mentioned this, so probably not an isolated incident). Definitely would not stay here again. I moved hotels after one night and forfeited the amount paid for my room. Was a good decision.

Having no AC for the entire stay in 90 degree weather was not enjoyable to say the least . Was up half the night sweating my a** off!

UNAHOTEL was such a sweet treat for our family. We’ve been to many authentic Italian hotels, but it was nice to be in a clean and advanced hotel.
