We've stayed here numerous times because my daughter was in a program through Keiser University The hotel is convenient and clean. The staff is friendly and breakfast is good.

The elevator was broken for the entire stay. The staff just shrugged. We had a ton of heavy luggage and coolers and hanging clothes and we got a rolling cart to help us get up to the room which was on the FIFTH FLOOR! And the elevator was broken. When I asked the staff how I was supposed to get everything up to the room, did they offer to help? No. They just shrugged and said sorry. We are over 60 years old and five flights with 20+pound luggage and 10 pound coolers was NOT easy. They said they had no rooms on any lower floors. The room was fine but the fact that they made no effort to help us was pathetic. There was one person at the front desk when we checked in and a huge line of construction workers checking in. They need more staff. I tried this hotel instead of my usual Hampton Inn I-75 (I am there every two weeks) and I will never go back.

The bathroom floors were greasy and the Room had no hot water. The water temperature would only go to lukewarm but not hot. Poor lighting. I was not able to read on the office space provided due to no light whatsoever near the table.

Everything was nice but there was no hot water. When asked was advised all room were lacking hot water so no need to move and we would be compensated. But when checking out the front desk advised they were not aware and didn’t know what to tell us.

I purchased and paid for one night through Orbitz. When I checked-in they asked for my credit card for “incidentals;” however, I ended up getting double charged for my stay and had to dispute the double-charge with my credit card company. BEWARE!!!

The room I booked wasn't available, they put me in another room for half the price and promised to refund me the difference. It's been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive the difference. Oh and recently an associate from hotels.com reached out to them about the refund and he was told it was denied. So if the room you booked isn't available, just cancel the reservation because they will not refund you any difference. I've been staying at this location for years but I will give my service to another hotel who values their customers and stand on their word of doing what's right!

Property had an over chemical or odor like they were trying to cover up the smell of something. The bedding seemed damp and breakfast didn't start until 7 am which is late for people who like to get up and going in the am with a family.

The check in people were very considerate with my wife and her medical problems. It is not the hotel, it is Fort Myers. It was my last night here. Tomorrow its off to my new home in North Carolina. They are killing this area with to many people.

When we came inside the room there was blood in the toilet so we flush the toilet And some towels had hair and also the body soap was not dispensing properly and also there was not a mirror besides the bathroom. Other than that everything was good.
