Great value for the price.

It’s loud, you can hear all the other rooms. Every time the room above us walked you could hear it loudly. Every time they used the bathroom, it would wake us in the middle of the night as the plumbing is super loud. The rooms are very aged and in rough shape. The couch was brown and black, the black being how dirty the cushions were. Animals off lease in the hallways.

The property was in a good location, but on a one way street so could be a challenge if you go too far past. The room we had had a fully equipped kitchen which was nice. However the bed was soft, and the tub was too high to be easily accessible for those with mobility issues. Other than that this hotel has everything you need for a great stay in Canmore.

It was a convenient location, last minute solution. Worked for the need and had all amenities we required. Nothing etraordinary, but comfortable and convenient.

Stayed here for our trip to Banff National Park. I did not have any problem or any issue. I like the in-door basement parking, safety for the car. May not be perfect but it's excellent for us.

Beware of the type room you get. We did not have a good experience . Old worn furniture, loud portable AC unit sitting in the floor with pipe out window, platform bed, ac did not work only fan. Asked to change rooms.. told no.
No balcony…on highway fyi. Outside of the building very nice.

The interior was bit outdated, other than that it’s good and the view from the room was stunning.

A bit pricy for what it is and location. Part of a three week trip, we stayed there just two nights booking it two weeks earlier when Jasper closed. We had been at another place in Canmore that was better located to Grassi Lakes and the walking area of Canmore. This place is a few minutes closer to Banff.
We had a kitchenette that had what we needed. The shower was advertised as a rain shower, but the rain part was missing and when you turned the handle (separate handles for regular shower and rain) water poured like a faucet from ceiling. I prefer the shower that they had to a rain shower, but it was listed as rain shower. The tub was extra deep which might be hard for some people to get in and out of- no grab bar. The furniture was a bit worn- leather peeling from one chair. The kitchen had a beautiful island with bar height seats for table.
The hot pools were nice-the jets were weak- hence hot pool not spa. Especially enjoyed the hot pools after a day of hiking. Overall nice place. Staff was nice.

Our bed was comfortable. The shower/tub was quite strange as the water for the tub would come out of the ceiling in the middle of the tub!
When we asked to have the trash removed, they said they would do it this once, but were short staffed and we would need to do it ourselves in future. Short staffed.

We loved this hotel for two couples. Plenty of privacy for both couples. The washer and dryer were so useful after a few days of camping. Didn’t use the kitchen but had everything we’d need if we had planned ahead to use it

They rather take your money for no show than allowing for change of dates, even if you are willing to pay higher rates or stay longer.
Manager do not even respond to customers, they only communicate through front desk and the attitude is horrible from the very beginning. Make you feel scammed.
If you need to change anything on your trip, you will lose your money in this place. I was trying to change dates due to the fires in the area, and they just dont care about customer.. just their bottom line.

We rented a 2 bed 2 bath suite for a family vacation in Banff and Canmore. The suite itself was spacious but it was dirty and there was no housekeeping done. The bathroom doors barely closed.
One of the bathrooms was actually unusable coz there was no shower head, straight water drop coming from the roof into a tub and the tub had no shower curtain. It was an impossible setup for bathing or filling up the tub. The wash basins were small and water was coming out.
The utensils in the kitchen didn’t look very clean when we got them so we washed them before use. Also, the hotel asked us to put the dishes in dishwasher before leaving or they will charge us.
The lamps and all surfaces in the rooms were pretty dirty and clearly no dusting was done. We paid close to 1400 or so for 2 days and this was a pretty unacceptable setup.
There was no phone in the room to call front desk.
So to summarize- no housekeeping, dirty dishes, hotel asking us to put dishes in dishwasher, this was an AirBNB, not a hotel by any stretch.
They need to start doing housekeeping, fix their construction massively, have a phone in the room, have a clean room at check-in, or else they shouldn’t be on Expedia.
The expectations are mismatched.

The room smelled like a wet dog . The AC unit was almoat useless. The bed was terrible and the pillows were 10 years past their prime . We ended up leaving the hotel at 330 am because the bed was so bad .

Felt like it was a bit dirty. Spots on carpeting/rug. Very dim lighting in room, but you could see finger marks on cupboards. Funky room air conditioner.

We stayed at the Silver Creek Lodge for 4 days and 3 nights. The room itself was clean. For paying approx $350 per night, we would have liked to have our room cleaned and the garbage/recycling emptied at least once during the stay but were told that was not an option.

Silver Creek was better than we expected. It was super clean. The view from their balcony (top floor) is amazing and their hot pool is perfect for relaxing. It has a big living area and kitchen with utensils. The bedrooms are spacious too. I would definitely stay in Silver Creek again on my next visit there.

Lacked a few kitchen basics like a fry pan and wine glasses. Beds not particularly comfortable. Mattress on wooden bed frame. No box spring.
