Centrally located hotel, with personal reception staff who loves their customers - and especially Maria. Great value for money. Will return.

Flott hotel, men mye støy fra bysentrum

Small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room really nice with comfortable bed and excellent shower. Car parking in linked garage and very convenient. Convenient for front and restaurants.

Too near a busy noisy junction (traffic noise). Thin walls

excellent choice. cleaned meticulously

Bath towels were torn, they could do better at cleanliness and providing good breakfast without charging extra.

This is a basic hotel with limited services. The room had a balcony which was useless, as it was sticking out unprotected from sun and wind. The location is OK. The breakfast was very good.

Great location. Lots of places to eat. 2 blocks from the beach. It was perfect!!!

Good location to enjoy what Marbella has to offer.

The hotel was in a good location, easy walking distance to Old Town and Promenade area, reception staff were very helpful.
Shower was amazing and the Bedroom was big but
probably best to ask for a room on the higher floors because there was a lot of noise from people sitting out the front underneath the bedrooms .
Disappointed not to have a kettle in the Bedroom .

Very close to the old town, restaurants and shops. Very good value for money!

I stayed for 4 nights as a base for a stag-do, I was staying solo as the rest of the party were sharing a nearby villa. So, I really only came back to the hotel to crash into bed. But it was comfortable. The desk staff were polite and helpful whenever I needed anything. The room had a clothes steamer, hairdryer, safe, kettle, mini-fridge, and TV.
The location was very convenient for the old town, you can be in the centre of it within a 10 minute stroll. You can be down on the seafront in just over 5 minutes too, where there is a nice coastal path with restaurants and bars and a nice atmosphere.
The hotel has no pool, but if you are okay with the beach instead, then it's very close so shouldn't be an issue.
I never had an opportunity to sample the affiliated restaurant next door, so can't review that. It looked very nice though.
There's a large Carrefour Market convenience store round the back of the block the hotel's in, which I found very handy for supplies during my stay.

The ac did not always work, we turned it on when we left the room and when we came back it was off because they turned it off. When we turned it on it took a two hours for the room to get cold again, it was really hot in the room and the ac did not turn off automatically we left the hotel card in its place so that the electricity would still be on since the ac was really old. The bedsheats were dirty we had to go to the reception to ask them to give us new ones and they answered with "the cleaning service has left", we had to have a long diskussion to get new shets and they still were a little dirty. They take your belongnings aswell (only to wash not to steal) if you leave them on the floor so be carefull if its your last day or something because then you wount get it back.

Nicely refurbished mid range hotel in a very convenient location both for the beach and for Marbella old town

The location is perfect. The parking space was very useful. The elevator could be improved. It is slow and weak, not taking more than two people.

My wife and I spent two nights at this hotel on September 1st and September 2nd.
And our experience was way better than we expected.
Among all the hotels in the area, this is one of the most affordable ones, and yet, they have the quality of service that most of the luxury hotels have.
First, they have a parking lot, next to the hotel and it's pretty affordable per day.
The hotel location is excellent, next to one of their main avenues and a few blocks away from the beach.
Customer Service employees at the front desk were always nice and helpful, especially, Mr. Beltran.
Regarding it's cleanliness, no complaint at all, the room was super clean and we enjoyed our stay.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this hotel and both times it exceeded my expectations. Rooms are big, pretty balcony with mountain views, really comfy beds, nice bathroom. There’s a restaurant downstairs where the food is also nice when you want a quick breakfast before your day out. Puerto Banus and other areas are 10-15min Uber ride away, beach and restaurants and bars are all 7-8min walk away.

Short two night stay for personal business - great location for thst - had to be in zpuerto Banus - 15minute straight road drive away and Elvira ten mins in other direction. Short walk to the sea and plenty of nice restaurants for all budgets and bars.
Only small gripe is the air-conditioning wasn't very effective - it worked but could never feel it being chilled in the room or a breeze of any magnitude from the fan. Maybe it was just my room. Otherwise a nice hotel in a nice location.
Restaurant and bar attached - good breakfasts.

Good hotel but very bad internet and TV. Nice staff and good location.

You get what you pay for... a cheap and very basic room with no frills and in need of some updating and TLC. Our wall had cracks that looked like they were half patched and all of the furniture is low quality. The balcony is nice, but the traffic noise is constant, as is the grease smell from burger king below. I'm glad we only stayed here one night before an early morning flight, as I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer.

very near to shops, old town & the beach..
On site parking at €15 per day, too expensive

Hotel was spotlessly clean, the lady receptionist was a great help & very kind but the male receptionist was a bit grumpy.
Restaurant staff and the owner were fantastic and very helpful..
My only complaint was hotel parking was €15 per day, far too expensive

Fantastic location, quiet, efficient. Capable staff (not overly ambitious, but certainly pleasant)

This nice hotel provides good basic no-frills accommodation, just what we we’re looking for. The neighborhood is close to all, easy safe walking areas. It is a short walk to the beach and to Marbella Old Town. We opted to buy breakfast at their restaurant next door and found the food and service excellent and surprisingly inexpensive. We will chose this hotel again.
