The hotel was perfectly located close to the train station, Scrovegni Chapel, and bus stops. It was comfortable and the staff was helpful and pleasant. However, the breakfast was a bit sparse.
5.0
Nice hotel with a 12 minute walk to train station

Great staff and great location. Had a wonderful visit.
5.0
Very centrally located, good breakfast, good value for money.
3.0
It was in a great location for most sightseeing experiences and the restaurant associated with itbdid really nice food in the evening. But the breakfast was limited and unimaginative and the gym was ill equiped and some items like the treadmill did not work, very weights which were old. An inversion machine did not work and the air conditioner was inadequate and there was no water or towels provided
4.0
Simple and clean hotel.

This property is really wonderful. Nice people providing professional service. My only request is to provide enough pillows inside the room and to facilitate a kettle for hot water to allow making tea and coffee

Location was perfect. Short walk to the old town and just opposite of the chapel with the fresco painting by Giotto.

TV didn't work. Reception said they'd send someone to fix it but no-one came

The first night my room was unbearably hot, didn’t sleep at all. Was able to move to a room to the front of the hotel where I could open the door and get some air in!
But staff are super friendly and helpful.
Will stay here again

The staff were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Essentially a business-type hotel that is located within steps of several world heritage sites. Near the new tram line, bus routes, pedestrian district, and railway station.

Great location and excellent service.

I reported a faulty bulb upon check in but nothing was done when I return back to the room in the evening. The shower cubicle has a “urinal” smell.

Friendly staff but outdated and shabby room. And noisy! Thin walls.

Only a 25-30 minute train ride into Venice from Padua. Some fellow travellers advised hotels are cheaper and cleaner in Padua if you’re on a budget. Hotel Europa is only 10-15 minute easy walk from their main train station. My room was lovely, and clean. Good buffet breakfast, and they also have a restaurant at a reasonable price if you don’t want to eat out. Short 10 minute walk to the local city centre of Padua. I would definitely recommend it. I felt safe as a female travelling solo

Excellent hotel with amazing hospitality, mind blowing location

Shower so small that it was impossible to move without hitting the handle and changing the temperature. Beyond tiny. Only a small packet of shampoo. No conditioner or lotion. Staff very nice but refused to help us with dinner reservations or even advice about dinner. Breakfast with very limited options but cappuccino was great and served with a smile. If they could fix the shower the hotel would be a lot better even with the other issues!
2.5
Excellent breakfast
Friendly staff
Close to the historic centre

A well located hotel with pleasing staff but very basic amenities. Housekeeping standards and bathrooms dissapointing

It isn't a bad hotel, but it is by no means a 4-star in my view. I'll start with the positives.
The thing that makes this hotel good is the staff. They are very kind, helpful, and generally made the experience overall. The location is also very convenient, as it is right near the center of town (right around the corner from the shopping area).
The breakfast was pretty standard - it had a decent offering of meats and cheeses, breads, fruit, yogurts, and cereals. They will make fresh coffee for you as requested, which was very nice tasting and good service.
This is definitely an older hotel in need of some renovations, and the noise proofing is poor. I could hear the person in the next room sneeze and walk around the room quite clearly. The rooms offer the basics, though I felt the bathroom needed an upgrade since the shower head was rusted.
The gym is not something I would advertise. It is a cramped room in a sketchy looking part of the basement with aged equipment. I walked in and walked straight back out again when I saw the mess of weights all over the floor and old equipment.
I'm not sure if it was the time that I visited, but there were several school groups there (high school or early college) that were noisy as well. They calmed down by midnight, but it definitely impacted the stay.
If you're looking for an okay hotel for a reasonable price and good location, this is an okay choice, however next time I would choose another hotel even if it cost a bit more.

The hotel is nice but you have to pay for parking which is located at a different location and also Wi-Fi is not free. The shower was kind of small and getting the right water temperature was a nightmare. For a 4 star hotel that is kinda of a bummer.

Room was 1 1/2 blocks from lobby. Parking was 2 blocks away in opposite location

Very basic hotel, only would rate at two stars. Very noisy at night with being able to hears people on other floors and rooms. Very tired and for the price I got what I paid for.
1.0
No frills, no charm but good location close to high end shopping. Easy parking and access to roads going out of town. 30 minutes to Venice airport. More a business hotel than vacation stay.
