Lovely old hotel with lots of charm in both the building and decor. Convenient parking provided by the hotel, and a good location to see the city. Our room was quite spacious and comfy, overlooking an adjacent park. Excellent breakfast. Not the most modern place, but well maintained and good.

Planning to visit the Alhambra? This 16th century property will make you feel like living in that era. Beautifully renovated as a lovely hotel. Staff is wonderful and nice breakfast.

A very charming boutique hotel lovingly managed. The owner will go out of his way to explain every visit option in multiple languages. The only thing I didn’t really like were the enormous economy-sized toiletries in the bathroom. Probably a sustainable choice - but frankly very ugly!

Ingo, you are a fabulous host.
Lola, you are so charming!!
Loved the stay.

Hotel was very central safe and peaceful. The staff was very helpful and we had great free breakfast every day.

The hotel built in 16th century so its historic. I believe it is family run and more like staying in a home rather than a hotel. You are given a key to the front door, your room & a small safe. The room and bathroom are comfortable and clean.
The staff are friendly, but I would suggest booking trains, buses and taxis earlier than suggested.

We had the most amazing view of the Alhambra right from our bedroom! So special. Everyone was so nice, I wanted to be friends! Our stay was very short and we did not get to go hiking, so we will be back and we will stay at this hotel again. Thank you to Lola and Lola (!) and Ingo!

Hotel decor is amazing, gives the local vibes and is located in Albaicin, within walking distance to san nicolas lookout. There is also a bus right in front of it can take you to Alhambra directly.
Detailed touring recommendations are provided for everyone which is very helpful!
Breakfast is also great with yummy sweet melon :)

This hotel is wonderfully located in Granada's Albacin area, easy to walk to all the sights. I can't say enough about how Ingo made our stay in Granada complete by sitting down with us upon arrival and reviewing all of the not to be missed sights, suggestions for places to eat and everything we needed to know about the hotel. It's cozy with lots of character including an indoor open courtyard that all of the rooms open on to. The breakfast area is facilitated by two lovely ladies who served up a delicious fare to start our day. On the morning of our Alhambra tour we left before breakfast so Ingo hung a bag on our door with a lunch to take with us. Parking is next door and easy to access. Ingo communicated with us extensively before our stay so that we knew exactly how to get to the parking garage and also the different tours that were available. Driving in the old town section is an adventure so it was nice to be prepared ahead of time. Our room was very spacious with a sitting area, large double bed and a nice sized bathroom with tub /shower. Instead of throw away toiletry bottles, there were large bottles of soap, shampoo and shower gel which is much more environmentally friendly. Overall, an incredibly well run hotel.

The staff is truly first class! Walk ability was somewhat compromised due to traffic on narrow roads.

Small hotel in original Spanish house on old town opposite the Alhambra but no views. Very nice owners . Lots of walking up and down so this location is not for the older generation.

We could not find the hotel using the gps in our rental car and got into some near impossible situations in the very narrow twisting “streets,” but one of the staff sent someone to find us and lead us to the hotel, which is located on a narrow 1-way cobblestone street in the oldest part of the city. We greatly appreciated that but the situation was nevertheless stressful. The hotel door opens directly onto that narrow street which is used by cars, taxis, trucks, and minibuses, making it important to listen and peek out carefully before exiting; there’s a warning sign on the inside of the door to this effect. There is no sidewalk. The hotel was otherwise nice, and the breakfast good. There are some restaurants and bars in the neighborhood but it is much better to take one of the small buses that pass frequently down the hill to the main city for restaurants and the famous tapas bars.

Perfect location and having free parking right in the property was so helpful. Staff was very helpful. Everything is within walking distance, we even walk to the Alambra (1mile away) but the bus stop in right next to the hotel. Pretty quiet, we had a great night sleep.

We loved staying in this beautiful hotel. The area and the whole city is steeped in history and very traditional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and comfortable and had a huge comfy bed. There were complimentary drinks - water, coke and beer that were replenished during our stay, which was a nice touch. The area is very hilly with narrow roads and lanes (you can see it from the Alhambra when you go there) but there is a little red minibus that goes to and from the city every 10 minutes and another that takes you to the Alhambra. We loved Granada and we are so glad we chose to stay in this quaint hotel.

Excellent location: a little bit away from town center and noise, but very walkable distance. Close to other nice bars/cafes. The house is very roomy and nice with much character. Staff is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Breakfast was very nice with eggs cooked to order.

Great if you want to experience staying in Albayzin... Small streets and best views overlooking the city.
Older small hotel...good for 1 night trip. Only negative were noisy people floor above us who stayed up late.Staff was very accommodating. Parking garage was available

I traveled with my family and provided a room located separately from the main hotel building. Since we had a lot of luggages it was too hard to carry our bags from the reception after check-in. The staffs were very polite and helpful though.
This house was kind of old which had two tiny rooms, one bathroom on upstairs and a livingroom with a kitchen on downstairs which was too inconvenient. Also the breakfast was just ok.

Excellent service, friendly staff, great breakfast, in a historical hotel. Location was the best, excellent view of the Al Hambra from nearby.
2.5 / 5.0
Parking was easy, though it was a bit of a pain to drive to. The hotel is in a nice location, but there are limited food options nearby (easy 15 min walk to downtown opens things up). Rooms are nice and quite and dark which is a plus.

Very charming hotel in a typical andalusian house with an interior patio in the beatiful arabic district of albacin. Good breakfast, big bedroom, reception service nice and helpfull, parking a little bit expensive but near the hotel. Walking distance till alhambra : a little long (30mn) when the visit starts early in the morning

We stayed in the little casa close to the hotel. Nicely located in the old part of Granada. Perfect to walk around. The house has everything needed and makes you feel the experience of a local. The service from the staff is amazing and the breakfast is filling (offered at the hotel). We had problem with the WiFi but that didnt made our stay bad, we were able to walk to the hotel if needed.

A short walk from the St. Nicholas viewpoint and the Grand Mosque of Granada
