The room was spacious and comfortable. It was an extremely busy time for the hotel with a major exposition at the Fiera. The staff handled it incredibly well, smiling and helpful at all times and making us feel very welcome. The breakfast was terrific with fresh items and a great variety. The restaurant was also very good.

Great hotel room and the building itself is beautiful to look at from the outside too. Staff is very kind too! Plus, awesome breakfast with a ton of options. The only thing is that it’s a little walk (~1.6km) from the Rho Fiera metro station which can just feel a bit exhausting after you spend the morning to night walking around Milan or after a day trip to another city. But on the plus side, we walked back at like midnight every night and felt completely safe because literally the only other thing around is a SecurItalia building!

Nice rooms for the price. Breakfast buffet was especially terrific. Service from front desk staff was exceptional as well.

This property has no elevator, I have to climb all that stairs. Staffed was okay, air freshener was too strong. After climbing all that steps, no water to drink. They don’t even offer a bottle of water.No electric iron in the room, poor choice.

The hotel was clean, staff was helpful. About 15 minute walk from train station. Only concern was that the room had very strong smell of Chlorine throughout. We tried opening the window to air out the room. However there were small bees that were making Hives just outside the window so we were not able to open the windows also.

Room was fine but the hotel in general boring. Location of hotel is in the middle of a fare area = totally dead without fare activities. Bar and restaurant in hotel was a disappointment compared to the hotel star-rating. Taxi to restaurants in Milano is easy, but also recommendable.

maid do not clean the floor every day , stay 5 nights there , trash under basin lay there for 5 days until check out, too busy to remind them

Hotel is located at south enttance of mulano fiera whoch makes it super convinient if attending. A 10 minite walk for metro and yrain syation whoch connects you to milan and both airports.

The hotel itself is lovely and very convenient for the exhibition halls. The exceptionally poor customer service by Paolo in the restaurant was the one thing that reduced made my overall ranking of the hotel. On two of our three evenings he created problems when trying to book a table in the restaurant culminating in him saying there was not one additional chair available in the entire hotel to enable a friend to join us for dinner, even though the restaurant was never full. He also created problems when our party of 18 tried to pay the bill. At a 4* hotel I would expect a member of staff who was front of house to have exemplar customer service which was not evident at any stage from this particular member of staff.

Hello, Unfortunately an incident prevented us from moving from Canada to Milan Italy for a 4 night stay. We notified the hotel 3 days after the date of cancellation without charge but 1 week before the date of the stay. No openness to penalty or discount on term stays. I am disappointed with the lack of openness of the management! Harold B. Quebec, Canada

Nice hotel if you need to go to Fiera Milano. Otherwise, it is just in the middle of no-where. Parking in the area is not possible - but there is parking for 10€/day in the hotel. Rooms may need better maintenance.

This hotel was a amazing. When I checked in the front desk gave me an upgraded room. Which was a king size bed instead of the twin standard that I booked. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was every nice. I barely spoke Italian but they understood my English. The hotel was about 20 minutes taxi drive away from Milan. They give you free complimentary sweets and water at the entrance. I would book this hotel again in the future.

The people who work there were very helpful, check in/out was very easy. The hotel is close to the metro so it is easy to reach the city centre and the San Siro. The hotel was value for money as the room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Good business hotel, at the entrance of Rhomilanofiera. Good size, clean rooms. Good breakfast. No airport shuttle. No pool. No alarm clock in room. No USB ports for charging.

Hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. I believe most of guests were attending exhibitions in Milan. Of course, there were lost of tourists. Hotel condition is well maintained. Room and bathroom are clean and serve their purpose well. Hotel staff are generally friendly. Good hotel for business trip. One missed thing is complementary bottled water. Most of Milan hotels now provide at least 1 bottled water per night but I had to use minibar with charge. Since Hotel is located remotely from any shops, they should provide at least a bottled water for free.

Pleasant short stay for our trip. Staff very polite and helpful and food very nice. Great location. Would’ve been nice to have had the weather and the hot tub working on the roof top as this was one of the reasons of choosing the hotel. Would’ve been nice to have been told in advance that it was out of order. Overall happy.
