Very clean room and perfect for our little family with all we were doing. Liked how the space was divided from bed/living.

One night stay, going to a concert 100 m away. Perfect. Decent breakfast. Pool and hot tub ok
4.5
Close to Delta Center. Very convenient. And allowed early check in. Will stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and comfortable as was the bed. Breakfast was very nice. The location was great for us. Parking was $10 a day which we considered a bargain.
It would be nice to have a microwave in the room. You can ask for one but they didn’t have any available so we had to use the one in the breakfast area.

Great stay. Staff is excellent. Rooms need more USB outlets.

Very comfortable stay. Very convenient to the Delta Center. Reasonable breakfast

Rita- was the most amazing part of our stay. We got to the hotel super early and they worked hard to get us in a room as quickly as possible.
They also decorated our room for our anniversary and left a little candy gift.
At breakfast when I got down- it was gone and Rita went and made me a little plate so that I could eat.
I would stay here again. Thanks for making our stay extra special.

Everything was good. Really enjoyed the stay.

Old and uninviting. Hopefully the remodel helps. Continental breakfast was above average. Staff were great, froendky and attentive.

The hotel was great with everything
4.5
Walking distance to Gateway Mall and Temple Square area. Plenty of dining options nearby. Property was undergoing renovations, but they weren’t too disruptive for guests. Great place to stay.
4.5
Was close to tours we wanted to do.
4.5
The pool is small and very exposed. Everything else was good.

We booked the hotel because we were planning on having dinner & not having to go out after a long day of driving. Because they’re doing remodeling, the restaurant was closed but the staff could make a pizza for us. We ended up having to walk to the Hall Pass that offered nothing we cared for & ended up at Dave & Buster which the food was a disappointment. Also in order to get ice in the hotel we had to go to the 5th floor for ice or the front desk since the ice machine wasn’t working on the 3rd floor. As much as this hotel cost a night it’s ridiculous what we didn’t get.
4.5
Easy check in. Friendly staff and room was ready early on arrival. Thank you!

Facility is fine. Very frustrated with our reservation not being honored even though I made it well in advance with a credit card on file. Receptionist made excuses and tried to blame us for coming in late. Found us a smaller room but did initially ask if we could go to another hotel.

Great

Had to pay $10 to park our vehicle. Had to use an alternate parking lot as the main hotel lot was full. Active construction in the lobby. Had to return to the front desk when trying to exit the alternate parking lot to get a card allowing us to leave.

Nice location

Hotel was under construction which was fine, it was difficult to understand the receptionist upon check in. We went to breakfast during breakfast hours and food was being carted off to the kitchen. I e we’re lucky to get any food at all:

Very nice personal

Pproximity to several attractions.

The staff were great and friendly, and Teagan go us a 1st floor room so my wife, who had recent knee replacement, didn't have to walk so far. There is no hotel restaurant except breakfast but many close.
4.5
Dated property. No water for the first several hours on site. The towels were VERY worn. And a roach in the lobby. I would not stay here again.

The young woman who checked us in seemed overwhelmed but, was so polite and very kind. We got into the room and the window shade was broken and we had a west facing room so contacted front desk and they gave us a different room. The window shade in this one is broken too but at least it’s shut. Pool is way too small, didn’t get a chance to visit because it was packed. Parking is 10.00 but there was plenty of space in the west lot. Hotel is currently under construction, wish it was noted because I would’ve got a different hotel. For what we needed the hotel for it did the job, would I stay here again? No..

The property is under renovation, so that needs to be taken into consideration. I felt that our hotel stay offered great value for amenities. Our room had two queen beds and a couch pull-out bed, great for traveling as a family. The included breakfast was better than most hotel included-breakfasts. Being located next to the gateway and in walking distance of The Complex made our visit very convenient. It isn't the hotel's fault, more that of the city, but the number of homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk is disturbing, especially when walking with my kids. I remember visiting the Gateway when it first opened and it was such a cool outdoor mall, the homeless and drug-addicted ruin the area's vibe and feeling of safety.

We had a comfortable stay! Great location for a concert and loved The Gateway neighborhood. They were working on updates for the lobby, but otherwise everything was good. Loved the pool!
4.5
Street noise made it very noisy at night.
The workout area did not have any type of sanitation wipes or spray.
Air conditioner in room was noisy.
4.5
All good. Downtown is really cleaned up
4.5
It was great except breakfast was shut down 45 minutes early. We came down to eat and there was no food out.
4.5
Good location for any event at the Delta center. Breakfast was sub par, and cold. Pool could use some attention. Rooms clean, but show some wear. Ac made a weird sound the entire time. Staff was friendly and helpful.
4.5
Good for the area
4.5
The rooms facing the road was quiet noisy it is difficult sleeping. Facilities were good.

Since the pool was in front of our room, it was nosey

The housekeepers need better training. Bedspread was stained. If cleaning the bathrooms is a service then it should be cleaned.
