Food choices for vegetarian/ halal needs could have been better. Room, staff, facilities and the place overall good. Perhaps a 4star as opposed to 5.

From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We had a quick check in and our bags were taken to our room. The room was spacious, clean, tea/coffee & water accomdated for. The hotel was stunning inside & out, every pool area had plenty of sun beds and was kept clean. The didnt pool areas meant that it never felt too busy, the adults only pool was great for us with the separate bar. The food was great, covering all options with the opportunity to have a free meal in the other two restaurants which were incredible. The beach was just across the road and again plenty of sunbeds and a bar. All staff were friendly and welcoming, we throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Great resort with loads of options for the kids with various pools, slides etc.
We will definitely be back.. again!

Good hotel however, food good variety, staff pleasant and helpful in most part
Worth a visit

This hotel was good in many ways, not perfect, but nearly. The main pool was very warm, shallow on one side for kids and deeper on the other side for the adults. There was plenty of space for all guests to enjoy the space including deck chairs and numerous pools including an adult only area. Bar tables and chairs sitting in the pool is a lovely touch when it's really hot. Fairly windy during our stay but this helped to keep temperatures more comfortable as it was in the mid or late 30's Celcius. Room cleaning was a bit hit and miss and I had to ask the cleaner for additional items she forgot on a few occasions. Food was not exceptional but it was at an acceptable level (we've had better at a few places) but after 11 days it was feeling a bit repetitive. Despite these points, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning. Entertainment was fun and lively and the small team went out of their way to engage with us.

Wonderful accommodation. Everything was of a fantastic standard and cleanliness. Food served at the restaurant was also perfect with lots of different options every night.
We walked to a beach bar one day which wasn’t far at all and the old town in Kos is only a few minutes in a taxi.
Overall lovely and will absolutely be back again.

Fell in love with Pelagos! After reading amazing reviews before we arrived, it definitely met our expectations. The food, the service, the cleanliness, the beach, the hotel is just stunning. One of the best all inclusives I’ve stayed in. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Absolutely incredible stay at pelagos. We were kindly upgraded to a superior suite with private pool, and just had the most incredible time. The food was delicious, staff were attentive, friendly and overall some of the best service we’ve had. The hotel was stunning, clean and super new and modern whilst retaining some traditional Greek architecture in some areas. The spa was gorgeous, had an incredible couples massage here. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely return, thank you for the best holiday!

We had a wonderful stay at the Pelagius and stayed in one of the villas with pool. Room was very spacious and clean and the outside space with pool was fabulous. We stayed in October weather was still hot but pool was a little chilly but I guess good to cool off in. There is only one main restaurant whereby food was quite the same each day/night but they did try to do different types of cuisine. The staff at Pelagos were amazing very helpful and remembered the drinks that we liked and were always ready for us. So a big shout out to them 10 out of 10 The entertainment is the only real area that could do with some thought, noted it is the end of the season but could have been much better. The beach by the hotel is not sandy so not a fabulous beach but the pools areas albeit busy were good. We decided to walk into Kos town and took us about 35 mins but taxis are roughly €9 each way so not too bad. All in all a great stay will we go back at this stage a maybe as the island is quite small compared to Rhodes and Crete.

The stay was breathtaking. The staff was very helpful, friendly, very accommodating, the accommodation made Kos very special. The food had a large selection, as there were different theme evenings in the evening. Of course, who likes typical Greek food, is better served in a smaller restaurant in the village. Nevertheless, the food was well spiced, and there was something for everyone! The hotel also cooperates with a rental company for bicycles, buggy’s, quads, etc. and here we were picked up from the hotel and taken to the rental. We were allowed to leave the rental car at the hotel, and it was picked up without any problems. The private beach was the highlight. With a beach bar, there was never a shortage of drinks, and the sun loungers and four-poster beds were fantastic. There is nothing to complain about and we are more than overwhelmed. We will be back very soon! THANK YOU.

I came from Aqua Blu ( the sister hotel) to stay at Pelagos. The organised a free shuttle - the hotels are quite close by but not with luggage. I booked the hotel with Expedia - all- inclusive package and it did not say on the site that you could only eat at the Italian restaurant once, if you stayed 7 nights. This was a big omission. After complaining to the check in staff they finally conceded ( after checking the Expedia site themselves) and offered me two free meals at the restaurant. This was appreciated but I would have preferred not to have argued to get this. I booked a junior suite with shared pool. The room was large and bed comfortable. The shared pool was bliss as it was busy when I arrived and no loungers around the adult pool. I was also offered breakfast at the Italian restaurant which they had recently started offering to all VIP guests. The breakfast was lovely. A la carte and buffet- fresh fruit and pastries. I ordered the omelette, the waffle and pancakes also delicious. The service at this hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly. Special shout out to Leo and Bill at the lobby bar who made me feel welcome and made me my preferred cocktail. Also Angelica at the Italian restaurant and Dionisa by the adult pool bar . I ate lunch once at the buffet restaurant and it was nice. I found the dinner buffet and quite limited so was glad to eat at the Italian restaurant. The other thing to note is that the standard all inclusive excludes things like fresh juice

Very good and diversified food. Friendly staff. Excellent animation team. Good premises (such as pools) and location (near the beach and not far from the city of Kos). I and my family enjoyed an excellent stay at the hotel.

Location: 10 mins from Town.
Staff: Guest relations and some are very helpful. Some like the towel guy are very rude and May be just racist as we were picked on in not being provided towels.
Entertainment: In house team does a good job.
Food: Very poor in menu selection, variety and change, quality is also not so good for a 5 star property. Even the special Italian was a dissapointment.
Property: Very nice and well maintained.
Overall, was dissapointed with the drinks, food and general freemium business model where if you ask for anything and they say, that is extra price.

Nice property with great potentials but lucking 5-stars details...There was a rusty lift, broken glass door in our room, old furniture, etc. Food was ok but lots of waste that could be reduced by adding more a-la-carte options. Bottled water during our meals had to be paid as extra but tap water was disgusting and apart from a coke or an apple juice for the kids, we did not drink anything else so paying for water was really annoying. Customers were securing their space to the pool by leaving towels on their beach chair overnight or probably adding them very early in the morning, this should not be allowed in my opinion. Hotel staff was not extremely friendly except for a few of them. Overall nice experience, we spent hours at the water slides as the kids loved them.

Wonderful experience staying here. Beautiful and clean and managed to have a 'small' feeling despite being a larger resort. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I have been given a lower category room which doesn’t even have wifi. Reception can’t fix without reservations team. So we have to stay in that room until next day

This hotel is great for families and couples alike! The restaurants are fantastic, both with great tasting food, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s also very clean, with everyone’s rooms being cleaned daily along with the pools being cleaned multiple times per week.
There’s plenty of activities to keep children occupied, as the water park is always open and hotel staff are always inviting people to play sports throughout the day. The evening entertainment always sets a nice vibe too, and the free bar (all inclusive only of course) definitely helps with this.
If you’re looking to head into Kos town, this hotel is situated right across the street from a bus stop, and the hotel shop can sell bus tickets whenever you need them. There’s also supermarkets nearby (if you buy drinks, do so from there) in case you want anything to keep in your room.
My partner and I were very satisfied with our time at Pelagos and definitely want to return next year!

Overall really great stay:
pros: food is great, the drinks are local but perfectly fine, we weren't offered the upgrade but most people didn't have it (think I only saw one couple), rooms all looked good, staff are really great it seemed really full on but they were attentive, good covid precautions in place (staff wear masks & gloves for everyone at meal times). The Italian is very lovely.
Cons: the wifi is rubbish unless you are in reception.

Lovely excellent staff all over hotel.. Loved the holiday.... Slight grievance booked studio room it was clean but bathroom disappointing .... Did ask for issues to be put right which they tried but it was not good... Shower had no rail.. Water out of sink taps. Just a dribble... Could have complained more but only being there a week just couldn't be fussed... Shame loved the holiday...

The facilities are excellent and the breakfast is to be commended. Calm off season, which can be great for a getaway, but may be too quiet for some. The vast majority of the hotel staff were beyond helpful and did the best they could to make the stay enjoyable. A slight negative would be the rooms are not as comfortable as they might be and some areas were a little worn out, also the bar prices were a bit steep. It is a very good base for exploring the rest of Kos and a short walk/bike ride from Kos town.

We were to friends that stayed at pelagos for 11 days and it was very relaxing. Nice swimmingpool and it was realky clean and comfortable everywhere. I would really recommend it for family vacation, friends that want to relax, not party and for couples.
The service can be better

A big family focused resort. We had left our kids at home and found that at this hotel we were probably the only couple without their children in tow...
