Great hotel, with excellent location in the town.
Great food and service. We would love to come back.

Great place and staff

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The staff is extremely nice and so sweet, it really made my stay. I love the little town of Klosters because of the people that live there. The hotel had a very nice restaurant with healthy dining options, the river behind the restaurant terrace makes it so cozy, and the amenities are top-notch, I enjoyed the spa and the pool so much, and the warm tea after the sauna.
My only suggestion to improve is wifi, I had to use my hotspot all the time as I work remotely, although it wasn't busy at all. Other than that 10/10!

We enjoyed our stay at the Piz Buin very much. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast delicious.
The hotel has been nicely remodeled and it has that cute modern alpine look. Our room had very little storage space though, there was no room in the bathroom to put a make-up bag down.
There was a lot of noise on the street starting at 5am, unloading something with an idling engine.

Wonderful hotel in Klosters, 10/10 all round, rooms excellent and terrific burger in sunshine finished off with a lovely spa, will be back again next year

Another excellent time in Klosters, though little snow. The hotel was comfortable, food was tasteful, bar staff cheerful. Sad of the swiss 14:00 cut off for lunch but that is a Swiss thing

Lovely hotel. Service was top notch-front desk staff was amazingly helpful with the questions we had. Breakfast was delightful with lots of choices, both buffet and to order. The spa area was gorgeous-we visited right away in the morning and the hot tub was lukewarm, but it was still very nice. The sauna was only open in the afternoon so we didnt get to visit that. The views out our balcony were also stunning. I would absolutely stay again, and recommend others to do so as well.

Very modern Swiss style hotel with attached bar and restaurant. Breakfast buffet included choice of smoked fish and eggs along with breads, cheeses, fruits, and jams. Tasty.

Cold pool and warm “hot tub” food was ok, could tell it was “off season”

Really enjoyed my stay, the room was comfortable and well laid out but ended up paying A$873 for the room through hotels which apparently is usually A$350 a night direct with the hotel.

Conveniently located but the view would be a parking lot or a wall across the river. Seems recently renovated but has issues with ventilation.
Lowlights were: the spa area where rules were not followed: expect people in sauna in swimsuits heading right into the pool, and kids jumping into it on your head; the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner were missing expectations.

Service, comfort and the room was excellent. The studio for a small family is really perfect. The rooms are large and clean and we really enjoyed the equipment available for our little son. Thank you very much for our great stay and our first holiday as a family, we will come back!

No dislikes. Staff couldn't be more helpful; location excellent -very close to train station, lift station and ski hire; superb facilities, healthy and hearty breakfast. No complaint at all

Exceptionally good service from the staff, comfortable and stylish facilities and a beautiful spa area with saunas and a pool. Every possible need was thought of and taken care of for you, which made it a delightful experience. Very close to transport by train and buses. I would definitely go back anytime. The only minus is that the sound proofing was not so good between the rooms.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating in every way.
Bed was a little bit hard for our liking.
It would have been great with a usb charger and/or a Bluetooth speaker in room, but overall amazing, and we hope to get back to this hotel another time.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were very welcoming and helpful in every way. The reception went the extra step to get our family some free passes for activities in the area. The room was well set up, and accommodated our family perfectly. The only disappointment was the length of our stay. We look forward to going back in the future, maybe during a different season, the place and surroundings are beautiful.

Wonderful 4 night 3 day ski trip. Two couples in 2 double rooms- clean and comfortable with excellent shower. Bit too warm and open window did make for noisy early mornings as traffic quite busy from 6 am. Pool area great (but overrun with children on a couple of occasions / perhaps a no children after 6 pm rule could be applied?) Excellent spa / sauna area. Breakfasts very good and ate in bar and restaurant very good. Would love to return and strongly recommend.

It is with great pleasure that I recommend the Hotel Piz Buin! My family of four, including two adults and two teens stayed at the Piz Buin for nine days in January. We could not of asked for a better set up! First, I must complement the fantastic staff, every staff member was always friendly and ready to help. We booked two standard rooms, the rooms are adequate in space, with extremely comfortable beds. The bathrooms are modern with a complete supply of toiletries. Breakfast is delicious with an assortment of fruits, meats, cereals, breads, cheeses and juices. Additionally, there are made to order eggs. We had a few meals at the casual Bistro which were tasty and affordable for the area. The location is great! The Pizza Buin is a five minute walk (while carrying skis) to both the train statin and gondola . There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel. Finally, I can not forget the incredible pool and spa. Each afternoon, we looked forward to relaxing by the heated pool and using the various saunas and steam room. Always very clean and inviting! We look forward to coming back again!

Recently tastefully refurbished hotel in an excellent location in the centre of Klosters. Very nice pool/wellness area, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast was slightly disappointing. Although overall the service was quick and attentive and staff were extremely helpful and eager to please, the level of English at times was not as one might expect in Switzerland. We paid for parking at the hotel but were told to park in the public parking lot nearby, rather than the underground parking facility in the hotel, which was a bit disappointing and never really explained properly. In general, however, it was a good stay and I would certainly return if I go back to Klosters.

Hotel Piz Buin was a fantastic place to stay, with excellent and most importantly friendly service. The room was cosy yet contemporary and had all the required amenities together with a stylish bathroom. The pool area was fantastic and felt like staying in a very upmarket spa resort. The restaurant was also excellent, and breakfast too was really good. The only one slight downside was the lack of aircon in the room as it was rather hot at night which made it quite difficult to sleep, however, this is really nitpicking and we would love to stay at the Piz Buin again.

Our overnight stay at the Piz Buin was ok. Room was quite plain, but spacious and clean. Breakfast (the only meal we ate there) was not very high quality. Biggest problem was that we had our car (Porsche Cayenne) valet parked in the hotel garage and it was returned to us with a huge scratch in it. We looked at the garage and see why it is very easy to scratch a car in there. Tiny parking spaces surrounded by network of metal beams between them. If you have a nice car, opt for the public parking directly across the road and do NOT trust your car to this hotel. Hotel is refusing to accept responsibility, and we are now out a considerable sum because of our insurance deductible.

Pleasant restaurant downstairs, if sunny sit by the water in the rear of building as the sun is strongest there in the afternoon

This is a wonderful hotel - thoughtful, prompt and efficient service and great food. I was given a complimentary upgrade, and my room was fabulous - large, clean, bright and comfortable, with a breathtaking view. Piz Buin is right in the centre of town and minutes to the station. I'll definitely stay there again if I manage to make it back to Klosters! I'd recommend it for anyone.

A really wonderful hotel in a beautiful location! This hotel has it all! High standards in service, cleanliness, comfort & efficiency. It's conveniently situated close to shops, cable cars, trains etc & a driver will pick you up from the train station on arrival. All the rooms have stunning views and are beautifully appointed, spacious, well equipped & immaculately clean. I got upgraded to one of the recently renovated Alpine Chic rooms which was stunning! Bed was lovely & cosy, lots of mood lighting, comfy seating area with cable tv, minibar, tea/coffee machine, complimentary fruits. It all felt very lush & homely. The rooms are sound proofed but anyway, the whole place is quiet & so peaceful & relaxing. It was blissful to sit on my balcony in the evenings, in my thick fluffy bathrobe & be mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the mountains & breathe in the glorious fresh air. Just amazing! I have to mention the exceptionally wonderful staff who treated me as though I was part of their family & went out of their way to ensure that I had a very comfortable stay, with helpful advice on the area & things to do etc. They were so warm & friendly, charming & always smiling that I just wanted to take them home! The breakfast is good & the restaurant menu is wide & varied & reasonably priced for Switzerland. This hotel has a well equipped gym & a spa centre, although I never got to use the spa as I was out hiking all across those spectacular mountains! This was one of my best holidays & I hope to return soon!

Beautifully presented room, excellent service from start to finish. Only improvement would be some more comfortable balcony furniture or outdoor cushions and more coffee pods. Would certainly stay here again.
