Asukoht üldiselt hea.Vana maja kohta seisukord hea.

There was a small refrigerator in the room. Great location, 10-15 minutes walk from bus station. 24h reception. Good WIFI.
There was no one at reception when wanted to check out.

Overall the room looked as advertised but cleanliness is definitely a problem.
For this price room was quite dirty. Curtains were dirty and full of stains, I didn't want to even touch them. The smell in the room was not the best, we needed to have the window open for quite a while. Towels were clean but also without a nice smell that you would expect from clean towels. All in all, the room is okay for the budget hotel but we paid 50 euros per night without the breakfast which is definitely not a good value for the price.

Location (15 min. to the Tartu centre),
Comfort (Wi-Fi avalability, room general clearance)
Staff (was friendly and responsive, could speak English)
Bonuses (for example, sweets were left on the bed near the pillows as a compliment)
1. Loud at nights, because of the bar that located closer to the hotel.
2. Breakfast could be better, for example, coffee machine instead of thermos of coffee. Also, unavailability of certain products, such as milk (there was only cream and yogurt), microwaves for additional heating of products.
3. Inaccessibility for people with disabilities (for example, building was without an elevator)
4. The cleanliness of some places in the room could be better, for example, the flooring was partially dirty (there were stains).

Romantic hotel facade.
Staff was very friendly and helping in any case.
It would be nice to know in advance, that the bar next doors is also a night club during the weekend.
After long road and long walks we could not rest normally due to loud music until 3AM.
Heating system could be switch on before arrival of the guests as outside temperature at night was about zero degrees celsius. Even if its May.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room and the bed were big.
The room was not modern. The bathroom floor was flooded after washing. Completely different from the pictures.

Other way very okay. But one thing what's not mentioned anywhere in their description that there's some kind of bar/nightclub in the same building with very loud bass. So it's quite impossible to fell asleep before the party is over.
And until they don't have big warning about that in the description. I can't give them any other rating than one.
Because if I choose places like this, my number goal is to sleep at night.

rooms were a decent standard.
if you don’t want loud music and a dog barking all night, then don’t stay here.

Thank You for the warm, cosy apartments with TV, microwave-oven and fridge!
P.s. The blanket for 3 years old child was VERY, VERY SMALL :-) it was a BABY's blanket, but it was not a big problem to us, so everything was fine! Thank you, TARTU! See You next time!

The Interior looked out of date, and the view from the window was a brick wall.

So, there is a dude at the register, we don't remember his name - he is great and did everything in his power to make sure our stay was great too. He is the only dude there, give him a bonus or something.
The room was big and comfy enough thanks to the enormous fan in the ceiling, so the heat (~30C outside) was manageable.
Overall, we quite liked our stay.
The breakfast is ok, though nothing special, and probably should be a bit cheaper.
