Our stay was wonderful! Everyone was super friendly, particularly Adriana at reception, who was amazing. We felt so comfortable and appreciated the accommodations that we stayed an extra night. The room was beautiful and super clean. The hotel is a perfect location, near the Arena and a close walk to the piazza. We would absolutely stay here again- a total 10!

2 night stay so wanted to be central and this is as central as it gets. Beside the main shopping area and most importantly the Arena. Lots of restaurants and bars. On a quiet street and the rooms were large and well appointed.

The place is nicely located, nested within few steps from the Arena. Helpful and friendly staff. One concern we did have was the mold above the shower tub and the dripping off the ceiling. Unfortunately we were too tired to mention anything upon our arrival and we did not bring the issue to their attention.

Great boutique hotel in the center of Verona! We were 3 friends that stayed in the separate 2 bedroom apartment that was a short walk away. It had everything we needed and was much larger than expected.

Small but quaint 2 bedroom apartment. Not a lot of light/lighting (but we did go at the end of November - not sure what this would be like in the height of summer). Two steps in the apartment between bedrooms bathroom and the kitchen living room - to be aware of in case this is an issue for you. Building has an elevator but there is a small step in the hallway to get to apartment - in case this is an issue for some. Walking distance to many sights and pedestrian shopping area. Would recommend staying here.

Spacious, comfortable room, fridge was a bonus. Lady on reception was incredibly helpful, she found us tickets to a show at the arena that night which we thought was sold out! Aircon was effective and quiet. No noise from street despite very central location. Perfectly located for arena, restaurants and sightseeing.

This was a boutique hotel with spacious rooms that included a suite set-up of a living room and bedroom, along with a nice sized bathroom. It was only a few blocks from the center of town, so everything was within walking distance. The front desk woman was so nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

Very central. Staff helpful. Room spacious and clean if a bit dark. Bed very comfortable. Looked onto main shopping street so a little noisy at times. Breakfast served in room very good. Ideal for us as a couple but if with group of friends and wanted communal area to meet up, may not suit as no bar/lounge.

The Escalus Suites are in a fantastic location just steps from the Arena and great shopping. Although the room we were in could benefit with a small freshening up. The staff were all excellent and provided us with an abundance of information about Verona, the sites, restaurants etc.

The distance from reception to the apartment is longer than expected and if you have to carry your luggage is not so convenient. Apartment is an old home with classical furniture, but in a very good condition. Nice balcony in front of all rooms.

Great location with lovely staff! Both Valentina’s were super helpful with guiding us in by car and arranging valet parking service. The room was modern and very comfortable. Bathroom was with a big rain shower! The little kitchenette was nice but not very usable as the tea pot and microwave are not plugged in. I was able to make a cup of tea in the little seating area. Breakfast is brought to the room and was on time and well done. The best part was the location! Walking distance to everything and literally steps from the Roman arena.

Wonderful location in the stunning Old Town just minutes away from the arena, many other attractions and restaurants. Lovely hotel with really warm and welcoming staff. Highly recommended. Thanks to Nico on reception for making our short trip so comfortable and easy. We hope to return soon.

It was a little hard to navigate to by car, but Nichol guided us by telephone and was extraordinarily helpful during our stay. Room was perfect, and breakfast served to order in your suite until 11 am was crowning touch. Hotel is on a quiet street very close to busy areas.

Escalus is a really nice hotel, with excellent service. The location is great, it's a spacious and clean apartment. But we think that the apartment should also to have breakfast included.

On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpfully. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has everything you need. It is secure and quiet. It has a great central location. This allowed us to walk the majority of central Verona in 24 hours. We would recommend Escalus and the apartment

Located in the center of shopping, restaurants and arena. Small boutique hotel - the staff is so helpful and nice, and the breakfast is very indulgent. This was the second time we’ve visited Verona, and we stayed in Escalus both times - highly recommend!

Amazing!!! The Apartment was easily within walking distance of everything. The staff was SUPER helpful and accommodating. There is an elevator so you don’t have to schlep your bags (they actually held our bags at the main hotel and brought them over after we were done putzing around Verona. Parking was a breeze and they brought the car back to our front doorstep when it was time to check out. Absolutely an amazing stay!!!

Very hard to find.No Parking. They will park the car for you and charge you 30.00 ueros. Nothing luxury about these apartments. Overall I would not go back.
