Staff were friendly, breakfast was good; downside, the bathrooms were not up to the same standard as the dining and reception areas.

The location is good. Breakfast is good. It was very noisy after 8 am with construction going on. Difficult to get Uber at times there. Ok boutique hotel. My room remained on the cold side most of the time (It’s winter in Argentina now). I would stay there again for a lower room rate.

I stayed here because of its location close to the airport. The staff were helpful and room clean. The breakfast was superb!

I stayed here for 5 days and it was an amazing stay.
Delfina is the best!!!! I had so many challenges on this trip and she helped me through them all with a smile.
The entire staff is wonderful. So cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable.
At first arrival, they put me in a room in their building across the street. It was a very dark building. The lights in the hallway are on a sensor so you when you get into the hallway it takes some time for them to turn on. I told Delfina I didn’t feel safe in that building and she switched me immediately!
The rooms in the main building are so cute. The cleanliness is impeccable.
The staff at breakfast were amazing as well. They were so helpful and constantly replenishing and cleaning.
My key to get into the building did not always work. I had to get a new key issued every day which was a little annoying.
The area is perfect! So many walkable places but not nearly as loud as Palermo SoHo.
I would stay here again and again. It’s a wonderful hotel.

Overall great location which appeared safe and central to many attractions. Breakfast was good and the rooftop patio was particularly enjoyable.
The staff were very friendly.
Thank you to Christina at reception who was particularly helpful!

Nice hotel in a great location. The hotel and my room were clean and in good condition. There is a great roof-top patio with a shallow pool. The breakfast included plenty of food including gluten free items. I particularly liked the selection of fresh fruit that changed daily.
There are lots of good restaurants, bars and cafes in the area around the hotel. Despite the proximity of the restaurants, etc., the hotel is located in a quiet spot (and the rooms have a double set of windows) so there was no noise. There is also good access to transit.

Thank you Sofia for all your help with everything. Arranging airport transport, walking map, and just being a friendly face upon arrival and departure.

Only stayed one night between flights. Staff very helpful, lovely breakfast, large comfortable clean and quiet room. It was just supposed to be a reasonably priced hotel for the night but it way exceeded expectations. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great place to stay. Very clean and very comfortable beds

Construction in attached building, asked to be moved to a quieter area, then down graded in room choice. Pool was not kept up, water was black, at first I thought the liner was painted black, but it was the water. Breakfast was good, you could get fresh cooked eggs and a few other things fresh. Overall I would take a pass

Nice hotel. I'd stay here again. Excellent housekeeping. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Weak water pressure in the shower. But truly, no complaints. Very nice hotel. Amo Buenos Aires ❤️

Quiet, clean, breakfast ok, friendly staff, Parking (paid).

It's just a fairly standard bed & breakfast. Nothing special and certainly not worth US$185.00 per night. The bathroom is tiny (no toiletries).

This is a well maintained, comfortable property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a pleasant way to start the day. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and comfortable seating area. The neighborhood is safe and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Train (Subte) stations are not too far and very convenient. Of three places we stayed in Buenos Aires, this was our favorite.

It's an old but well maintained hotel. Rooms are clean. The bed is comfortable. Basic amenities. Wi-fi works good. They have a safe in the room for valuables. No free bottled water is provided. Breakfast is decent. It is in a safe area of Palermo and a few blocks away from Plaza Serrano. It is accessible by any means of transportation. There are two Hop-On-Hop-Off Tourist bus station that are near, one is in Arcos Shopping Outlet and the other one is a block from Plaza Serrano along El Salvador St. The Hotel security is strict. You have to use your room card key to be able to enter. Some of the front desk staff are able to speak English. The roof top has a small swimming pool and a portion where you can see a good view of part of Palermo, however, you have to request from the front desk if you want to go up there in the evening as they usually close it after 9 pm. All in all, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay in this hotel and will go back there again.

Great location with friendly staff! I stayed here twice during my time in Buenos Aires and highly recommend this hotel. It’s walking distance to many restaurants and the breakfast provided was great.

Overall the property is in a really nice area that is close to a ton of restaurants and bars. You can pretty much walk to it all within 6 blocks. The bathrooms are small and have a lot of mildew in the corners and edges of the shower (we rented 3 rooms), but that seems to be a common occurrence in South American hotels. We also kept having misquotes appear in our bathroom then making their way into our room and we think they might have been coming out from the bathroom drains. Outside of that the hotel is fine and got the job done. if you're someone who likes high-end hotels in the best condition like you'll find in the United States, this wouldn't be the hotel for you. I consider it a 2 star, fringe 3 star hotel.

Great boutique hotel in Palermo. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful (especially Martina). Walking distance to many restaurant and close to many other areas in Buenos Aires. Very clean hotel.

Very nice hotel, good location close to a good asador, brilliant breakfast, nice room, friendly service. The rooftop needs some care.

The location of this hotel is excellent! The Palermo neighborhood was ripe with both dining and shopping options. The check on staft was fine and probably the least endearing part of the experience but still fine. The room and bed was very comfortablr. We were not on a street front room so we had no problem with street noise. The breakfast staff was very, very nice.
Overall: excellent value to which we will return if the chance arises.

Be Hollywood is okay, but a bit apart from where it all happens. No restaurants were open 31st December and 1st January. Go to Palermo Soho. The pool did not look clean and there was no smell of chlorine. A sofa at the solarium was broken, watch out! Very nice breakfast, good studio with a balcony. Not much to see. Quiet in the morning.
